Pokra\u010dova\u0165 tak maj\u00fa rokovania KSK s mestom Ko\u0161ice, ktor\u00e9 je vlastn\u00edkom tejto cesty v zlom stave a ktor\u00e9 po\u017eiadalo kraj o mo\u017en\u00fa finan\u010dn\u00fa spolu\u00fa\u010das\u0165 na projekte. <\/p>\n<p>Odhadovan\u00e1 celkov\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161ka invest\u00edcie je aktu\u00e1lne 3,5 mili\u00f3na eur. Mesto Ko\u0161ice na \u0148u z eurofondov z\u00edskalo 2,2 mili\u00f3na eur cez Koopera\u010dn\u00fa radu udr\u017eate\u013en\u00e9ho mestsk\u00e9ho rozvoja (UMR) Ko\u0161ice. \u201eNa z\u00e1klade rokovan\u00ed s vlastn\u00edkom komunik\u00e1cie, mestom Ko\u0161ice, bolo dohodnut\u00e9, \u017ee sa aktualizuje projektov\u00e1 dokument\u00e1cia a n\u00e1sledne sa bud\u00fa h\u013eada\u0165 zdroje financovania,\u201c informoval \u00darad KSK. <\/p>\n<p>Predseda KSK Rastislav Trnka vid\u00ed ako dobr\u00fd pr\u00edklad spolupr\u00e1ce mesta a kraja rie\u0161enie obnovy cesty medzi ko\u0161ickou mestskou \u010das\u0165ou Kr\u00e1sna a obcou Ko\u0161ick\u00e1 Polianka v roku 2022. \u201ePodobn\u00fa s\u00fahru chceme dosiahnu\u0165 aj pri rekon\u0161trukcii \u00faseku \u0160aca &#8211; Ve\u013ek\u00e1 Ida, a to za podmienky otvoren\u00e9ho a transparentn\u00e9ho dial\u00f3gu v\u0161etk\u00fdch dotknut\u00fdch subjektov,\u201c uviedol.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dasek cesty dlh\u00fd 2,9 kilometra medzi ko\u0161ickou mestskou \u010das\u0165ou a Ve\u013ekou Idou le\u017e\u00ed na hranici okresov Ko\u0161ice a Ko\u0161ice-okolie. Ke\u010f\u017ee vzh\u013eadom na zl\u00fd technick\u00fd stav je potrebn\u00e1 komplexn\u00e1 obnova tejto cesty, mesto zabezpe\u010dilo spracovanie pr\u00edslu\u0161nej projektovej dokument\u00e1cie, k dispoz\u00edcii m\u00e1 aj platn\u00e9 stavebn\u00e9 povolenie. Finan\u010dn\u00fa pomoc pris\u013e\u00fabila aj obec Ve\u013ek\u00e1 Ida.<\/p>\n<p>Zastupite\u013estvo KSK taktie\u017e schv\u00e1lilo z\u00e1mer obnovy \u00fasekov ciest II. a III. triedy v nevyhovuj\u00facom stave dod\u00e1vate\u013esk\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom zabezpe\u010den\u00fdm prostredn\u00edctvom Spr\u00e1vy ciest KSK v rokoch 2026 &#8211; 2027. Spl\u00e1canie obstar\u00e1vacej ceny diela v maxim\u00e1lnej v\u00fd\u0161ke 65 mili\u00f3nov eur s DPH by bolo rozlo\u017een\u00e9 po\u010das nasleduj\u00facich najviac desiatich rokov. Konkr\u00e9tny postup aj s fin\u00e1lnym z\u00e1sobn\u00edkom \u00fasekov ciest na obnovu bude spracovan\u00fd formou materi\u00e1lu na zasadnutie poslancov v najbli\u017e\u0161om obdob\u00ed.  <\/p>\n<p>T\u00fdmto sp\u00f4sobom financovania by sa malo obnovi\u0165 pribli\u017ene 250 kilometrov krajsk\u00fdch ciest v tre\u0165om a \u0161tvrtom stupni stavebno-technick\u00e9ho stavu. Pravideln\u00e9 spl\u00e1tky dod\u00e1vate\u013eovi chce kraj zahrn\u00fa\u0165 v rozpo\u010dte do be\u017en\u00fdch v\u00fddavkov Spr\u00e1vy ciest KSK. Vyhol by sa tak vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm v\u00fddavkom na opravy ciest, ako aj zvy\u0161ovaniu svojho dlhu. Trhov\u00e9 konzult\u00e1cie maj\u00fa da\u0165 odpove\u010f, nako\u013eko s\u00fa tomu firmy pr\u00edstupn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Trnka poukazuje na to, \u017ee tempo priebe\u017en\u00fdch s\u00favisl\u00fdch opr\u00e1v nest\u00edha degrad\u00e1cii ciest. V tre\u0165om alebo \u0161tvrtom stavebno-technickom stave sa aktu\u00e1lne nach\u00e1dza pribli\u017ene 143 kilometrov ciest II. triedy a 403 kilometrov ciest III. triedy. Na s\u00favisl\u00e9 opravy putuje z krajsk\u00e9ho rozpo\u010dtu ka\u017edoro\u010dne zhruba \u0161es\u0165 a\u017e desa\u0165 mili\u00f3nov eur, z ktor\u00fdch Spr\u00e1va ciest KSK obnovuje ro\u010dne v priemere 45 kilometrov ciest.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eTento z\u00e1mer m\u00f4\u017eeme prirovna\u0165 k z\u00e1chrann\u00e9mu kolesu, ktor\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edvame v \u010dase, ke\u010f sa rovnako ako ostatn\u00e9 samospr\u00e1vy mus\u00edme vyrovna\u0165 s dlhovou brzdou, obmedzen\u00fdmi pr\u00edjmami a konsolida\u010dn\u00fdm re\u017eimom. Ak nezasanujeme cesty s najvy\u0161\u0161\u00edm po\u0161koden\u00edm teraz, zabrzdia n\u00e1s nov\u00e9 rozpo\u010dtov\u00e9 pravidl\u00e1 pre samospr\u00e1vy, ktor\u00e9 s\u00favisia s konsolida\u010dn\u00fdm bal\u00ed\u010dkom vl\u00e1dy,\u201c uviedol predseda KSK.
