Nakoniec to bolo omnoho v\u00e1\u017enej\u0161ie \t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>\t \t\t\t Video \t<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\tDopravn\u00ed policajti zasahovali pri dramatickej udalosti, ktor\u00e1 sa za\u010dala ako ozn\u00e1menie o podozren\u00ed na opit\u00e9ho vodi\u010da kami\u00f3na. \t\t\t\t\/\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tZdroj: Policie \u010cR \t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>P\u00f4vodne chcela Eur\u00f3pska komisia povoli\u0165 toto nav\u00fd\u0161enie iba pri kami\u00f3noch na elektrick\u00fd (bat\u00e9riov\u00fd) pohon, ale po tlaku viacer\u00fdch kraj\u00edn sa uva\u017euje povoli\u0165 nav\u00fd\u0161enie parametrov na prechodn\u00fa dobu aj pre kami\u00f3ny na naftov\u00fd\u00a0pohon.<\/p>\n<p>Asoci\u00e1cia \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00fdch dopravcov Slovenska (AROS) v\u00a0tejto s\u00favislosti upozor\u0148uje na viacer\u00e9 rizik\u00e1, nielen pre n\u00e1kladn\u00fa \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00fa dopravu, ale aj pre cestn\u00fa dopravu, vodi\u010dov a be\u017en\u00fdch ob\u010danov.<\/p>\n<p>Ohrozenia cestnej dopravy<\/p>\n<p>Zv\u00fd\u0161enie hmotnosti a d\u013a\u017eky kami\u00f3nov\u00fdch s\u00faprav prinesie pod\u013ea Asoci\u00e1cie \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00fdch dopravcov Slovenska zn\u00ed\u017eenie bezpe\u010dnosti cestnej dopravy, preto\u017ee dlh\u00e9 a \u0165a\u017ek\u00e9 s\u00fapravy m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 pre vodi\u010dov na cest\u00e1ch viac nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9. Okrem toho u\u017e teraz m\u00e1me cestn\u00fa infra\u0161trukt\u00faru vo ve\u013emi zlom stave \u010do sa t\u00fdka ciest a most. \u201eOb\u00e1vame sa, \u017ee po zaveden\u00ed nov\u00fdch noriem pre kami\u00f3ny sa stav na\u0161ich ciest, mostov, podjazdov e\u0161te viac zhor\u0161\u00ed,\u201c hovor\u00ed Patrik Benka, v\u00fdkonn\u00fd riadite\u013e\u00a0AROS.<\/p>\n<p>\u201ePr\u00edpustn\u00e1 hmotnos\u0165 n\u00e1kladn\u00fdch vozidiel sa zv\u00fd\u0161i o\u00a010\u00a0%, m\u00f4\u017eeme teda o\u010dak\u00e1va\u0165 ove\u013ea viac \u0161k\u00f4d na cest\u00e1ch ceny za ich opravy sa prirodzene prenes\u00fa na da\u0148ov\u00fdch poplatn\u00edkov.\u201c Okrem toho m\u00f4\u017ee doch\u00e1dza\u0165 e\u0161te k\u00a0v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ej preplnenosti odstavn\u00fdch pl\u00f4ch a parkov\u00edsk, hlavne pri dia\u013eni\u010dn\u00fdch \u0165ahoch. \u201eAj preto st\u00e1le preferujeme presun tovarov z\u00a0ciest na \u017eeleznicu, teda namiesto neust\u00e1lej podpory a zv\u00fdhod\u0148ovania cestnej dopravy po\u017eadujeme v\u00e4\u010d\u0161iu podporu \u017eelezni\u010dnej dopravy.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Limity pre n\u00e1kladn\u00fa dopravu<\/p>\n<p>Okrem cestnej dopravy by nov\u00e1 smernica priniesla aj viacer\u00e9 limity pre n\u00e1kladn\u00fa \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00fa dopravu. \u201eTermin\u00e1ly pre n\u00e1kladn\u00fa dopravu nie s\u00fa v\u00a0s\u00fa\u010dasnosti stavan\u00e9 na dlh\u00e9 cestn\u00e9 s\u00fapravy, hlavne kv\u00f4li polomeru ot\u00e1\u010dania \u010di kapacity odstavn\u00fdch pl\u00f4ch,\u201c hovor\u00ed Matej Franc, prezident AROS. \u201eV\u00a0pr\u00edpade pred\u013a\u017eenia cestn\u00fdch vozidiel nie je dorie\u0161en\u00e1 ani kompatibilita voz\u0148ov na prepravu intermod\u00e1lnych jednotiek, ktor\u00e9 umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00fa prepravu tovaru bez potreby jeho prekl\u00e1dky.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Zatia\u013e \u010do sa pre civiln\u00fa dopravu buduj\u00fa nov\u00e9 odstavn\u00e9 plochy, parkovisk\u00e1 pri dia\u013eniciach, na \u017eeleznici sa paradoxne moderniz\u00e1ciou ru\u0161ia odstavn\u00e9, tzv. objazdn\u00e9 ko\u013eaje pre n\u00e1kladn\u00fa dopravu alebo sa zni\u017euje u\u017eito\u010dn\u00e1 d\u013a\u017eka t\u00fdchto ko\u013eaj\u00ed. Najdlh\u0161ie bo\u010dn\u00e9 ko\u013eaje sa paradoxne ru\u0161ia pri moderniz\u00e1ci\u00e1ch trat\u00ed, tie ko\u013eaje \u010do zostali, nemaj\u00fa po\u017eadovan\u00fa d\u013a\u017eku na vlakov\u00e9 s\u00fapravy s\u00a0d\u013a\u017ekou 740\u00a0a viac metrov ako predpisuje Nariadenie\u00a0E\u00da.<\/p>\n<p>Ekologick\u00e9 rie\u0161enie?<\/p>\n<p>Asoci\u00e1cia \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00fdch dopravcov Slovenska z\u00e1rove\u0148 upozor\u0148uje e\u0161te na jeden paradox, ktor\u00fd sa t\u00fdka ekol\u00f3gie. Zatia\u013e \u010do Eur\u00f3pska \u00fania na E\u00da na jednej strane tla\u010d\u00ed na d\u00f4sledn\u00fa aplik\u00e1ciu Green Dealu, na druhej st\u00e1le zv\u00fdhod\u0148uje cestn\u00fa dopravu pred \u017eelezni\u010dnou. Pritom najviac ekologick\u00e1 je \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00e1 n\u00e1kladn\u00e1 doprava. Pod\u013ea dostupn\u00fdch prepo\u010dtov sa v\u00a0E\u00da o\u010dak\u00e1va v\u00a0pr\u00edpade schv\u00e1lenia novej normy o\u00a0pribli\u017ene 10,5\u00a0mili\u00f3na viac j\u00e1zd n\u00e1kladn\u00fdch vozidiel, \u010do prinesie zv\u00fd\u0161enie emisi\u00ed CO2 a\u017e o\u00a06,6\u00a0mili\u00f3na\u00a0ton.<\/p>\n<p>Moment\u00e1lne prebieha diskusia medzi Eur\u00f3pskou komisiou, Eur\u00f3pskym parlamentom a Radou E\u00da. V\u00a0prospech novej smernice a teda aj v\u00a0prospech cestnej dopravy lobuj\u00fa v\u00a0Eur\u00f3pe hlavne seversk\u00e9 \u0161t\u00e1ty a \u010diasto\u010dne aj Slovinsko. Ak bud\u00fa \u00faspe\u0161n\u00e9, nov\u00e1 smernica by mohla by\u0165 schv\u00e1len\u00e1 v\u00a0horizonte piatich-\u0161iestich mesiacov.
