Restaurangen har tv\u00e5 Michelin-stj\u00e4rnor. Myllym\u00e4ki \u00e4r en av Sveriges mest k\u00e4nda kockar, han har medverkat i flertalet tv-produktioner och sl\u00e4ppt flera kokb\u00f6cker.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Pi Le har bland annat tagit b\u00e5de guld och silver med juniorkocklandslaget i VM.<\/p>\n<p>Enligt Tommy Myllym\u00e4ki kommer man f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka s\u00e4tta samman en meny med h\u00f6g igenk\u00e4nning.<\/p>\n<p>Men den viktigaste ingrediensen?<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Det handlar om s\u00e4llskapet man har vid bordet, det \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt viktigt. Jag tror ocks\u00e5 att det ska vara n\u00e5got som \u00e4r tryggt \u2013 men \u00f6verraskande, s\u00e4ger Tommy Myllym\u00e4ki p\u00e5 presstr\u00e4ffen.<\/p>\n<p>\u201dStrukit de id\u00e9erna\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Nobelkockarna f\u00e5r i vanlig ordning knappast avsl\u00f6ja menyn \u2013 men Myllym\u00e4ki s\u00e4ger att \u201dKarl-Johan-svamp i torkad form kommer finnas med\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Annars kommer de f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka arbeta med \u201dsmaker i lager\u201d och spela n\u00e5gorlunda s\u00e4kert.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Vi har f\u00f6rs\u00f6kt ta bort alla de grejerna som kan k\u00e4nnas som os\u00e4kra moment. Vi har f\u00f6rs\u00f6kt hitta en s\u00e5 s\u00e4ker produkt som m\u00f6jligt. Det som kan h\u00e4nda \u00e4r att n\u00e5gonting g\u00e5r s\u00f6nder \u2013 s\u00e5nt som \u00e4r utanf\u00f6r v\u00e5r p\u00e5verkan.
