Dokopy sa tu m\u00f4\u017ee na tento \u00fa\u010del postavi\u0165 a\u017e 5400 jedno a\u017e 4-izbov\u00fdch bytov vy\u0161\u0161ieho \u0161tandardu s rozlohou od 27 m2 do 90 m2.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eTe\u0161\u00ed ma, \u017ee v\u00fdstavba n\u00e1jomn\u00fdch bytov sa stala aj premi\u00e9rskou t\u00e9mou, preto\u017ee bez akt\u00edvnej spolupr\u00e1ce so \u0161t\u00e1tom a s\u00fakromn\u00fdm investorom nebola mo\u017en\u00e1. V s\u00fa\u010dasnosti m\u00e1me pripraven\u00fdch 800 bytov v \u0161tyroch lokalit\u00e1ch pre \u013eud\u00ed, ktor\u00ed si nem\u00f4\u017eu dovoli\u0165 komer\u010dn\u00fa hypot\u00e9ku. Na Jesensk\u00e9ho m\u00e1me napl\u00e1novan\u00fa v\u00fdstavbu 130 bytov, na Thurzovej ulici v komplexe Turzovka 80 bytov. Moment\u00e1lne sa dokon\u010duje pr\u00edprava a znaleck\u00e9 posudky oboch projektov v mestskej \u010dasti Star\u00e9 mesto, koncom apr\u00edla chceme po\u017eiada\u0165 \u00datvar hlavn\u00e9ho architekta mesta, aby k nim vydal svoje z\u00e1v\u00e4zn\u00e9 stanovisko,\u201c\u00a0informoval prim\u00e1tor.<\/p>\n<p>Popri spom\u00ednan\u00fdch aktivit\u00e1ch sa uskuto\u010d\u0148uje aj projek\u010dn\u00e1 pr\u00edprava v\u00fdstavby \u010fal\u0161\u00edch n\u00e1jomn\u00fdch bytoch. Na Clementisovej ulici na s\u00eddlisku Dargovsk\u00fdch hrdinov sa pripravuje takmer 200 bytov a na Alejovej ulici 390 bytov. V oboch t\u00fdchto pr\u00edpadoch je v\u0161ak potrebn\u00e9 z\u00edska\u0165 aj povolenie EIA, ke\u010f\u017ee sa bud\u00fa posudzova\u0165 aj vplyv v\u00fdstavby na \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie. To prinesie zhruba dvojmesa\u010dn\u00fd posun oproti projektom na Jesensk\u00e9ho a Thurzovej ulici.<\/p>\n<p>            O n\u00e1jomnom b\u00fdvan\u00ed bud\u00fa v m\u00e1ji rozhodova\u0165 mestsk\u00ed poslanci    <\/p>\n<p>V m\u00e1ji na rokovan\u00ed mestsk\u00e9ho zastupite\u013estva bud\u00fa poslanci rozhodova\u0165 o pr\u00e1vnych n\u00e1le\u017eitostiach, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eu posun\u00fa\u0165 n\u00e1jomn\u00e9 b\u00fdvanie v Ko\u0161iciach do \u010fal\u0161ej f\u00e1zy. Prvou bude akcion\u00e1rska zmluva medzi Ko\u0161icami a rak\u00faskym investorom WBG, s ktor\u00fdm u\u017e m\u00e1 mesto podp\u00edsan\u00e9 memorandum o spolupr\u00e1ci a pripravuje zalo\u017eenie spolo\u010dn\u00e9ho podniku. Ke\u010f\u017ee mesto do tohto spolo\u010dn\u00e9ho podniku vlo\u017e\u00ed pozemky na Jesensk\u00e9ho, Thurzovej, Clementisovej a Alejovej ulici, z\u00e1rove\u0148 sa diskutuje, ako ur\u010di\u0165 jasn\u00e9 pravidl\u00e1 pre ich vyu\u017eitie a ako zabezpe\u010di\u0165, aby z nich mesto z\u00edskalo adekv\u00e1tny v\u00fdnos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eHne\u010f ako budeme ma\u0165 k dispoz\u00edci\u00ed v\u0161etky s\u00fahlasy a z\u00e1v\u00e4zn\u00e9 stanovisk\u00e1, predpoklad\u00e1me, \u017ee niekedy v j\u00fali po\u017eiadame \u00darad pre \u00fazemn\u00e9 pl\u00e1novanie a v\u00fdstavbu SR o z\u00edskanie rozhodnutia o stavebnom z\u00e1mere a overenie projektu stavby (predt\u00fdm stavebn\u00e9 povolenie). V tom \u010dase u\u017e Agent\u00fara \u0161t\u00e1tom podporovan\u00e9ho n\u00e1jomn\u00e9ho b\u00fdvania od n\u00e1s dostane v\u0161etky potrebn\u00e9 \u00fadaje a p\u00f4dorysy bytov. Agent\u00fara m\u00e1 potom \u010fal\u0161\u00edch 30 dn\u00ed na to, aby to zaevidovala do svojich syst\u00e9mov a zhruba za\u010diatkom augusta si u\u017e Ko\u0161i\u010dania bud\u00fa m\u00f4c\u0165 vyklika\u0165 ten \u201esvoj\u201c byt a n\u00e1sledne si bud\u00fa m\u00f4c\u0165 prevzia\u0165 virtu\u00e1lne k\u013e\u00fa\u010de od takmer 800 nov\u00fdch n\u00e1jomn\u00fdch bytov v \u0161tyroch spom\u00ednan\u00fdch lokalit\u00e1ch. Ak v\u0161etko dobre p\u00f4jde, na jese\u0148 by sme v prvej lokalite na Jesensk\u00e9ho ulici u\u017e mohli za\u010da\u0165 aj so samotnou v\u00fdstavbou n\u00e1jomn\u00fdch bytov,\u201c\u00a0doplnil prim\u00e1tor.<\/p>\n<p>Ten spolu s Evou Lisovou po\u010das diskusie pribl\u00ed\u017eili aj mo\u017enosti, ako sa d\u00e1 zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 v\u00fd\u0161ka n\u00e1jomn\u00e9ho z\u00edskan\u00edm finan\u010dn\u00e9ho pr\u00edspevku od svojho zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea a\u017e do v\u00fd\u0161ky 491 eur mesa\u010dne. Takouto podporou aj od zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eov v meste by sa v\u00fdrazne zatrakt\u00edvnili pracovn\u00e9 poz\u00edcie na trhu pr\u00e1ce.<\/p>\n<p>    Riadite\u013eka \u0161t\u00e1tnej agent\u00fary odpor\u00fa\u010da vytvori\u0165 si vlastn\u00fd \u00fa\u010det na\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.xn--njomnebvanie-cbb21b.info\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">www.n\u00e1jomneb\u00fdvanie.info<\/a>    <\/p>\n<p>Pod\u013ea riadite\u013eky \u0161t\u00e1tnej agent\u00fary je koncepcia \u0161t\u00e1tom podporovan\u00e9ho n\u00e1jomn\u00e9ho b\u00fdvania \u201eods\u00faden\u00e1 na \u00faspech.\u201c Agent\u00fara m\u00e1 na celom Slovensku zaregistrovan\u00fdch vy\u0161e 11 000 z\u00e1ujemcov o n\u00e1jomn\u00e9 b\u00fdvanie. V samotn\u00fdch Ko\u0161iciach je ich okolo 2500.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eKe\u010f si vezmeme, \u017ee be\u017en\u00fd dvojizbov\u00fd n\u00e1jomn\u00fd byt v komer\u010dnom n\u00e1jme v Ko\u0161iciach stoj\u00ed 800 \u2013 900 eur mesa\u010dne, v na\u0161ich n\u00e1jomn\u00fdch bytoch je to okolo 600 eur. S pr\u00edspevkom zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea sa n\u00e1jomn\u00e9 dostane pod hranicu 300 eur. \u0160t\u00e1tom podporovan\u00e9 n\u00e1jomn\u00e9 byty s\u00fa svoj\u00edm \u0161tandardom rovnak\u00e9 ako \u00a0komer\u010dn\u00e9 n\u00e1jomn\u00e9 byty, len s\u00a0v\u00fdhodou dlhodob\u00e9ho regulovan\u00e9ho n\u00e1jmu. \u0160tandard bytov je vybaven\u00edm, rozlohou a \u010fal\u0161\u00edmi parametrami na vy\u0161\u0161ej \u00farovni ako pri soci\u00e1lnych bytoch. V n\u00e1jomn\u00fdch bytoch bude regulovan\u00e9 n\u00e1jomn\u00e9, ktor\u00e9 je ni\u017e\u0161ie ako trhov\u00e9 n\u00e1jomn\u00e9 a m\u00f4\u017ee sa zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 len o infl\u00e1ciu.
