V\u00a0roku 2022 sa n\u00e1m podarilo zdru\u017ei\u0165 finan\u010dn\u00e9 prostriedky troch partnerov a\u00a0u\u013eah\u010di\u0165 obyvate\u013eom dopravu pri obmedzeniach po\u010das rekon\u0161trukcie Slaneckej ulice v\u00a0Ko\u0161iciach. Podobn\u00fa s\u00fahru chceme dosiahnu\u0165 aj pri rekon\u0161trukcii \u00faseku \u0160aca \u2013 Ve\u013ek\u00ed Ida, a\u00a0to za podmienky otvoren\u00e9ho a transparentn\u00e9ho dial\u00f3gu v\u0161etk\u00fdch dotknut\u00fdch subjektov,\u201c\u00a0uviedol predseda Ko\u0161ick\u00e9ho samospr\u00e1vneho kraja Rastislav Trnka.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Cesty v\u00a0Ko\u0161ickom kraji boli hlavnou t\u00e9mou Zastupite\u013estva KSK. \u017dupa dnes z\u00edskala s\u00fahlas poslancov aj na z\u00e1mer opravy \u00fasekov ciest II. a\u00a0III. triedy. Prostredn\u00edctvom svojej organiz\u00e1cie Spr\u00e1va ciest KSK chce v\u00a0rokoch 2026-2027 (respekt\u00edve maxim\u00e1lne do 18 kalend\u00e1rnych mesiacov) obnovi\u0165 pribli\u017ene 250 kilometrov ciest v\u00a03. a\u00a04. stupni stavebno-technick\u00e9ho stavu. Pri zostavovan\u00ed fin\u00e1lneho zoznamu ciest na obnovu v\u00a0jednotliv\u00fdch okresoch bude rovnak\u00fdm dielom zoh\u013eadnen\u00e1 d\u013a\u017eka \u00fasekov a\u00a0ich stavebno-technick\u00fd stav.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">\u201eTento z\u00e1mer m\u00f4\u017eeme prirovna\u0165 k\u00a0z\u00e1chrann\u00e9mu kolesu, ktor\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edvame v\u00a0\u010dase, ke\u010f sa rovnako ako ostatn\u00e9 samospr\u00e1vy mus\u00edme vysporiada\u0165 s\u00a0dlhovou brzdou, obmedzen\u00fdmi pr\u00edjmami a\u00a0konsolida\u010dn\u00fdm re\u017eimom. Pravideln\u00e9 a\u00a0nemenn\u00e9 spl\u00e1tky dod\u00e1vate\u013eovi chce zahrn\u00fa\u0165 v\u00a0rozpo\u010dte do be\u017en\u00fdch v\u00fddavkov Spr\u00e1vy ciest KSK. Takto sa kraj vyhne vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm v\u00fddavkom na opravy ciest ako aj zvy\u0161ovaniu svojho dlhu. Podobn\u00fdm mechanizmom u\u017e zabezpe\u010dili opravy cestnej infra\u0161trukt\u00fary napr\u00edklad aj mest\u00e1 Brezno, Poprad, Bansk\u00e1 Bystrica, Pre\u0161ov \u010di Ko\u0161ice. Ko\u0161ick\u00e1 \u017eupa sa v\u00a0najbli\u017e\u0161om obdob\u00ed pust\u00ed to trhov\u00fdch konzult\u00e1ci\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 ur\u010dia sp\u00f4sob a\u00a0\u010fal\u0161ie detaily verejn\u00e9ho obstar\u00e1vania.
