Samtidigt oroar det l\u00e5ga antalet f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningar.<\/p>\n<p class=\"hyperion-css-1shl3oz\" data-test-tag=\"lead-text\">\u201dF\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningssiffrorna f\u00f6r b\u00e5de l\u00e4genheter och villor ser dock inte lika muntra ut. Det \u00e5terst\u00e5r att se vad det betyder f\u00f6r den fortsatta prisutvecklingen\u201d, s\u00e4ger SBAB:s chefekonom Robert Boije i ett pressmeddelande.<\/p>\n<p class=\"hyperion-css-1v9qo5x\">Bostadspriserna tog i november ett \u00e4n st\u00f6rre kliv fr\u00e5n toppnoteringarna under 2022. Siffrorna visar d\u00e4remot p\u00e5 en positiv trend, konstaterar SBAB:s chefsekonom Robert Boije. Bortr\u00e4knat s\u00e4songseffekter och andra tillf\u00e4lliga effekter steg priserna svagt.<\/p>\n<p class=\"hyperion-css-1v9qo5x\">\u201dBostadspriserna f\u00f6ll tillbaka i november som de brukar g\u00f6ra s\u00e5 h\u00e4r \u00e5rs. Men den underliggande trendm\u00e4ssiga utvecklingen ser mer positiv ut\u201d, s\u00e4ger Robert Boije, chefsekonom p\u00e5 SBAB.<\/p>\n<p class=\"hyperion-css-1v9qo5x\">Framf\u00f6r allt l\u00e4genhetspriserna tog ett steg tillbaka och var ned 0,9 procent. St\u00f6rst var nedg\u00e5ngen i norra Sverige medan Storg\u00f6teborg och s\u00f6dra Sverige s\u00e5g en l\u00e4tt prisuppg\u00e5ng. Villapriserna sj\u00f6nk i n\u00e4stan hela landet och var i snitt ned 0,3 procent. Mot str\u00f6mmen gick d\u00e4remot villapriserna i Stormalm\u00f6 som i st\u00e4llet steg 0,1 procent.<\/p>\n<p class=\"hyperion-css-1v9qo5x\">\u201dVillapriserna sj\u00f6nk brett i november, vilket de brukar g\u00f6ra vid denna tidpunkt p\u00e5 \u00e5ret\u201d, s\u00e4ger Robert Boije.<\/p>\n<p class=\"hyperion-css-1v9qo5x\">Det senaste \u00e5ret har antalet s\u00e5lda villor och l\u00e4genheter \u00f6kat ordentligt. Antalet f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningar sj\u00f6nk d\u00e4remot markant i november.<\/p>\n<p class=\"hyperion-css-1v9qo5x\">Under november l\u00e5g bostadspriserna 11 procent under maxnoteringarna under v\u00e5ren 2022.
