Developersk\u00e1 spolo\u010dnos\u0165 Corwin z\u00edskala z\u00e1v\u00e4zn\u00e9 stanovisko hlavn\u00e9ho mesta pre prv\u00fa etapu projektu. T\u00e1 sa t\u00fdka transform\u00e1cie severnej \u010dasti are\u00e1lu v dotyku s Ra\u010dianskou ulicou a Novou Cvernovkou.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eVer\u00edme, \u017ee sa podar\u00ed zvy\u0161n\u00e9 povo\u013eovacie procesy dokon\u010di\u0165 tak, aby sme so stavebn\u00fdmi pr\u00e1cami mohli za\u010da\u0165 v priebehu roka 2027,\u201c skon\u0161tatoval projektov\u00fd mana\u017e\u00e9r spolo\u010dnosti Filip Gulan.<\/p>\n<p>V r\u00e1mci prvej etapy m\u00e1 vyr\u00e1s\u0165 \u0161es\u0165 objektov s r\u00f4znou v\u00fd\u0161kou. Najvy\u0161\u0161ou m\u00e1 by\u0165 administrat\u00edvna budova, av\u0161ak aj t\u00e1 sa m\u00e1 pod\u013ea developera v preva\u017enej miere t\u00fd\u010di\u0165 len do \u00farovne piatich podla\u017e\u00ed. Doplni\u0165 ju m\u00e1 funk\u010dne adaptovan\u00e1 Z\u00e1mo\u010dn\u00edcka diel\u0148a s troma nadzemn\u00fdmi podla\u017eiami a obytn\u00e9 objekty so siedmimi ust\u00fapen\u00fdmi podla\u017eiami. Spolu s kancel\u00e1riami m\u00e1 pribudn\u00fa\u0165 takmer 19.000 metrov \u0161tvorcov\u00fdch ob\u010dianskej vybavenosti celomestsk\u00e9ho charakteru. Vznikn\u00fa\u0165 m\u00e1 tie\u017e takmer 6000 metrov \u0161tvorcov\u00fdch zelene, da\u017e\u010fov\u00e1 voda m\u00e1 by\u0165 zachyt\u00e1van\u00e1 na pozemku. <\/p>\n<p>S\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou prvej etapy m\u00e1 by\u0165 aj komplexn\u00e1 rekon\u0161trukcia Ra\u010dianskej ulice v dotyku s are\u00e1lom. Developer u\u017e na \u0148u z\u00edskal kladn\u00e9 z\u00e1v\u00e4zn\u00e9 stanovisko a zrealizova\u0165 ju m\u00e1 na \u00fakor svojich pozemkov. Sl\u00fa\u017ei\u0165 by mala verejnosti a postupne i \u010fal\u0161\u00edm etap\u00e1m projektu. Profil Ra\u010dianskej sa roz\u0161\u00edri na \u0161tyri plnohodnotn\u00e9 jazdn\u00e9 pruhy. Pribudn\u00fa\u0165 m\u00e1 aj nov\u00e1 sveteln\u00e1 kri\u017eovatka, chodn\u00edk pre pe\u0161\u00edch \u010di cyklochodn\u00edk.<\/p>\n<p>Doprava m\u00e1 st\u00e1\u0165 prim\u00e1rne na vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00ed MHD, predov\u0161etk\u00fdm elektri\u010diek, ale aj na bl\u00edzkosti dvoch vlakov\u00fdch stan\u00edc. Automobilov\u00e1 doprava zostane veden\u00e1 po obvode are\u00e1lu. Po dokon\u010den\u00ed \u00favodnej etapy by mala by\u0165 motoristom k dispoz\u00edcii podzemn\u00e1 gar\u00e1\u017e pre takmer 470 \u00e1ut. <\/p>\n<p>Okrem revitaliz\u00e1cie Ra\u010dianskej ulice a poplatku za rozvoj odovzd\u00e1 developer bezodplatne 58 bytov hlav\u00e9mu mestu v r\u00e1mci budovania jeho portf\u00f3lia n\u00e1jomn\u00fdch bytov. Je to v\u00fdsledok rokovan\u00ed s developerom o tzv. kontrib\u00facii.
