Podarilo sa im identifikova\u0165 mechanizmus, ktor\u00fd rozhoduje o tom, kedy bunka zmen\u00ed svoje spr\u00e1vanie a m\u00f4\u017ee sa za\u010da\u0165 proces ved\u00faci k vzniku n\u00e1dorov\u00e9ho ochorenia. V\u00fdsledky ich pr\u00e1ce zaujali aj prest\u00ed\u017eny vedeck\u00fd \u010dasopis.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\tVedci odhalili d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fd mechanizmus v bunk\u00e1ch<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdskumn\u00edci zo Stredoeur\u00f3pskeho technologick\u00e9ho in\u0161tit\u00fatu (CEITEC) a Pr\u00edrodovedeckej fakulty Masarykovej univerzity dosiahli objav, ktor\u00fd odborn\u00edci ozna\u010duj\u00fa za v\u00fdznamn\u00fd krok vo v\u00fdskume rakoviny. Ako informoval port\u00e1l <a href=\"https:\/\/tn.nova.cz\/zpravodajstvi\/clanek\/651530-velky-objev-ceskych-vedcu-odhalili-chvili-kdy-v-tele-zacina-vznikat-rakovina\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">TN.cz<\/a>, vedcom sa podarilo odhali\u0165 takzvan\u00fd bod zlomu bunky \u2013 okamih, ke\u010f sa za\u010d\u00edna meni\u0165 jej spr\u00e1vanie sp\u00f4sobom, ktor\u00fd m\u00f4\u017ee vies\u0165 k rozvoju n\u00e1dorov\u00e9ho ochorenia.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdsledky v\u00fdskumu vzbudili pozornos\u0165 aj v zahrani\u010d\u00ed a publikoval ich prest\u00ed\u017eny vedeck\u00fd \u010dasopis Science Advances.<\/p>\n<p>Rozhoduj\u00facu \u00falohu zohr\u00e1va komunik\u00e1cia medzi bunkami<\/p>\n<p>Hoci vznik rakoviny vedci sk\u00famaj\u00fa desa\u0165ro\u010dia, mnoh\u00e9 mechanizmy zost\u00e1vali doteraz neobjasnen\u00e9. Zjednodu\u0161ene povedan\u00e9, n\u00e1dor vznik\u00e1 vtedy, ke\u010f po\u0161koden\u00e1 bunka nezanikne prirodzen\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom, ale za\u010dne sa nekontrolovane deli\u0165 a prestane spr\u00e1vne spolupracova\u0165 s ostatn\u00fdmi bunkami organizmu.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1ve t\u00e1to vz\u00e1jomn\u00e1 komunik\u00e1cia je pod\u013ea \u010desk\u00fdch vedcov mimoriadne d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e1. K\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fa \u00falohu pritom zohr\u00e1va takzvan\u00e1 signaliza\u010dn\u00e1 dr\u00e1ha WNT, ktor\u00e1 koordinuje fungovanie mili\u00e1rd buniek v \u013eudskom tele. V\u00fdskumn\u00fd t\u00edm zistil, \u017ee bunky na prijat\u00e9 sign\u00e1ly nereaguj\u00fa postupne, ale funguj\u00fa podobne ako vyp\u00edna\u010d \u2013 bu\u010f sa aktivuj\u00fa, alebo zostan\u00fa neakt\u00edvne.<\/p>\n<p>Rozhoduje jedin\u00fd prote\u00edn<\/p>\n<p>Prv\u00fd autor \u0161t\u00fadie Miroslav Micka vysvetlil, \u017ee rozhoduj\u00facu \u00falohu zohr\u00e1va prote\u00edn DVL. \u201eZistili sme, \u017ee prote\u00edn DVL sa spr\u00e1va ako prep\u00edna\u010d. Svoju \u0161trukt\u00faru zmen\u00ed a\u017e vo chv\u00edli, ke\u010f z\u00e1porn\u00fd n\u00e1boj na jeho povrchu prekro\u010d\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00fa prahov\u00fa hodnotu. A\u017e potom sa prestav\u00ed a umo\u017en\u00ed \u010fal\u0161\u00ed krok pri prenose sign\u00e1lu,\u201c citovala jeho vyjadrenie TN.cz.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1ve tento mechanizmus pod\u013ea vedcov predstavuje d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fd moment, ktor\u00fd m\u00f4\u017ee rozhodova\u0165 o \u010fal\u0161om spr\u00e1van\u00ed bunky.<\/p>\n<p>Objav m\u00f4\u017ee pom\u00f4c\u0165 pri v\u00fdvoji novej lie\u010dby<\/p>\n<p>Pod\u013ea odborn\u00edkov vznikaj\u00fa v \u013eudskom organizme ka\u017ed\u00fd de\u0148 tis\u00edce po\u0161koden\u00fdch buniek.
