Damjan Ko\u0161mrlj je sicer ves \u010das zatrjeval, da je bil v trenutku po\u017eara na strani\u0161\u010du, nato pa naj bi o\u0161kodovancu pomagal gasiti ogenj, zaradi \u010desar naj bi imel o\u017egane dlake na rokah, \u010demur pa sodi\u0161\u010de ni sledilo.<\/p>\n<p>Po navedbah \u010dasopisa Ve\u010der so bile po\u0161kodbe o\u0161kodovanca izjemno hude, saj je dobil opekline na 22 odstotkih telesne povr\u0161ine, izvedenec medicinske stroke pa je presodil, da je zaradi njih prestajal hude telesne bole\u010dine. Po besedah o\u0161kodovanca posledice \u010duti \u0161e danes, saj rok ne more ve\u010d uporabljati tako kot pred napadom.<\/p>\n<p>Ljubljansko okro\u017eno sodi\u0161\u010de je Ko\u0161mrlju za povzro\u010ditev hude telesne po\u0161kodbe izreklo kazen treh let zapora.
