Men, tv\u00e4rtemot vad man kanske kan tro i en tid d\u00e5 priser dominerar nyheterna, \u00e4r det inte prislappen som avg\u00f6r n\u00e4r svenskarna k\u00f6per. Det visar en ny unders\u00f6kning fr\u00e5n <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boneo.se\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Boneo<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Dr\u00f6mmen om r\u00e4tt omr\u00e5de<\/p>\n<p>Enligt Boneos unders\u00f6kning anser 62,5 procent av de tillfr\u00e5gade att omr\u00e5det \u00e4r den viktigaste faktorn vid ett bostadsk\u00f6p. Bara 22 procent rankar priset som viktigast, medan storlek (7,6 procent) och skick (6,9 procent) hamnar l\u00e5ngt efter.<\/p>\n<p>\u200b\u200bDet \u00e4r ett resultat som st\u00e4mmer bra \u00f6verens med tidigare unders\u00f6kningar.
