Nedeje sa tak iba v najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00edch mest\u00e1ch \u2013 nov\u00e9 obchodn\u00e9 z\u00f3ny u\u017e dnes rast\u00fa aj v satelitoch \u010di pri frekventovan\u00fdch dopravn\u00fdch tras\u00e1ch. D\u00f4kazom je napr\u00edklad aj pripravovan\u00fd n\u00e1kupn\u00fd are\u00e1l v \u0160amor\u00edne.<\/p>\n<p>O \u0161amor\u00ednskom projekte sme v\u00e1s prv\u00fd raz <a href=\"https:\/\/www.interez.sk\/slovaci-budu-nakupovat-v-dalsom-novom-obchodnom-centre-kaufland-ci-action-tu-doplnia-dalsie-znacky\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">informovali<\/a> e\u0161te po\u010das febru\u00e1ra, ke\u010f bol <a href=\"https:\/\/www.enviroportal.sk\/eia\/detail\/obchodny-areal-samorin-objekt-pre-obchod-sluzby\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">z\u00e1mer<\/a> predlo\u017een\u00fd na posudzovanie EIA. Po viac ako mesiaci je zo zis\u0165ovacieho konania zrejm\u00e9, \u017ee sa nebude posudzova\u0165 pod\u013ea z\u00e1kona \u010d. 24\/2006 Z. z. o posudzovan\u00ed vplyvov na \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie a o zmene a doplnen\u00ed niektor\u00fdch z\u00e1konov znen\u00ed neskor\u0161\u00edch predpisov.<\/p>\n<p>Investor tak teraz m\u00f4\u017ee \u017eiada\u0165 o \u010fal\u0161ie potrebn\u00e9 povolenia a projekt by mohol v najbli\u017e\u0161\u00edch mesiacoch za\u010da\u0165 nabera\u0165 re\u00e1lnej\u0161ie kont\u00fary.<\/p>\n<p>Rozv\u00edjaj\u00faca sa lokalita<\/p>\n<p>Ako sa uv\u00e1dza v predlo\u017eenej dokument\u00e1cii, predmetom navrhovanej \u010dinnosti je v\u00fdstavba obchodn\u00e9ho are\u00e1lu, ktor\u00fd zah\u0155\u0148a novostavbu jednopodla\u017en\u00e9ho, nepodpivni\u010den\u00e9ho hlavn\u00e9ho objektu pre obchod a slu\u017eby a vybudovanie pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdch objektov dopravnej a technickej infra\u0161trukt\u00fary.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160amor\u00ednska n\u00e1kupn\u00e1 z\u00f3na by mala vyr\u00e1s\u0165 na parcel\u00e1ch pri mestskom hlavnom \u0165ahu, ktor\u00fd je priamo napojen\u00fd na cestu R7 a Bratislavu. V jeho bl\u00edzkosti sa v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti nach\u00e1dza kas\u00edno (vzniklo po preroben\u00ed zatvoren\u00e9ho <a href=\"https:\/\/www.interez.sk\/opustene-nakupne-centrum-pri-bratislave-pripomina-postapokalypticky-film-otvorene-bolo-rekordne-kratko-ludi-nezaujalo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">obchodn\u00e9ho centra Vega<\/a>) a tie\u017e relat\u00edvne nov\u00fd obchodn\u00fd are\u00e1l, ktor\u00e9ho prim\u00e1rnym prvkom je Kaufland. Predkladate\u013e z\u00e1meru v\u0161ak predpoklad\u00e1, \u017ee p\u00f4jde o kombin\u00e1ciu elektra, hra\u010diek, drog\u00e9rie a odevov. Ide takpovediac o klasick\u00fa zostavu retailov\u00e9ho parku, \u010dasto doplnen\u00fa o potraviny, chovate\u013esk\u00e9 potreby \u010di lek\u00e1re\u0148. Nov\u00fd projekt tak dopln\u00ed ob\u010diansku vybavenos\u0165, roz\u0161\u00edri n\u00e1kupn\u00e9 mo\u017enosti \u0160amor\u00edn\u010danov a tie\u017e tranzituj\u00facich obyvate\u013eov okolit\u00fdch obc\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Nov\u00e9 obchodn\u00e9 centrum aj v Nitre<\/p>\n<p>Retailov\u00fd park v \u0160amor\u00edne v\u0161ak nebude ani z\u010faleka jedin\u00fd. Ide o jednu z najfrekventovanej\u0161\u00edch dopravn\u00fdch tepien v meste, ktorou denne prech\u00e1dza tis\u00edce \u00e1ut.
