F\u00f6r Sveriges del beskriver Allbrights vd Amanda Lundeteg det som en inbromsning f\u00f6r kvinnor i bolagsstyrelser efter n\u00e5gra \u00e5r av medvind, s\u00e4ger hon till DN. <\/p>\n<p>I den nya rapporten framg\u00e5r det att andelen kvinnor i bolagsstyrelser minskat till 36 fr\u00e5n 37 procent. Samtidigt har andelen i ledningsgrupperna \u00f6kat med 1 procentenhet till 31 procent, b\u00e4st i Norden. Hos grannen Norge har man anv\u00e4nt sig av kvotering f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 in fler kvinnor i bolagstopparna, vilket gett effekt i styrelserna. D\u00e4r utg\u00f6r nu 41 procent av styrelserna kvinnor. Men p\u00e5 ledningsgruppsniv\u00e5 har det inte gett samma effekt. <\/p>\n<p>\u201dDet tyder p\u00e5 att kvotering i styrelserna inte per automatik f\u00f6r\u00e4ndrar operativ kultur\u201d, heter det i rapporten. <\/p>\n<p>Omni \u00e4r politiskt obundna och oberoende.
