Men nu visar en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acpjournals.org\/doi\/10.7326\/ANNALS-25-01547\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">ny studie<\/a> att en enda l\u00e4ngre promenad kan vara b\u00e4ttre f\u00f6r hj\u00e4rtat \u00e4n flera kortare.<\/p>\n<p>Studien genomf\u00f6rdes av ett internationellt forskarteam vid ett universitet i Madrid. Under tv\u00e5 \u00e5r f\u00f6ljde de 33\u00a0560 britter, med en genomsnitts\u00e5lder p\u00e5 62 \u00e5r. Deltagarna fick ha p\u00e5 sig aktivitetsarmband mellan tre och sju dagar i veckan och delades sedan in i fyra grupper utifr\u00e5n hur l\u00e5nga deras promenader var. Den st\u00f6rsta gruppen (42,9 procent) gick oftast kortare \u00e4n fem minuter \u00e5t g\u00e5ngen.<\/p>\n<p>Vid en uppf\u00f6ljning drygt tio \u00e5r senare kunde forskarna se tydliga skillnader. De som gick minst 15 minuter i str\u00e4ck hade st\u00f6rst h\u00e4lsof\u00f6rdelar, med b\u00e5de l\u00e4gre risk f\u00f6r hj\u00e4rtsjukdomar och minskad d\u00f6dlighet j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med dem som delade upp sina promenader i kortare pass. I snitt tog deltagarna 5\u00a0165 steg per dag. De som gick under 5\u00a0000 steg r\u00e4knades som stillasittande<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Personligen har jag<\/strong> lite sv\u00e5rt att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 varf\u00f6r flera korta promenader skulle vara s\u00e4mre \u00e4n en l\u00e5ng om man \u00e4nd\u00e5 n\u00e5r samma antal steg. Forskaren Steven Riechman s\u00e4ger till <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/health\/health-news\/comes-walking-health-longer-better-study-suggests-rcna240095\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">NBC News <\/a>att det kan bero p\u00e5 att kroppen beh\u00f6ver en stund f\u00f6r att v\u00e4xla fr\u00e5n vila till aktivt l\u00e4ge \u2013 och att de st\u00f6rsta h\u00e4lsoeffekterna kommer f\u00f6rst n\u00e4r systemet \u00e4r \u201dig\u00e5ng\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>Men oavsett om du f\u00f6redrar flera korta eller en l\u00e5ng promenad g\u00e4ller samma sak: all r\u00f6relse \u00e4r b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n ingen alls.
