Trots detta \u00e5terst\u00e5r problemet f\u00f6r de som redan \u00e4ger en bil med de kritiserade kontrollerna. <\/p>\n<p>Enligt st\u00e4mningen kan den \u00f6verk\u00e4nsliga Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) aktiveras av \u201cenbart en l\u00e4tt ber\u00f6ring med handen\u201d, vilket kan leda till farliga situationer.<\/p>\n<p>Grupptalan, som l\u00e4mnats in i en federal domstol i New Jersey, fokuserar specifikt p\u00e5 VW ID.4-modeller som \u00e4r utrustade med dessa kapacitiva knappar. Nu verkar detta byte ha f\u00e5tt allvarliga konsekvenser f\u00f6r<\/p>\n<p>                            <\/a><\/p>\n<p>St\u00e4mningen anklagar Volkswagen f\u00f6r att ha k\u00e4nt till problemet men \u00e4nd\u00e5 misslyckats med att informera sina kunder. Det har inte heller erbjudits n\u00e5gra kostnadsfria reparationer, byten eller \u00e5terbetalningar.<\/p>\n<p>Enligt de juridiska dokumenten har Volkswagen k\u00e4nt till problemet genom en m\u00e4ngd kundklagom\u00e5l, interna register och information fr\u00e5n \u00e5terf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljare.
