No kriv\u00e9 steny nie s\u00fa to jedin\u00e9, \u010do dok\u00e1\u017ee zni\u010di\u0165 pohodlie b\u00fdvania. \u201eKvalitn\u00e9 b\u00fdvanie nie je len o\u00a0v\u00fdh\u013eade a adrese. Projekt celkovo bude preva\u017ene o\u00a0b\u00fdvan\u00ed\u00a0\u2013 do roku 2029\u00a0m\u00e1 prinies\u0165 240\u00a0bytov, pri\u010dom n\u00e1klady odhaduje investor United Real Estate.<\/p>\n<p>Pod\u013ea architektky v\u00fd\u0161kov\u00e9 stavby nemenia iba plochu, na ktorej stoja, ale aj siluetu mesta, jeho mierku a sp\u00f4sob, ak\u00fdm ho vn\u00edmame. Nejde iba o\u00a0to, komu s\u00fa byty v\u00a0nich ur\u010den\u00e9. \u201e\u010c\u00edm v\u00fdraznej\u0161ie vstupuje do obrazu mesta, t\u00fdm v\u00e4\u010d\u0161iu zodpovednos\u0165 nesie vo\u010di jeho kvalite a bud\u00facemu v\u00fdvoju. Takto siln\u00fd vietor sa t\u00fdka aj ter\u00e1s \u010di balk\u00f3nov, nielen ch\u00f4dze okolo bytoviek.
