Po novom by mala by\u0165 kontrola platn\u00e9ho povinn\u00e9ho zmluvn\u00e9ho poistenia (PZP) pevnou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou technickej a emisnej kontroly. Ak poistku nebudete ma\u0165 v poriadku, technik v\u00e1s z linky vyhod\u00ed ako nesp\u00f4sobil\u00fdch. Odborn\u00edci z praxe v\u0161ak varuj\u00fa, \u017ee toto rie\u0161enie je ne\u0161\u0165astn\u00e9 a prinesie zbyto\u010dn\u00e9 komplik\u00e1cie aj t\u00fdm, ktor\u00ed si v\u0161etko poctivo platia.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1rodn\u00e1 asoci\u00e1cia STK (NA STK) upozor\u0148uje, \u017ee s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00fd n\u00e1vrh trest\u00e1 motoristov za administrat\u00edvne chyby, ktor\u00e9 nemaj\u00fa ni\u010d spolo\u010dn\u00e9 s bezpe\u010dnos\u0165ou auta. Sta\u010d\u00ed jeden preklep v identifika\u010dnom \u010d\u00edsle vozidla (VIN) pri uzatv\u00e1ran\u00ed poistky a syst\u00e9m v\u00e1s vyhodnot\u00ed ako nepoisten\u00e9ho.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eVozidlo bude n\u00e1sledne v datab\u00e1ze evidovan\u00e9 ako nepoisten\u00e9, hoci vodi\u010d poistn\u00fa zmluvu riadne uzatvoril. Pri technickej a emisnej kontrole by tak technik musel vozidlo vyhodnoti\u0165 ako nesp\u00f4sobil\u00e9 na prem\u00e1vku. Motorista by n\u00e1sledne musel absolvova\u0165 dve opakovan\u00e9 kontroly (technick\u00fa a\u00a0aj emisn\u00fa), \u010do pre neho znamen\u00e1 \u010fal\u0161iu \u010dasov\u00fa z\u00e1\u0165a\u017e a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 finan\u010dn\u00e9 n\u00e1klady,\u201c vysvet\u013euje Peter Hulman, v\u00fdkonn\u00fd riadite\u013e NA STK.<\/p>\n<p>Syst\u00e9m sa bude da\u0165 \u013eahko ob\u00eds\u0165<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\">Z\u00e1merom \u0161t\u00e1tu je zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 po\u010det \u00e1ut bez PZP, no pod\u013ea odborn\u00edkov m\u00f4\u017ee nasta\u0165 presn\u00fd opak. Ak bude kontrola na STK jedinou tvrdou bari\u00e9rou, \u0161pekulanti ju jednoducho ob\u00eddu. Predpoklad\u00e1 sa, \u017ee niektor\u00ed vodi\u010di uzavr\u00fa poistku \u201ena oko\u201c tesne pred kontrolou, prejd\u00fa cez STK a poistn\u00e9 u\u017e nikdy neuhradia. Probl\u00e9m sa t\u00fdm neodstr\u00e1ni, len sa presunie v \u010dase.<\/p>\n<p>Asoci\u00e1cia STK preto prich\u00e1dza s kompromisn\u00fdm n\u00e1vrhom, ktor\u00fd by \u0161t\u00e1tu pomohol, ale motoristov by ne\u0161ikanoval. Navrhuj\u00fa, aby sa ch\u00fdbaj\u00face PZP bralo len ako administrat\u00edvne zistenie. Vozidlo by tak zostalo sp\u00f4sobil\u00e9 na prem\u00e1vku, pri\u010dom inform\u00e1cia o ch\u00fdbaj\u00facom poisten\u00ed by bola zaznamenan\u00e1 v protokole z kontroly. \u201eTak\u00e9to nastavenie by zachovalo odborn\u00fd charakter technick\u00fdch a emisn\u00fdch kontrol, ktor\u00fdch prim\u00e1rnym cie\u013eom je posudzova\u0165 bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 vozidiel.
