Ove\u010dka Dolly bola toti\u017e prv\u00fdm \u017eivo\u010d\u00edchom naklonovan\u00fdm z dospelej bunky cicavca a met\u00f3da, v\u010faka ktorej sa narodila, je teoreticky pou\u017eite\u013en\u00e1 aj v pr\u00edpade \u010dloveka. A vlani v apr\u00edli sa potom americk\u00e1 spolo\u010dnos\u0165 Colossal Biosciences pochv\u00e1lila \u017eiv\u00fdmi vyhynut\u00fdmi pravlkami. Argent\u00ednska firma Crestview Genetics priviedla na svet u\u017e stovky klonovan\u00fdch kon\u00ed a medzin\u00e1rodn\u00e1 jazdeck\u00e1 feder\u00e1cia nakoniec povolila ich \u00fa\u010das\u0165 v jazdeck\u00fdch s\u00fa\u0165a\u017eiach.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Klonovanie sa oplat\u00ed u dostihov\u00fdch kon\u00ed, plemenn\u00fdch kr\u00e1v a b\u00fdkov alebo tiav, \u010do je ve\u013ek\u00fd biznis v arabsk\u00fdch krajin\u00e1ch. M\u00f4\u017ee ma\u0165 tie\u017e zmysel u kriticky ohrozen\u00fdch popul\u00e1ci\u00ed zvierat, ale u d\u00e1vno vyhynut\u00fdch \u017eivo\u010d\u00ed\u0161nych druhov ako dinosaury, mamuti alebo pravlci pre to ve\u013ea d\u00f4vodov.&#8220; \u00dastavu experiment\u00e1lnej medic\u00edny Akad\u00e9mie vied SR, prv\u00e1 \u010ce\u0161ka, ktor\u00e1 \u00faspe\u0161ne naklonovala my\u0161.<\/p>\n<p>Sl\u00e1vna ove\u010dka Dolly<\/p>\n<p>Meno, ktor\u00e9 sa tak trochu stalo synonymom klonovania, z\u00edskala ove\u010dka pod\u013ea sl\u00e1vnej americkej countryovej spev\u00e1\u010dky Dolly Partonovej. D\u00f4vod m\u00e9di\u00e1m prezradil s\u00e1m hlavn\u00fd realiz\u00e1tor pokusu, profesor Ian Wilmut. &#8222;Dolly vznikla z bunky mlie\u010dnej \u017e\u013eazy, a my sme si nemohli spomen\u00fa\u0165 na p\u00f4sobivej\u0161\u00ed p\u00e1r p\u0155s, ne\u017e s\u00fa tie Dolly Partonov\u00e9,&#8220; vyhl\u00e1sil v nar\u00e1\u017eke na spev\u00e1\u010dkin bujn\u00fd dekolt. Av\u0161ak u\u017e vo veku jedn\u00e9ho roka vedci odhalili, \u017ee stav jej chromoz\u00f3mov nezodpoved\u00e1 veku. R\u00e1no 10. febru\u00e1ra 2003 za\u010dala ka\u0161\u013ea\u0165 aj samotn\u00e1 Dolly, ktor\u00e1 bola o \u0161tyri dni nesk\u00f4r podroben\u00e1 vy\u0161etreniu na po\u010d\u00edta\u010dovom tomografe. Ten v hrudi ovce odhalil n\u00e1dor, ktor\u00fd by zviera\u0165u pravdepodobne priniesol ve\u013ek\u00e9 utrpenie.
