I Stor-Malm\u00f6 sj\u00f6nk de med drygt 1%, medan de i Stor-Stockholm \u00f6kade med 0,7%. \u00c4ven sett till \u00e5ret \u00e4r prisf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringarna marginella och varierar \u00f6ver landet.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-sans text-base text-text-main dark:text-text-main-dark font-normal leading-[1.4]\">&#8221;\u00c5rstakterna f\u00f6r redovisade omr\u00e5den uppvisar generellt sm\u00e5 prisf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar d\u00e4r centrala Stockholm sticker ut med en uppg\u00e5ng p\u00e5 drygt +3% medan Storg\u00f6teborg minskat med -2% de senaste 12 m\u00e5naderna&#8221;, s\u00e4ger <strong>Per-Arne Sandegren<\/strong>, analyschef p\u00e5 Svensk M\u00e4klarstatistik.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-sans text-base text-text-main dark:text-text-main-dark font-normal leading-[1.4]\">Villapriserna sj\u00f6nk n\u00e4stan 1% p\u00e5 riksniv\u00e5, med Stor-G\u00f6teborg som s\u00e4nke. De \u00f6kade mest i Stor-Stockholm, d\u00e4r med 0,6%.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-sans text-base text-text-main dark:text-text-main-dark font-normal leading-[1.4]\">Antalet s\u00e5lda bost\u00e4der \u00f6kade med 2% j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med samma period i fjol. H\u00e4r stod villaff\u00e4rerna f\u00f6r den st\u00f6rsta \u00f6kningen, med 6%.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-sans text-base text-text-main dark:text-text-main-dark font-normal leading-[1.4]\">&#8221;Det som sticker ut \u00e4r den starka f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningsvolymen, s\u00e4rskilt p\u00e5 villor. Antal gjorda aff\u00e4rer minskar ov\u00e4ntat och kraftigt i j\u00e4mf\u00f6relse med november f\u00f6reg\u00e5ende \u00e5r&#8221;, s\u00e4ger Erik Wikander i en kommentar.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-sans text-base text-text-main dark:text-text-main-dark font-normal leading-[1.4]\">Wikander menar vidare att det \u00f6verraskar att bostadsmarknaden stagnerar redan i november.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-sans text-base text-text-main dark:text-text-main-dark font-normal leading-[1.4]\">&#8221;Den s\u00e4songsm\u00e4ssigt tidiga inbromsningen av bostadsmarknaden i november f\u00f6rv\u00e5nar. Vi har tidigare under h\u00f6sten sett en \u00f6kad aktivitet och fler gjorda aff\u00e4rer, inte minst f\u00f6r bostadsr\u00e4tter. Det underliggande ekonomiska l\u00e4get har successivt f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrats under \u00e5ret, s\u00e5 f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningarna f\u00f6r bostadsbyte \u00e4r egentligen b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n p\u00e5 l\u00e4nge&#8221;, s\u00e4ger Erik Wikander.<\/p>\n<p>&#8221;Pr\u00e4glas fortfarande av tr\u00f6ghet&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-sans text-base text-text-main dark:text-text-main-dark font-normal leading-[1.4]\">Just nu \u00e4r bostadsmarknaden splittrad, och en bred v\u00e4ndning kommer att dr\u00f6ja till n\u00e4sta \u00e5r. Det menar <strong>Irja Amolin<\/strong>, VD p\u00e5 <strong>Bjurfors<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-sans text-base text-text-main dark:text-text-main-dark font-normal leading-[1.4]\">&#8221;Vissa delar av landet g\u00e5r starkt, framf\u00f6r allt Stockholm och de st\u00f6rre st\u00e4derna. \u00c4ven bost\u00e4der med extra attraktiva attribut s\u00e4ljer bra och snabbt.
