Nejde v\u0161ak o\u00a0ni\u010d dramatick\u00e9. Po silnom janu\u00e1rovom raste o\u00a01,5\u00a0% sa ceny len mierne upravili. Ide o\u00a0prirodzen\u00fd jav, ktor\u00fd vypl\u00fdva aj z\u00a0\u00fadajov <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.realitnaunia.sk\/realitny-barometer\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Realitn\u00e9ho barometra<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Najviac zdra\u017eeli najm\u00e4 nov\u0161ie dvojizbov\u00e9 byty a star\u0161ie trojizbov\u00e9 byty. V\u00a0\u0161iestich z\u00a0\u00f4smich krajsk\u00fdch miest vzr\u00e1stli ceny medziro\u010dne o\u00a0viac ako 10\u00a0%. Najv\u00fdraznej\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1rast zaznamenali mest\u00e1 ako Tren\u010d\u00edn a Bansk\u00e1 Bystrica, kde ceny r\u00e1stli najr\u00fdchlej\u0161ie. Najnov\u0161ie \u00fadaje zo \u0160tatistick\u00e9ho \u00faradu ukazuj\u00fa, \u017ee sa stavia ove\u013ea menej. Minul\u00fd rok sa na Slovensku dokon\u010dilo asi 14,3\u00a0tis. bytov, \u010do je medziro\u010dne pokles o\u00a019\u00a0%.<\/p>\n<p>Najv\u00fdraznej\u0161\u00ed pokles je vidite\u013en\u00fd v\u00a0Bratislavskom kraji.
