Preve\u010d pomeni ostanke in nepotreben stro\u0161ek, premalo pa ne pride v po\u0161tev. Po drugi strani pa bo na lahkotnem poletnem pikniku, kjer prevladujejo sve\u017ee solate, sadje in zelenjava, povsem dovolj tudi okoli 250 do 300 gramov mesa na osebo. Tukaj je idealen nabor:<\/p>\n<p>\u010cevap\u010di\u010di ali pleskavice: 100\u2013150 gramov na osebo<br \/>\nPerutnina (pi\u0161\u010danec, puran): 100\u2013150 gramov na osebo<br \/>\nSvinjina (rebrca, vratovina): 100\u2013200 gramov na osebo<br \/>\nKlobase: 1\u20132 kosa na osebo<\/p>\n<p>Veliko ljudi pri organizaciji piknika\u00a0naredi napako, ker se osredoto\u010di skoraj izklju\u010dno na meso. V resnici pa dobre priloge odlo\u010dajo o tem, koliko mesa bo sploh izginilo z \u017eara. Sve\u017e kruh, bogata krompirjeva solata, pe\u010dena zelenjava ali razli\u010dni namazi hitro zapolnijo kro\u017enike in zmanj\u0161ajo potrebo po dodatnih porcijah mesa. \u010ce veste, da bodo priloge res raznolike in obilne, lahko skupno koli\u010dino mesa brez slabe vesti nekoliko zmanj\u0161ate.<\/p>\n<p>Preprosta formula za izra\u010dun<\/p>\n<p>Pri ve\u010djih dru\u017ebah si lahko pomagate s preprostim prera\u010dunom. Za deset ljudi bo v ve\u010dini primerov zadostovalo pribli\u017eno tri do \u0161tiri kilograme mesa, odvisno od koncepta piknika.
