Fortfarande st\u00e5r bostadspriserna i Sverige \u00e5tta procent l\u00e4gre nu \u00e4n d\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>Mest stiger bostadspriserna i dag i norra Sverige. I s\u00f6dra delarna av landet g\u00e5r priserna \u00f6verlag ned och villapriserna drar \u00e5t olika h\u00e5ll, framg\u00e5r det av den nya statistiken, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sbab.se\/1\/om_sbab.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">enligt SBAB<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Prognosen \u00e4r att priserna p\u00e5 svenska bost\u00e4der i \u00e5r g\u00e5r upp svagt.
