I f\u00f6rra veckan steg indexet 3,3 procent.\n <\/p>\n<p>Det utdelningsjusterade indexet har hittills i \u00e5r stigit med 17,9 procent.\n <\/p>\n<p>De senaste dagarnas uppg\u00e5ng har resulterat i
