Enligt Hemnets analytiker Erik Holmberg beror det p\u00e5 h\u00f6g efterfr\u00e5gan, fler budgivare och fler visningar.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Det \u00e4r popul\u00e4rt, men det finns ocks\u00e5 utrymme f\u00f6r en relativt stor del av bostadss\u00f6karna att k\u00f6pa d\u00e4r, s\u00e4ger han till SvD N\u00e4ringsliv.<\/p>\n<p>Vasastan \u00e4r medianpremien 6,2 procent och \u00d6stermalm 3,5 procent.
