{"id":95060,"date":"2025-12-02T06:28:11","date_gmt":"2025-12-02T06:28:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/se\/95060\/"},"modified":"2025-12-02T06:28:11","modified_gmt":"2025-12-02T06:28:11","slug":"sjunkande-bostadspriser-under-oktober-mitt-i","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/se\/95060\/","title":{"rendered":"Sjunkande bostadspriser under oktober | Mitt i"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"text\">Bostadssajten Hemnet redovisar en viss nedg\u00e5ng i bostadspriserna i Bromma under oktober.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text\">En villa kostade i snitt 13,8 miljoner kronor, en bostadsr\u00e4tt 62\u00a0005 kronor per kvadratmeter.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text\">Vid en j\u00e4mf\u00f6relse med m\u00e5naden innan, september, sj\u00f6nk villapriserna med knappt 40\u00a0000 kronor, och en bostadsr\u00e4tt blev 108 kronor billigare per kvadratmeter.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text\">Sett \u00f6ver en l\u00e4ngre tidshorisont, sedan 2020, har bostadspriserna i Bromma g\u00e5tt upp.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6kning sedan 2020<\/p>\n<p class=\"text\">I september 2020 l\u00e5g snittpriset p\u00e5 en villa i Bromma p\u00e5 10,5 miljoner kronor, f\u00f6r en bostadsr\u00e4tt p\u00e5 57\u00a0185 kronor.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text\">En villa i Bromma var f\u00f6r fem \u00e5r sedan fortfarande betydligt dyrare \u00e4n i snitt i l\u00e4net som d\u00e5 var 7,04 miljoner kronor. \u00c4ven bostadsr\u00e4tterna var dyrare i Bromma, f\u00f6r en bostadsr\u00e4tt i l\u00e4net l\u00e5g snittpriset p\u00e5 54\u00a0094 kronor per kvadratmeter.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text\">Erik Holmberg \u00e4r analytiker p\u00e5 bostadssajten Hemnet.
