Hittills i \u00e5r \u00e4r priserna upp med 3,1 procent och sedan toppen \u00e4r de ned med 8,4 procent. <\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4genhetspriserna \u00f6kade med 0,8 procent, medan villapriserna sj\u00f6nk med 0,2 procent. Den s\u00e4songsrensade trenden pekar mot stigande priser f\u00f6r b\u00e5de l\u00e4genheter och villor. <\/p>\n<p>Mest steg l\u00e4genhetspriserna i Norra Sverige. De sj\u00f6nk dock i S\u00f6dra Sverige som enda region. <\/p>\n<p>Villapriserna backade i tre av sex regioner och som mest i Storg\u00f6teborg. <\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Bostadspriserna brukar som regel uppvisa en svag utveckling under h\u00f6sten efter en positivare v\u00e5r. Nu har vi n\u00e5gra m\u00e5nader i rad sett en starkare utveckling \u00e4n det vi normalt brukar se under h\u00f6stm\u00e5nader och detta efter en v\u00e5r som samtidigt varit svagare \u00e4n normalt. Detta tyder p\u00e5 lite st\u00f6rre framtidstro hos bostadsk\u00f6parna under senare tid, s\u00e4ger Robert Boije, chefsekonom p\u00e5 SBAB.<\/p>\n<p>Han forts\u00e4tter.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 I v\u00e5r senaste prognos \u00f6ver bostadspriserna gjorde vi bed\u00f6mningen att bostadspriserna kommer att ha st\u00e5tt mer eller mindre stilla 2025 n\u00e4r vi vid \u00e5rsskiftet g\u00f6r \u00e5rsbokslut. Som det ser ut just nu ligger det n\u00e4rmare till hands att tro att de vid \u00e5rsbokslutet har stigit med n\u00e5gon procent eller s\u00e5, \u00e4ven om priserna skulle falla tillbaka i november och december, som de normalt g\u00f6r.
