Leden, som ska bilda en ringv\u00e4g runt hela huvudstaden, inneb\u00e4r bland annat en tunnel under Djurg\u00e5rden.<\/p>\n<p>Uppg\u00f6relsen bygger p\u00e5 att regeringen skjuter till flera saknade miljarder till stora tunnelbane- och sp\u00e5rv\u00e4gsprojekt i Stockholm, i utbyte mot att de lokala akt\u00f6rerna m\u00f6jligg\u00f6r \u00d6stlig f\u00f6rbindelse.
