Bolagen, som tillsammans ben\u00e4mns SocialCo, kommer att \u00f6verl\u00e5tas till det norska, noterade bolaget PPI (Public Property Invest ASA), som \u00e4r ett n\u00e4rst\u00e5ende bolag till SBB.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-sans text-base text-text-main dark:text-text-main-dark font-normal leading-[1.4]\">Genom aff\u00e4ren \u00f6verl\u00e5ter SBB omkring 740 samh\u00e4llsfastigheter i Sverige, Norge, Danmark och Finland, varav 590 \u00e4gs av SBB Holding.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-sans text-base text-text-main dark:text-text-main-dark font-normal leading-[1.4]\">SBB:s grundare och tidigare VD <strong>Ilija Batljan<\/strong> \u00e4r CIO f\u00f6r PPI, som blev SBB:s tredje avknoppning, under v\u00e5ren 2024, efter <strong>Neobo<\/strong> och <strong>Sveafastigheter<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Artikeln uppdateras SBB har ing\u00e5tt tre avtal om \u00f6verl\u00e5telse av tre hel\u00e4gda dotterbolag till fastighetsbolaget PPI.
