Pre TASR to uviedla hovorky\u0148a BSK Lucia Forman v reakcii na aktu\u00e1lnu kritiku zo strany developerskej spolo\u010dnosti HB Reavis. Hoci diskusia o situ\u00e1cii na stanici pokra\u010duje, pri rokovaniach nar\u00e1\u017ea kraj pod\u013ea vlastn\u00fdch slov dlhodobo na uprednost\u0148ovanie obchodno-prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fdch z\u00e1ujmov s\u00fakromn\u00e9ho termin\u00e1lu pred potrebami verejnej dopravy.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eObchodn\u00e9 centrum Nivy pritom patr\u00ed medzi najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie komer\u010dn\u00e9 komplexy na Slovensku a jeho n\u00e1v\u0161tevnos\u0165 je do ve\u013ekej miery podporen\u00e1 pr\u00e1ve t\u00fdm, \u017ee je priamo prepojen\u00e9 s autobusovou stanicou. Hoci v roku 2025 maloobchodn\u00e9 tr\u017eby obchodn\u00e9ho centra presiahli 282 mili\u00f3nov eur a vy\u0161plhali sa a\u017e k 20 mili\u00f3nom n\u00e1v\u0161tevn\u00edkov, prev\u00e1dzkovate\u013e autobusovej stanice kontinu\u00e1lne dv\u00edha ceny za vstupy a v\u00fdstupy autobusov,\u201c skon\u0161tatovala Forman.<\/p>\n<p>Bratislavsk\u00fd kraj z\u00e1rove\u0148 pripomenul, \u017ee spolu s IDS BK u\u017e v druhej polovici minul\u00e9ho roka otvorene komunikoval, \u017ee posudzuje viacero variantov rie\u0161enia. Deklaruje, \u017ee robia maximum na zmiernenie pre\u0165a\u017eenia stanice a zabezpe\u010denie bezpe\u010dnej, pravidelnej a predv\u00eddate\u013enej prev\u00e1dzky region\u00e1lnej autobusovej dopravy. Zmeny nastavuj\u00fa tak, aby mali \u010do najmen\u0161\u00ed dosah na ka\u017edodenn\u00e9 doch\u00e1dzanie. Na druhej strane o\u010dak\u00e1vaj\u00fa, \u017ee s\u00fakromn\u00fd prev\u00e1dzkovate\u013e termin\u00e1lu bude vytv\u00e1ra\u0165 podmienky primeran\u00e9 v\u00fdznamu verejnej dopravy a nebude pren\u00e1\u0161a\u0165 ne\u00famern\u00e9 obmedzenia na cestuj\u00facich a dopravcov.<\/p>\n<p>Rokovania od za\u010diatku prestavby stanice vedie kraj aj so spolo\u010dnos\u0165ou Slovak Lines ako prev\u00e1dzkovate\u013eom stanice. Kraj na nich pod\u013ea hovorkyne opakovane apeloval na minimaliz\u00e1ciu z\u00e1sahov tak, aby sa \u010do najmenej zn\u00ed\u017eil komfort cestuj\u00facich aj pracovn\u00e9 podmienky vodi\u010dov. Pomenovan\u00e9 boli aj konkr\u00e9tne probl\u00e9my s priamym dosahom na cestuj\u00facich aj plynulos\u0165 dopravy. I\u0161lo o nevhodne nastaven\u00e9 kr\u00e1tke \u010dasy medzi odchodmi, ktor\u00e9 pri me\u0161kaniach ved\u00fa k chaosu pri pristavovan\u00ed autobusov, rozpt\u00fdlenie liniek na viacer\u00e9 n\u00e1stupi\u0161tia bez zrozumite\u013enej logiky, v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 zn\u00ed\u017eenie po\u010dtu v\u00fdstup\u00ed\u0161\u0165 \u010di nedostato\u010dn\u00e9 informovanie cestuj\u00facich, najm\u00e4 pri me\u0161kaniach a zmen\u00e1ch odchodov.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eNapriek opakovan\u00fdm po\u017eiadavk\u00e1m sa tieto k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 nedostatky neodstr\u00e1nili v rozsahu, ktor\u00fd by zodpovedal potreb\u00e1m integrovanej region\u00e1lnej dopravy. Aj preto sme museli zva\u017eova\u0165 a n\u00e1sledne prija\u0165 opatrenia, ktor\u00e9 umo\u017enia udr\u017ea\u0165 spo\u013eahliv\u00fa a bezpe\u010dn\u00fa prev\u00e1dzku liniek aj mimo limitov a obmedzen\u00ed stanice,\u201c zd\u00f4raznila Forman s t\u00fdm, \u017ee situ\u00e1ciu na stanici pravidelne monitoruj\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p>Spolo\u010dnos\u0165 HR Reavis vo svojom pondelkovom stanovisku uviedla, \u017ee aktu\u00e1lne stavebn\u00e9 \u00fapravy na AS Nivy s\u00fa priamym d\u00f4sledkom meniacej sa dopravnej strat\u00e9gie BSK, ktor\u00fd od jej otvorenia v roku 2021 zn\u00ed\u017eil po\u010det spojov o takmer 50 percent. Za n\u00e1sledok to m\u00e1 pod\u013ea nej nevyu\u017eit\u00e9 priestory a neudr\u017eate\u013en\u00fa ekonomick\u00fa situ\u00e1ciu stanice. Rozhodnutia kraja maj\u00fa pod\u013ea developera negat\u00edvne ovplyv\u0148ova\u0165 aj n\u00e1v\u0161tevnos\u0165 centra. Nevid\u00ed tie\u017e d\u00f4vod na to, \u017ee \u010das\u0165 spojov sa presunula z N\u00edv na vonkaj\u0161ie zast\u00e1vky MHD. Deklaruje v\u0161ak pripravenos\u0165 diskutova\u0165 o rozvoji verejnej dopravy.<\/p>\n<p>Prev\u00e1dzkovate\u013e stanice jej prestavbu obhajuje jej klesaj\u00facim vyu\u017eit\u00edm. Deklaruje v\u0161ak, \u017ee po skon\u010den\u00ed stavebn\u00fdch pr\u00e1c sa komfort cestuj\u00facich zlep\u0161\u00ed. Situ\u00e1cia mrz\u00ed aj hlavn\u00e9 mesto, ktor\u00e9 rovnako ako BSK tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee na to nem\u00e1 \u017eiadny vplyv.
