Det skriver DN, som tagit del av f\u00f6retagets egen utredning.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Tillv\u00e4gag\u00e5ngss\u00e4ttet tycks ha varit systematiskt och planerat, s\u00e4ger Josefine Mittermaier, enhetschef f\u00f6r parkeringstj\u00e4nster vid Stockholms stads trafikkontor.<\/p>\n<p>Pengarna hade enligt tidningen r\u00e4ckt till att avl\u00f6na en parkeringsvakt f\u00f6r heltidsarbete i tv\u00e5 \u00e5rs tid.<\/p>\n<p>Stockholms stad har nu polisanm\u00e4lt Avarn f\u00f6r misst\u00e4nkt bedr\u00e4geri. Ut\u00f6ver att staden vill ha tillbaka sina 2,7 miljoner kr\u00e4ver man ocks\u00e5 ett vite p\u00e5 800\u202f000 kronor.<\/p>\n<p>Avarn har ocks\u00e5 sj\u00e4lva polisanm\u00e4lt h\u00e4ndelsen, som de menar beror p\u00e5 att tv\u00e5 chefer f\u00f6rs\u00f6kt minska sin egen arbetsb\u00f6rda.
