Od prv\u00fdch pl\u00e1nov v roku 2013 sa postupne transformuje na plnohodnotn\u00fa mestsk\u00fa \u0161tvr\u0165 s b\u00fdvan\u00edm, ob\u010dianskou vybavenos\u0165ou aj zdravotn\u00edckou infra\u0161trukt\u00farou. Aktu\u00e1lne sa projekt pos\u00fava do \u010fal\u0161ej f\u00e1zy. <\/p>\n<p>Prv\u00e9 idey o v\u00fdstavbe reziden\u010dn\u00fdch projektov v \u00fazem\u00ed na severoz\u00e1padnom vstupe do mesta Bratislava, medzi Lama\u010dom a Dev\u00ednskou Novou Vsou, vznikli u\u017e v roku 2013. S v\u00fdstavbou reziden\u010dn\u00e9ho projektu Bory B\u00fdvanie za\u010dala Penta Real Estate v roku 2016. Od tej doby sa \u0161tvr\u0165 Bory vyprofilovali na multifunk\u010dn\u00fa mestsk\u00fa \u0161tvr\u0165, ktor\u00e1 pon\u00faka viac ako len b\u00fdvanie.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Prv\u00e1 etapa projektu spolu s prvou f\u00e1zou druhej etapy boli postaven\u00e9 ku koncu minul\u00e9ho desa\u0165ro\u010dia. Projekt n\u00e1sledne napredoval postupnou realiz\u00e1ciou \u010fal\u0161\u00edch et\u00e1p \u2013 Bory Nov\u00fd Dvor, Promen\u00e1da, Na Hr\u00e1dzi. V marci 2023 bola otvoren\u00e1 aj nov\u00e1 koncov\u00e1 nemocnica Penta Hospitals, ktor\u00e1 je od tej doby pova\u017eovan\u00e1 za najmodernej\u0161ie a najinovat\u00edvnej\u0161ie zdravotn\u00edcke zariadenie v krajine.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Piata etapa sa h\u00fdbe vpred<\/p>\n<p>Dnes sa posuny v r\u00e1mci projektu Bory B\u00fdvanie sp\u00e1jaj\u00fa najm\u00e4 s f\u00e1zou, ktorej v\u00fdstavbu developer ozn\u00e1mil e\u0161te v roku 2022. Tvoren\u00e1 bude s\u00faborom \u0161iestich bytov\u00fdch domov v tvare p\u00edsmena L, s v\u00fdnimkou jedn\u00e9ho bytov\u00e9ho objektu. V\u010faka tvarosloviu bytov\u00fdch domov vznikn\u00fa v lokalite aj polouzavret\u00e9 vn\u00fatrobloky. Celkov\u00e1 plocha rie\u0161en\u00e9ho \u00fazemia v r\u00e1mci z\u00e1meru dosiahne 24 052 m2. Zastavan\u00e1 bude plocha s ve\u013ekos\u0165ou 5 856 m2.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Najnov\u0161\u00edm m\u00ed\u013enikom projektu je z\u00edskanie zatia\u013e nepr\u00e1voplatn\u00e9ho <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lamac.sk\/files\/documents\/stavebny-urad\/uradna-tabula\/2026\/26-25-495-rozhodnutie---bory-home.pdf\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">povolenia na v\u00fdstavbu<\/a> nov\u00e9ho obytn\u00e9ho bloku a s\u00favisiacej infra\u0161trukt\u00fary, ktor\u00fdm developer disponuje od febru\u00e1ra tohto roku.<\/p>\n<p>Pod\u013ea predstaven\u00e9ho z\u00e1meru bude \u0161estica bytov\u00fdch domov v suter\u00e9ne prepojen\u00e1 spolo\u010dn\u00fdmi hromadn\u00fdmi gar\u00e1\u017eami, ktor\u00e9 obyvate\u013eom 5. etapy prines\u00fa celkovo 581 parkovac\u00edch miest. \u010eal\u0161\u00edch 8 parkovac\u00edch miest pribudne na ter\u00e9ne v are\u00e1li navrhovanej \u010dinnosti.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Na \u00farovni ter\u00e9nu bud\u00fa objekty prepojen\u00e9 promen\u00e1dou, do ktorej bud\u00fa orientovan\u00e9 v\u0161etky hlavn\u00e9 vstupy reziden\u010dn\u00fdch objektov.
