Det i sin tur f\u00f6rklaras dels av att en ovanligt h\u00f6g andel l\u00e4genheter s\u00e5ldes i innerstaden d\u00e4r priserna \u00e4r h\u00f6gst, dels av att bostadsr\u00e4ttspriserna i just innerstaden steg med 1,0 procent. Den starkaste delmarknaden \u00e4r bostadsr\u00e4tter i Stockholm innerstad, som \u00f6kat 3,1 procent i pris det senaste \u00e5ret. <\/p>\n<p class=\"css-176tai e1hyot0s2\">Just Stockholms innerstad brukar ses som en ledande indikator f\u00f6r hela  bostadsmarknaden, vilket M\u00e4klarsamfundets vd Oskar \u00d6holm tar fasta p\u00e5. <\/p>\n<p class=\"css-176tai e1hyot0s2\">\u2013 Stockholmsomr\u00e5det var motorn bakom bostadsr\u00e4ttsmarknaden i oktober. Inte minst centrala Stockholm visade styrka b\u00e5de i prisutveckling och budaktivitet, vilket kan f\u00f6reb\u00e5da en v\u00e4ndning p\u00e5 marknaden i stort.
