Strat\u00e9gie sa zameriavaj\u00fa na pr\u00edstavy, lodn\u00fa dopravu a stavbu lod\u00ed, informuje spravodajca TASR.<\/p>\n<p>Komisia pripomenula, \u017ee Eur\u00f3pa m\u00e1 najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161iu kolekt\u00edvnu n\u00e1morn\u00fa oblas\u0165 na svete a je svetov\u00fdm l\u00eddrom v oblasti lodn\u00e9ho stavite\u013estva a pokro\u010dil\u00fdch technol\u00f3gi\u00ed. Odvetvie lodnej dopravy je popredn\u00fdm poskytovate\u013eom n\u00e1morn\u00fdch slu\u017eieb na celom svete a predstavuje viac ako tretinu celosvetovej lodnej ton\u00e1\u017ee vo v\u0161etk\u00fdch segmentoch.<\/p>\n<p>Priemyseln\u00e1 n\u00e1morn\u00e1 strat\u00e9gia posiln\u00ed ved\u00face postavenie Eur\u00f3py v n\u00e1mornej oblasti prostredn\u00edctvom viacer\u00fdch opatren\u00ed vr\u00e1tane vytvorenia aliancie E\u00da pre priemyseln\u00e9 n\u00e1morn\u00e9 hodnotov\u00e9 re\u0165azce. Zameriava sa na pokrok pri stavbe lod\u00ed s vyspel\u00fdmi technol\u00f3giami, podporn\u00fdch plavidiel pre vetern\u00fa energiu na mori, podvodn\u00fdch dronov a \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00e9ho pr\u00edstavn\u00e9ho vybavenia. <\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdzva \u201eLodenice bud\u00facnosti\u201c v r\u00e1mci programu Horizont Eur\u00f3pa podpor\u00ed testovanie inova\u010dn\u00fdch rie\u0161en\u00ed v re\u00e1lnych prostrediach loden\u00edc s cie\u013eom roz\u0161\u00edri\u0165 \u00faspe\u0161n\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie v celej Eur\u00f3pe. <\/p>\n<p>Komisia, s cie\u013eom podpori\u0165 konkurencieschopn\u00fa lodn\u00fa dopravu, nadvia\u017ee dial\u00f3g s \u010dlensk\u00fdmi \u0161t\u00e1tmi na zefekt\u00edvnenie administrat\u00edvnych formal\u00edt vr\u00e1tane monitorovania, nahlasovania a overovania pre syst\u00e9m emisn\u00fdch povoleniek v n\u00e1mornej doprave a nariadenia FuelEU Maritime. Strat\u00e9gia podpor\u00ed s\u00fakromn\u00e9 invest\u00edcie do inov\u00e1ci\u00ed a digitaliz\u00e1cie lodn\u00e9ho stavite\u013estva E\u00da, ako aj do obnovy a dekarboniz\u00e1cie lodnej flotily.<\/p>\n<p>Nov\u00e1 strat\u00e9gia zabezpe\u010duje spravodliv\u00fa hospod\u00e1rsku s\u00fa\u0165a\u017e pre lodenice a v\u00fdrobcov zariaden\u00ed v E\u00da, \u010do podpor\u00ed posilnen\u00e9 financovanie v\u00fdvozu a cielen\u00e9 obchodn\u00e9 politiky. V plnej miere odr\u00e1\u017ea aj integr\u00e1ciu vojensk\u00e9ho rozmeru, s osobitn\u00fdmi opatreniami na zv\u00fd\u0161enie n\u00e1morn\u00fdch priemyseln\u00fdch v\u00fdrobn\u00fdch kapac\u00edt a v\u00fdstavbu trajektov s dvojak\u00fdm pou\u017eit\u00edm. <\/p>\n<p>Nov\u00e9 opatrenia pod\u013ea EK zlep\u0161uj\u00fa zru\u010dnosti, odborn\u00fa pr\u00edpravu a kvalitn\u00e9 pracovn\u00e9 miesta v n\u00e1mornom odvetv\u00ed vr\u00e1tane rekvalifik\u00e1cie pracovn\u00edkov loden\u00edc a n\u00e1morn\u00edkov s cie\u013eom prija\u0165 nov\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie a ekologick\u00e9 prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e9 postupy.<\/p>\n<p>Strat\u00e9gia E\u00da pre pr\u00edstavy vych\u00e1dza z toho, \u017ee pr\u00edstavy s\u00fa kostrou eur\u00f3pskeho hospod\u00e1rstva. U\u013eah\u010duj\u00fa 74 % zahrani\u010dn\u00e9ho obchodu, ka\u017ed\u00fd rok vybavia viac ako 3,4 miliardy ton tovarov a takmer 395 mili\u00f3nov cestuj\u00facich. Pr\u00edstavy nad r\u00e1mec svojich tradi\u010dn\u00fdch \u00faloh sl\u00fa\u017eia aj ako centr\u00e1 pre nov\u00e9 priemyseln\u00e9 a inova\u010dn\u00e9 zoskupenia, zohr\u00e1vaj\u00fa k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fa \u00falohu v oblasti dod\u00e1vok energie, bezpe\u010dnosti, obrany a modr\u00e9ho hospod\u00e1rstva E\u00da.<\/p>\n<p>S cie\u013eom zabezpe\u010di\u0165 konkurencieschopn\u00e9 postavenie pr\u00edstavov E\u00da bude eurokomisia podporova\u0165 ich inov\u00e1cie, digitaliz\u00e1ciu a integr\u00e1ciu s inou dopravnou infra\u0161trukt\u00farou, vypracuje usmernenia o zahrani\u010dnom vlastn\u00edctve pr\u00edstavov E\u00da a o financovan\u00ed a invest\u00edci\u00e1ch E\u00da v pr\u00edstavoch tret\u00edch kraj\u00edn. Strat\u00e9gia uv\u00e1dza opatrenia na podporu elektrifik\u00e1cie pr\u00edstavov a ich lep\u0161ieho pripojenia do energetickej s\u00fastavy. Stanovuje aj pl\u00e1n pre konkurencieschopn\u00e9 mal\u00e9 a stredn\u00e9 pr\u00edstavy.<\/p>\n<p>Na z\u00e1klade Aliancie pr\u00edstavov E\u00da eurokomisia presk\u00fama sp\u00f4soby posilnenia pr\u00e1vnych predpisov v oblasti n\u00e1mornej bezpe\u010dnosti s cie\u013eom predch\u00e1dza\u0165 obchodovaniu s drogami, rie\u0161i\u0165 vznikaj\u00face hrozby a zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 dod\u00e1vate\u013esk\u00e9ho re\u0165azca E\u00da. Komisia navrhne r\u00e1mce na vykon\u00e1vanie previerok pracovn\u00edkov pr\u00edstavov a na posudzovanie pr\u00edstavov tret\u00edch kraj\u00edn.
