U\u017e v\u00a0tom \u010dase vlani na jese\u0148 sa cestuj\u00faci s\u0165a\u017eovali, \u017ee na stanici je chaos a miesta m\u00e1lo, preto\u017ee \u013eudia \u010dakaj\u00fa v\u00a0jednom rade na viacero spojov.<\/p>\n<p>Ke\u010f\u017ee z\u00a0jedn\u00e9ho miesta odch\u00e1dza viac liniek, cestuj\u00faci sa hromadili a okrem toho sa zvy\u0161ovalo riziko me\u0161kan\u00ed, preto\u017ee autobusy mali menej priestoru na pristavenie. Stanica bola navrhnut\u00e1 ako dopravn\u00fd uzol, v\u00a0ktorom sa stret\u00e1vaj\u00fa region\u00e1lne autobusy z\u00a0cel\u00e9ho okolia Bratislavy. To sa stalo realitou pred p\u00e1r t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148ami. Zast\u00e1vky v\u00a0okol\u00ed autobusovej stanice s\u00fa v\u0161ak ur\u010den\u00e9 prim\u00e1rne pre MHD, region\u00e1lne spoje ich zbyto\u010dne pre\u0165a\u017euj\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fdka sa to napr\u00edklad liniek z\u00a0Pezinku a Modry. Autobusy teraz zastavuj\u00fa na vonkaj\u0161\u00edch zast\u00e1vkach v\u00a0okol\u00ed stanice na Pa\u017e\u00edtkovej a Prievozskej namiesto podzemn\u00fdch n\u00e1stup\u00ed\u0161\u0165. Probl\u00e9mom je nielen prive\u013ea \u013eud\u00ed na jednej zast\u00e1vke, ale aj presun cestuj\u00facich. T\u00ed, ktor\u00fdch cesta v\u00a0Bratislave nekon\u010d\u00ed, musia z\u00a0vonkaj\u0161ej ulice prejs\u0165 do podzemia obchodn\u00e9ho centra, napriek tomu, \u017ee tam mali vyst\u00fapi\u0165 priamo. To s\u00fa \u010fal\u0161ie min\u00faty navy\u0161e, kedy m\u00f4\u017eu zme\u0161ka\u0165 spoj presunom po roz\u013eahlom n\u00e1kup\u00e1ku a h\u013eadan\u00edm stanice. \u013du\u010fom trv\u00e1 aj \u0161tyri min\u00faty k\u00fdm sa dostan\u00fa von zo stanice, \u010do pod\u013ea Juraja Drobu, predsedu BSK, nie je komfortn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\t\tPrek\u00e1\u017ea v\u00e1m zmen\u0161enie plochy stanice pri cestovan\u00ed?<\/p>\n<p>Niekedy, ke\u010f je ve\u013ea \u013eud\u00ed<\/p>\n<p> 0,9%<\/p>\n<p>Pod\u013ea sk\u00fasenost\u00ed cestuj\u00facich sa to v\u0161ak dialo aj predt\u00fdm, \u0161of\u00e9ri autobusov si u\u013eah\u010dovali v\u00fdstup \u013eud\u00ed pr\u00e1ve na ulici, aby nemuseli do stanice vojs\u0165. Vylo\u017eenie cestuj\u00facich v\u0161ak nebol jedin\u00fd d\u00f4vod na zastavenie v\u00a0podzem\u00ed. \u201eNa autobusovej stanici mali niektor\u00ed vodi\u010di aj bezpe\u010dnostn\u00fa prest\u00e1vku \u010di\u017ee tam st\u00e1li dlh\u0161ie. Na ulici ide len o\u00a0vyst\u00fapenie a nast\u00fapenie,\u201d objasnil dopravn\u00fd analytik Jozef Drahovsk\u00fd. Pod\u013ea jeho slov to v\u0161ak nem\u00e1 dosah na prem\u00e1vku, iba na komfort cestuj\u00facich.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eVplyv na dopravu z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed od po\u010dtu zastavenia autobusov a jeho rozlo\u017eenie v\u00a0\u010dasovom \u00faseku dopravn\u00fdch \u0161pi\u010diek. Pod\u013ea toho m\u00f4\u017ee \u00eds\u0165 od zanedbate\u013en\u00e9ho vplyvu a\u017e po tvorbu kol\u00f3n na nov\u00fdch miestach. Okolie Mlynsk\u00fdch N\u00edv m\u00e1 navrhnut\u00fa relat\u00edvne priepustn\u00fa infra\u0161trukt\u00faru, tak\u017ee zn\u00ed\u017eenie o\u00a017\u00a0percent u\u00a0autobusov si ostatn\u00ed vodi\u010di ani nev\u0161imn\u00fa. Ove\u013ea viac si v\u0161imn\u00fa dokon\u010denie dnes rozostavanej v\u00fdstavby v\u00a0okol\u00ed.\u201d dodal. Zatia\u013e to v\u0161ak na kol\u00f3ny pre autobusy vykladaj\u00face \u013eud\u00ed na ulici nevyzer\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eAj ak sa \u010das\u0165 spojov presunie mimo stanice a autobusy bud\u00fa \u010dastej\u0161ie zastavova\u0165 na ulici, zhor\u0161i\u0165 plynulos\u0165 prem\u00e1vky v\u00a0tejto \u010dasti centra by sa pod\u013ea analytika nemala. \u201eV\u00a0Bratislave sa buduj\u00fa miesta s\u00a0ozna\u010den\u00edm TIOP na prestupy medzi r\u00f4znym sp\u00f4sobom dopravy. Ak autobusy bud\u00fa ma\u0165 zast\u00e1vky v\u00a0t\u00fdchto bodoch, tak to m\u00f4\u017ee paradoxne dopravu zlep\u0161i\u0165,\u201d uzavrel Drahovsk\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Zo stanice je hor\u00faci zemiak<\/p>\n<p>HB Reavis v\u0161ak reagovalo, \u017ee po dokon\u010den\u00ed rekon\u0161trukcie bud\u00fa ma\u0165 cestuj\u00faci lep\u0161\u00ed pr\u00edstup priamo z\u00a0ulice, rovnako ako nov\u00fdm eskal\u00e1torom medzi hlavn\u00fdm vstupom z\u00a0ul\u00edc Mlynsk\u00e9 nivy a P\u00e1ri\u010dkova, ktor\u00fd povedie priamo na stanicu. Doteraz sa dostali k\u00a0autobusu pr\u00e1cne zo stredu obchodu alebo dlh\u00fdm \u010dakan\u00edm na v\u00fd\u0165ahy pri vstupe.<\/p>\n<p>Prestavba Autobusovej stanice Nivy je pod\u013ea firmy d\u00f4sledkom toho, \u017ee BSK men\u00ed svoju dopravn\u00fa strat\u00e9giu. Hoci stanicu vybudoval HB Reavis a prev\u00e1dzkuje ju Slovak Lines, nikto spolo\u010dnosti nestanovil ako ve\u013ek\u00fa plochu m\u00e1 dopravn\u00fd uzol ma\u0165, ko\u013eko spojov mus\u00ed kapacitne zvl\u00e1dnu\u0165 ani ko\u013eko bude st\u00e1\u0165 poplatok za vstup autobusu. Firma stavala pod\u013ea d\u00e1t a bud\u00facej vy\u0165a\u017eenosti. Developer v\u0161ak zd\u00f4raznil, \u017ee vybudova\u0165 stanicu ho st\u00e1lo 80\u00a0mili\u00f3nov eur bez toho, aby do projektu vlo\u017eili peniaze mesto, kraj \u010di\u00a0\u0161t\u00e1t.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0roku 2021\u00a0mala stanica obsl\u00fa\u017ei\u0165 1\u00a0500\u00a0autobusov\u00fdch spojov denne v\u00a0be\u017enej prev\u00e1dzke, teda pribli\u017ene 20-tis\u00edc cestuj\u00facich denne v\u00a0ka\u017edom smere. Teoreticky mala zvl\u00e1dnu\u0165 a\u017e 2\u00a0500\u00a0liniek za de\u0148. T\u00e1 sa v\u0161ak pod\u013ea nich zn\u00ed\u017eila. Minul\u00fd rok developer argumentoval t\u00fdm, \u017ee stanica nie je adekv\u00e1tne vyu\u017eit\u00e1 a investor t\u00fdm\u00a0trat\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Rozhodol sa preto do podzemia namiesto n\u00e1stup\u00ed\u0161\u0165 umiestni\u0165 re\u0165azec s\u00a0potravinami. BSK toti\u017e od spustenia stanice pred piatimi rokmi zn\u00ed\u017eila po\u010det spojov takmer o\u00a0polovicu. U\u017e v\u00a0m\u00e1ji po za\u010dat\u00ed obmedzen\u00ed sa v\u0161ak s\u0165a\u017eovali na pretlak priestorov nielen cestuj\u00faci, ale aj \u0161of\u00e9ri autobusov, ktor\u00fdm sa v\u00a0zmen\u0161enom priestore zle ot\u00e1\u010dalo.<\/p>\n<p>Droba potvrdil, \u017ee predv\u00eddate\u013enos\u0165 pohybu autobusov aj manipulovanie s\u00a0vozidlami je pod\u013ea slov \u0161of\u00e9rov n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9. Ak m\u00e1te e\u0161te aj k\u013abov\u00fd autobus, stanica sa stala \u0165a\u017eko man\u00e9vrovate\u013enou.<\/p>\n<p>Ned\u00e1vno v\u0161ak developer vo vyjadren\u00ed varoval, \u017ee BSK op\u00e4\u0165 zn\u00ed\u017eilo mno\u017estvo prich\u00e1dzaj\u00facich a odch\u00e1dzaj\u00facich autobusov o\u00a033-tis\u00edc ro\u010dne. HB Reavis aj Slovak Lines v\u0161ak tvrdia, \u017ee stanica m\u00e1 dos\u0165 kapac\u00edt a toto obmedzenie nie je potrebn\u00e9 ani chcen\u00e9. \u201eCestuj\u00faci, z\u00a0ktor\u00fdch mnoh\u00ed s\u00fa \u0161tudenti a \u013eudia denne doch\u00e1dzaj\u00faci do Bratislavy za pr\u00e1cou, si zasl\u00fa\u017eia d\u00f4stojn\u00e9 podmienky a nie presun na zast\u00e1vky MHD bez z\u00e1zemia,\u201c uviedol pred t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148om Mat\u00fa\u0161 Lipt\u00e1k za HB Reavis.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazy article-detail-image\" alt=\"Autobusov\u00e1 stanica Nivy po\u010das premeny v...\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/autobusova-stanica-nivy-nestandard1.jpg\"\/> \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t\t\t\tFoto: Robert H\u00fcttner \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t\tAutobusov\u00e1 stanica Nivy po\u010das \t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAutobusov\u00e1 stanica Nivy po\u010das premeny v septembri 2025 \t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>HB Reavis zhor\u0161uj\u00face sa podmienky neodstr\u00e1nil, preto BSK pod\u013ea Drobu reagoval. \u201ePrijali sme rozhodnutie, ktor\u00e9 dnes niektor\u00ed ozna\u010duj\u00fa za \u0161krtanie spojov. Nie je pravda, \u017ee ru\u0161\u00edme 33-tis\u00edc spojov. To \u010d\u00edslo v\u00a0praxi znamen\u00e1 skr\u00e1tenie dvoch liniek z\u00a0kone\u010dnej stanice AS Nivy na Bajkalsk\u00fa. Je to skr\u00e1tenie o\u00a0dve zast\u00e1vky pred Nivami, nie \u0161krtanie,\u201d vysvetlil predseda\u00a0BSK.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1rove\u0148 zd\u00f4raznil, \u017ee spojenie medzi Pezinkom a Bratislavou zost\u00e1va zachovan\u00e9, men\u00ed sa len koncov\u00e1 zast\u00e1vka. \u201eRovnako tak nedoch\u00e1dza k\u00a0zru\u0161eniu liniek zo Senca,\u201d dodal Droba. BSK chce presun\u00fa\u0165 \u013eud\u00ed do verejnej dopravy tak, aby polovica v\u0161etk\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed jazdila MHD a druh\u00e1 autom. Teraz je to 75\u00a0percent pre\u00a0aut\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Lipt\u00e1k dodal, \u017ee na tak\u00fdto z\u00e1sah nie je d\u00f4vod. V\u00a0minulosti boli v\u0161ak s\u0165a\u017enosti Slovak Lines, \u017ee sa vstup do stanice dopravca plat\u00ed a tento poplatok je pre nich z\u00e1\u0165a\u017eou. Kraj neur\u010duje cenn\u00edk, ak\u00fd autobusov\u00e1 stanica stanov\u00ed. Je jedn\u00fdm z\u00a0klientom. \u201ePoplatok za vstup a v\u00fdstup st\u00fapol na 20,74\u00a0eur z\u00a0necel\u00fdch 14.\u00a0Za to, \u017ee n\u00e1\u0161 autobus vojde a vyjde zo stanice, \u017ee sa zdvihne dvakr\u00e1t rampa,\u201d zd\u00f4raznil Juraj Droba, predseda BSK. T\u00e1to cena je pod\u013ea neho vysok\u00e1 aj v\u00a0porovnan\u00ed so zahrani\u010d\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p>Navy\u0161e, iba \u0161tvrtina, teda 20\u00a0percent z\u00a0cestuj\u00facich kon\u010d\u00ed na Niv\u00e1ch, v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina vystupuje na zast\u00e1vkach sk\u00f4r. N\u00e1rast poplatku pre HB Reavis je viac ako polovi\u010dn\u00fd za p\u00e4\u0165 rokov, \u010do nie je pod\u013ea Drobu udr\u017eate\u013en\u00e9 a navy\u0161e za to pod\u013ea jeho slov dopravcovia dostali ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed komfort a men\u0161ie priestory. Droba vyzval aby HB Reavis zv\u00e1\u017eil zn\u00ed\u017eenie ceny tak, aby sa im vyu\u017e\u00edvanie stanice oplatilo.<\/p>\n<p>Lipt\u00e1k e\u0161te pred t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148om uviedol, \u017ee rozhodnutie BSK celkovo pripravilo stanicu o\u00a0120-tis\u00edc spojov ro\u010dne a zn\u00ed\u017eilo jej ekonomick\u00fa udr\u017eate\u013enos\u0165. \u201eV\u00a0prvom rade to znamen\u00e1 neschopnos\u0165 mesta, ke\u010f v\u00a0\u010dase predaja pozemkov developerovi nedali do \u0165archy povinnos\u0165 prev\u00e1dzkova\u0165 autobusov\u00fa zast\u00e1vku v\u00a0cen\u00e1ch schv\u00e1len\u00fdch mestom,\u201d uzavrel Drahovsk\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eAby sme sanovali \u0161kody, boli sme n\u00faten\u00ed prist\u00fapi\u0165 k\u00a0zmene vyu\u017eitia \u010dasti priestoru tak, aby zodpovedal vy\u0165a\u017eenosti stanice a z\u00e1rove\u0148 vytvoril udr\u017eate\u013en\u00fd ekonomick\u00fd model,\u201c spomenul Lipt\u00e1k d\u00f4vod prepusti\u0165 priestory potravin\u00e1m. Zd\u00f4raznil tie\u017e, \u017ee rekon\u0161trukcia stanice st\u00e1la HB Reavis \u010fal\u0161ie financie, ktor\u00e9 z\u00edskali z\u00a0\u00faveru. Pod\u013ea Lipt\u00e1ka je aj v\u00a0ich z\u00e1ujme, aby mala stanica plne vyu\u017eit\u00e9 kapacity.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00a0tomu sa vyjadril aj Peter Bubla, hovorca magistr\u00e1tu. Bratislava pod\u013ea jeho slov chce, aby autobisy zach\u00e1dzali do priestorov stanice, no nem\u00f4\u017eu to developerovi prik\u00e1za\u0165 ani dianie nijako ovplyvni\u0165. \u201ePod\u013ea inform\u00e1ci\u00ed, ktor\u00fdmi disponuje hlavn\u00e9 mesto, nie je potrebn\u00e9 odkl\u00e1\u0148a\u0165 autobusy mimo stanice, preto\u017ee jej kapacita posta\u010duje aj po stavebn\u00fdch \u00faprav\u00e1ch,\u201c\u00a0dodal.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eVerejnosti sa pods\u00fava predstava, \u017ee probl\u00e9my stanice a n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my v\u00a0doprave boli sp\u00f4soben\u00e9 \u017eupou. To nie je pravda,\u201d uviedol Droba s\u00a0t\u00fdm, \u017ee dnes u\u017e nerie\u0161ia modern\u00fd termin\u00e1l, ktor\u00fd v\u00a0roku 2021\u00a0predstavili, ale rie\u0161ia d\u00f4sledok zmen\u0161enia stanice. Droba uviedol fakty, teda \u017ee stanica je plne v\u00a0ruk\u00e1ch HB Reavis, \u017eupa nem\u00e1 vplyv na jej ve\u013ekos\u0165, po\u010det n\u00e1stup\u00ed\u0161\u0165, ani re\u017eim, v\u00a0akom prev\u00e1dzka prebieha.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Video Poh\u013ead na premenu Autobusovej stanice Nivy.
