Od 12. janu\u00e1ra 2026 musia \u010dlensk\u00e9 \u0161t\u00e1ty E\u00da systematicky monitorova\u0165 PFAS v pitnej vode a sledova\u0165, \u010di neprekra\u010duj\u00fa nov\u00e9 limity pod\u013ea prepracovanej smernice o pitnej vode. Ako uv\u00e1dza <a href=\"https:\/\/environment.ec.europa.eu\/news\/new-eu-rules-limit-pfas-drinking-water-2026-01-12_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Eur\u00f3pska komisia<\/a>, ide v\u00f4bec prv\u00e9 harmonizovan\u00e9 monitorovanie ve\u010dn\u00fdch chemik\u00e1li\u00ed v pitnej vode na \u00farovni E\u00da. Ak \u0161t\u00e1t zist\u00ed prekro\u010denie limitov, mus\u00ed prija\u0165 opatrenia, informova\u0165 verejnos\u0165 a m\u00f4\u017ee napr\u00edklad uzavrie\u0165 kontaminovan\u00fd zdroj alebo doplni\u0165 \u00fapravu vody o \u010fal\u0161\u00ed filtra\u010dn\u00fd krok.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">TFA sa do centra pozornosti dost\u00e1va pr\u00e1ve preto, \u017ee pri vode komplikuje star\u00fd model kontroly. Nejde o ve\u013ek\u00fa priemyseln\u00fa l\u00e1tku, ktor\u00e1 zostane na jednom mieste. Ide o mimoriadne mal\u00fa, ve\u013emi rozpustn\u00fa a mobiln\u00fa molekulu, ktor\u00e1 sa dok\u00e1\u017ee \u0161\u00edri\u0165 vodn\u00fdm cyklom.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pesticide Action Network Europe u\u017e v roku 2024 otestovala 55 vzoriek pitnej vody z 11 eur\u00f3pskych kraj\u00edn a TFA na\u0161la v 34 z 36 vzoriek vody z koh\u00fatika. To znamen\u00e1 94 % vzoriek. V balenej miner\u00e1lnej a pramenitej vode sa TFA objavila v 12 z 19 vzoriek. Ako uv\u00e1dza <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pan-europe.info\/press-releases\/2024\/07\/eu-wide-drinking-water-testing-finds-forever-chemical-tfa-94-samples-only\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">PAN Europe<\/a>, TFA tvorila viac ne\u017e 98 % celkovej PFAS z\u00e1\u0165a\u017ee v testovan\u00fdch vzork\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nov\u00fd posun pri\u0161iel aj v \u0161ir\u0161ej ochrane eur\u00f3pskych v\u00f4d. D\u0148a 11. m\u00e1ja 2026 vst\u00fapila do platnosti nov\u00e1 legislat\u00edva E\u00da, ktor\u00e1 aktualizuje zoznam zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok v povrchov\u00fdch a podzemn\u00fdch vod\u00e1ch. Ako \u010falej p\u00ed\u0161e EK, nov\u00e9 pravidl\u00e1 maj\u00fa lep\u0161ie pokr\u00fdva\u0165 l\u00e1tky pod\u013ea najnov\u0161\u00edch vedeck\u00fdch poznatkov a v\u00fdslovne zah\u0155\u0148aj\u00fa aj niektor\u00e9 PFAS vr\u00e1tane TFA, pestic\u00eddy a farmaceutick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Po prv\u00fd raz rie\u0161ia aj mikroplasty, indik\u00e1tory antimikrobi\u00e1lnej rezistencie a citliv\u00e9 podzemn\u00e9 ekosyst\u00e9my. D\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 je aj takzvan\u00e9 \u201eeffect-based monitoring\u201c, teda pr\u00edstup, ktor\u00fd nesleduje len jednotliv\u00e9 chemik\u00e1lie samostatne, ale hodnot\u00ed kombinovan\u00e9 riziko zmes\u00ed l\u00e1tok vo vode.<\/p>\n<p>TFA pritvrdili aj z toxikologick\u00e9ho h\u013eadiska<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Eur\u00f3pska chemick\u00e1 agent\u00fara cez svoj V\u00fdbor pre hodnotenie riz\u00edk v j\u00fani 2026 podporila klasifik\u00e1ciu triflu\u00f3roctovej kyseliny ako l\u00e1tky toxickej pre reprodukciu kateg\u00f3rie 1B. Z\u00e1ver hovor\u00ed o riziku po\u0161kodenia nenaroden\u00e9ho die\u0165a\u0165a a o podozren\u00ed na po\u0161kodenie plodnosti. Organiz\u00e1cia z\u00e1rove\u0148 tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee TFA je najroz\u0161\u00edrenej\u0161\u00ed PFAS kontaminant v eur\u00f3pskych vodn\u00fdch zdrojoch, potravin\u00e1ch a \u017eivotnom prostred\u00ed. V\u00fdbor ECHA pod\u013ea tejto spr\u00e1vy vych\u00e1dzal z d\u00f4kazov o v\u00fdvojov\u00fdch po\u0161kodeniach u laborat\u00f3rnych zvierat po prenat\u00e1lnej expoz\u00edcii TFA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Eur\u00f3pa zatia\u013e nestanovila jednoduch\u00fd samostatn\u00fd limit pre TFA v ka\u017edom poh\u00e1ri vody, no u\u017e ju prest\u00e1va ignorova\u0165. Najnov\u0161ie pravidl\u00e1 tla\u010dia \u0161t\u00e1ty k systematick\u00e9mu monitoringu PFAS v pitnej vode, roz\u0161iruj\u00fa kontrolu povrchov\u00fdch a podzemn\u00fdch v\u00f4d a d\u00e1vaj\u00fa v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed priestor vedeck\u00e9mu hodnoteniu nov\u00fdch l\u00e1tok.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Technologick\u00fd probl\u00e9m je v\u0161ak st\u00e1le otvoren\u00fd. Ak sa TFA raz dostane do vody, jej odstr\u00e1nenie m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 n\u00e1ro\u010dnej\u0161ie a drah\u0161ie ne\u017e zachytenie klasick\u00fdch zne\u010disten\u00ed. Preto bude \u010fal\u0161\u00ed eur\u00f3psky spor st\u00e1\u0165 najm\u00e4 na zdrojoch TFA: PFAS pestic\u00eddoch, flu\u00f3rovan\u00fdch plynoch z chladenia, klimatiz\u00e1ci\u00ed a priemyseln\u00fdch aplik\u00e1ci\u00ed. Pr\u00e1ve tam sa rozhodne, \u010di sa kontamin\u00e1cia spomal\u00ed, alebo bude Eur\u00f3pa o p\u00e1r rokov rie\u0161i\u0165 \u010fal\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9m, ktor\u00fd sa mal zastavi\u0165 ove\u013ea sk\u00f4r.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"108\" data-end=\"447\">P\u00f4vodn\u00fd text:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"108\" data-end=\"447\">Od \u010dias, ke\u010f sa v 40. rokoch 20. storo\u010dia rozbehla masov\u00e1 v\u00fdroba syntetick\u00fdch chemik\u00e1li\u00ed, sa \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie \u010doraz viac zap\u013a\u0148a r\u00f4znymi umel\u00fdmi l\u00e1tkami. Ide o mikroplasty, PCB \u010di bisfenoly. Teraz sa v\u0161ak dost\u00e1va do popredia nov\u00fd hr\u00e1\u010d: triflu\u00f3roctov\u00e1 kyselina, zn\u00e1ma ako TFA, a jej \u0161\u00edrenie do v\u0161etk\u00fdch k\u00fatov sveta za\u010d\u00edna by\u0165 d\u00f4vodom na obavy, <a href=\"https:\/\/futurism.com\/rain-drops-chemical-tfa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">p\u00ed\u0161e Futurism<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00fa \u00faplne v\u0161ade<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"449\" data-end=\"964\">TFA vznik\u00e1 najm\u00e4 rozpadom PFAS, tzv. ve\u010dn\u00fdch chemik\u00e1li\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 sa takmer nerozkladaj\u00fa. Tieto l\u00e1tky sa nach\u00e1dzaj\u00fa v pestic\u00eddoch, skl\u00e1dach odpadu, a \u010doraz viac aj v be\u017en\u00fdch v\u00fdrobkoch okolo n\u00e1s. TFA je extr\u00e9mne mal\u00e1 a dobre rozpustn\u00e1 molekula, \u010do jej umo\u017e\u0148uje putova\u0165 vodn\u00fdm cyklom takmer bez prek\u00e1\u017eok. Ned\u00e1vna \u0161t\u00fadia uk\u00e1zala, \u017ee TFA sa nach\u00e1dza a\u017e v 94 percent\u00e1ch vzoriek vody z koh\u00fatika zo v\u0161etk\u00fdch 11 sk\u00faman\u00fdch eur\u00f3pskych kraj\u00edn, a tie\u017e v 12 z 19 analyzovan\u00fdch zna\u010diek balenej vody.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"966\" data-end=\"1520\">Stopy tejto chemik\u00e1lie sa objavili takmer v\u0161ade; v lesoch Nemecka, v hlbin\u00e1ch Atlantiku, na vysokohorskom sedle Jungfraujoch vo \u0160vaj\u010diarsku \u010di v \u013eadov\u00fdch jadr\u00e1ch z Arkt\u00eddy. A \u00e1no, TFA sa nach\u00e1dza aj vo v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ine da\u017e\u010fovej vody po celom svete. Zauj\u00edmav\u00e9 v\u0161ak je, \u017ee t\u00e1to chemik\u00e1lia sa sama neodparuje s vodou zo zeme, tak\u017ee klasick\u00ed priemyseln\u00ed zne\u010dis\u0165ovatelia PFAS za to tentoraz nem\u00f4\u017eu. Vedci sa pritom za\u010dali TFA seri\u00f3zne zaobera\u0165 u\u017e koncom 80. rokov, no petrochemick\u00fd priemysel \u2013 ako to b\u00fdva zvykom \u2013 si na\u0161iel vlastn\u00fdch v\u00fdskumn\u00edkov, ktor\u00ed spochyb\u0148uj\u00fa, \u017ee by TFA malo by\u0165 v\u00f4bec pova\u017eovan\u00e9 za ve\u010dn\u00e9 chemik\u00e1lie. Americk\u00e1 agent\u00fara EPA napr\u00edklad TFA ofici\u00e1lne medzi PFAS nezara\u010fuje.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1987\" data-end=\"2462\">Vedci tvrdia, \u017ee obavy s\u00fa prehnan\u00e9. Vraj plan\u00e9ta TFA zvl\u00e1da, ke\u010f\u017ee ho v oce\u00e1noch je u\u017e ve\u013ek\u00e9 mno\u017estvo. In\u00fdmi slovami, netreba panik\u00e1ri\u0165. Tento postoj sa, \u017eia\u013e, dost\u00e1va aj do vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch politick\u00fdch sf\u00e9r. Skupiny zriaden\u00e9 pod hlavi\u010dkou Programu OSN pre \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie ozna\u010dili TFA za \u201eminim\u00e1lne riziko\u201c, \u010do Eur\u00f3pskej komisii umo\u017enilo odklada\u0165 ak\u00e9ko\u013evek regul\u00e1cie. V\u00fdskumn\u00edci z Kanady v \u0161t\u00fadii z roku 2021 priamo vyhl\u00e1sili, \u017ee neexistuj\u00fa d\u00f4kazy o prirodzenom v\u00fdskyte TFA. \u201ePr\u00edrodn\u00e9 TFA by nemalo by\u0165 spom\u00ednan\u00e9 v \u017eiadnych diskusi\u00e1ch o jeho v\u00fdrobe alebo regul\u00e1cii,\u201c vyjadrili sa k tejto t\u00e9me.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2730\" data-end=\"3120\">A hist\u00f3ria sa opakuje. Ve\u010dn\u00e9 chemik\u00e1lie sa vyr\u00e1baj\u00fa u\u017e od 40. rokov, no prv\u00e9 varovania o ich toxicite sa do odbornej literat\u00fary dostali a\u017e v 90. rokoch. A to napriek tomu, \u017ee niektor\u00e9 firmy ako 3M a DuPont vedeli o ich \u0161kodlivosti u\u017e v roku 1970. Ke\u010f v roku 2001 vy\u0161la k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e1 \u0161t\u00fadia o \u0161\u00edren\u00ed PFAS v pr\u00edrode, uk\u00e1zalo sa, \u017ee stopy t\u00fdchto chemik\u00e1li\u00ed s\u00fa v tkaniv\u00e1ch orlov, \u013eadov\u00fdch medve\u010fov, noriek aj tule\u0148ov.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"3122\" data-end=\"3445\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Dnes u\u017e vieme, \u017ee v\u010faka desa\u0165ro\u010diam pasivity zo strany firiem s\u00fa PFAS v merate\u013enom mno\u017estve pr\u00edtomn\u00e9 v ka\u017edom \u010dloveku a takmer v ka\u017edom zvierati na plan\u00e9te. Preto s\u00fa aj s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00e9 PR snahy obhajova\u0165 TFA len \u010fal\u0161ou opakovanou kapitolou v rovnakom pr\u00edbehu.
