R\u00e1\u017e odhalil detaily"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u010cL\u00c1NOK POKRA\u010cUJE POD REKLAMOU<\/p>\n<p>Dlhoo\u010dak\u00e1van\u00e1 rekon\u0161trukcia <a href=\"https:\/\/www.startitup.sk\/hanba-slovenska-dava-vypovede-bratislavsku-hlavnu-stanicu-caka-premena-za-20-milionov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Hlavnej stanice<\/a> v Bratislave je o \u010dosi bli\u017e\u0161ie k realiz\u00e1cii. Napl\u00e1novan\u00e1 je na etapy. Od apr\u00edla by sa malo za\u010da\u0165 s pr\u00edpravn\u00fdmi pr\u00e1cami a n\u00e1sledne so stavebn\u00fdmi pr\u00e1cami v r\u00e1mci malej rekon\u0161trukcie. T\u00e1 sa t\u00fdka najm\u00e4 soci\u00e1lnych zariaden\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa v havarijnom stave, \u010di prep\u00e1jania traktov.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1rove\u0148 sa od tohto t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148a za\u010d\u00edna s projektov\u00fdmi pr\u00e1cami ve\u013ekej rekon\u0161trukcie. Za\u010diatok t\u00fdchto pr\u00e1c sa odhaduje na prelom rokov 2027 a 2028. Na pondelkovej tla\u010dovej konferencii o tom informoval minister dopravy Jozef R\u00e1\u017e (nominant Smeru-SD) a gener\u00e1lny riadite\u013e \u017delezn\u00edc Slovenskej republiky (\u017dSR) Miroslav Garaj.<\/p>\n<p>Mal\u00e1 rekon\u0161trukcia<\/p>\n<p>Tzv. mal\u00e1 rekon\u0161trukcia je zameran\u00e1 na rie\u0161enie dlhodobo kritizovan\u00e9ho stavu hygienick\u00fdch zariaden\u00ed a bezbari\u00e9rovos\u0165 pohybu v budove. Vybudova\u0165 by sa mali nov\u00e9 toalety na prvom nadzemnom podla\u017e\u00ed a kompletne zrekon\u0161truova\u0165 tie v suter\u00e9ne. V r\u00e1mci toaliet sa m\u00e1 vytvori\u0165 aj \u0161pecializovan\u00e1 miestnos\u0165 pre osoby so zn\u00ed\u017eenou mobilitou.<\/p>\n<p>Jedn\u00fdm z najv\u00fdznamnej\u0161\u00edch z\u00e1sahov m\u00e1 by\u0165 nov\u00e9 prepojenie medzi traktmi budovy, ktor\u00e9 umo\u017en\u00ed cestuj\u00facim z pr\u00edchodov\u00e9ho podchodu dosta\u0165 sa priamo do hlavnej haly bez nutnosti obch\u00e1dza\u0165 budovu cez exteri\u00e9r. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 m\u00e1 by\u0165 roz\u0161\u00edren\u00e9 schodisko pri vstupe od \u017dabotovej ulice a doplnen\u00e1 do\u010dasn\u00e1 bezbari\u00e9rov\u00e1 rampa.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1ce by mali by\u0165 pod\u013ea odhadov ukon\u010den\u00e9 do konca tohto roka.<\/p>\n<p>Ve\u013ek\u00e1 rekon\u0161trukcia<\/p>\n<p>Od utorka (24. 2.) sa z\u00e1rove\u0148 za\u010d\u00edna s projektov\u00fdmi pr\u00e1cami tzv. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.startitup.sk\/bratislavska-stanica-po-rokoch-ozije-milionovy-facelift-ju-vystreli-do-21-storocia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">ve\u013ekej rekon\u0161trukcie<\/a>. Tieto pr\u00e1ce by mali trva\u0165 okolo desa\u0165 mesiacov, v \u00favode roka 2027 by sa malo za\u010da\u0165 s pr\u00e1cami na verejnom obstar\u00e1van\u00ed na zhotovite\u013ea stavebn\u00fdch pr\u00e1c. Za\u010diatok samotnej realiz\u00e1cie odhaduj\u00fa \u017dSR na koniec roka 2027, respekt\u00edve na prelom rokov 2027 a 2028.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1ce sa maj\u00fa t\u00fdka\u0165 p\u00f4vodnej budovy stanice vr\u00e1tane jej pr\u00edstavby. Pr\u00e1ce s\u00fa konzultovan\u00e9 aj s pamiatkarmi. Zmenou m\u00e1 prejs\u0165 interi\u00e9r vr\u00e1tane podl\u00e1h, podh\u013eadov \u010di fas\u00e1dy s presklen\u00edm tak, aby bola stanica okrem in\u00e9ho presvetlen\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Financovanie a prev\u00e1dzka<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1klady na rekon\u0161trukciu s\u00fa odhadovan\u00e9 na nieko\u013eko desiatok mili\u00f3nov eur, konkretizova\u0165 ich pod\u013ea rezortu dopravy ani \u017eelezn\u00edc moment\u00e1lne nie je mo\u017en\u00e9. Z\u00e1visie\u0165 bud\u00fa od konkr\u00e9tnych projektov\u00fdch pr\u00e1c i rozhodnut\u00ed pamiatkarov.<\/p>\n<p>Pod\u013ea ministra je v\u0161ak pr\u00eds\u013eub zo strany Eur\u00f3pskej komisie, \u017ee z ve\u013ekej \u010dasti by mohli by\u0165 financovan\u00e9 z eurofondov. Stavebn\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce bud\u00fa z\u00e1rove\u0148 prebieha\u0165 za plnej prev\u00e1dzky samotnej stanice, po\u010dty vlakov, \u010di u\u017e vych\u00e1dzaj\u00facich, kon\u010diacich alebo tranzitn\u00fdch, nebud\u00fa obmedzen\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Cestuj\u00faci v\u0161ak bud\u00fa musie\u0165 po\u010d\u00edta\u0165 s ist\u00fdmi obmedzeniami, ke\u010f\u017ee niektor\u00e9 \u010dasti stanice bud\u00fa vyhraden\u00e9 pre b\u00faracie a n\u00e1sledne stavebn\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce.<\/p>\n<p>Bud\u00facnos\u0165 stanice<\/p>\n<p>V bud\u00facnosti je pl\u00e1novan\u00e1 aj rekon\u0161trukcia n\u00e1stup\u00edsk a ko\u013eaj\u00edsk, pod\u013ea \u017eelezn\u00edc ide v\u0161ak o horizont desiatich a\u017e 20 rokov. Minister dopravy z\u00e1rove\u0148 ubezpe\u010duje, \u017ee Hlavn\u00e1 stanica bude nav\u017edy centr\u00e1lnou stanicou, ke\u010f\u017ee jej kapacita je aj do bud\u00facnosti dosta\u010duj\u00faca. V Stupave sa po\u010d\u00edta len so z\u00e1zem\u00edm pre vlaky, kde sa napr\u00edklad bud\u00fa \u010disti\u0165 a podobne.<\/p>\n<p>O rekon\u0161trukcii Hlavnej stanice v Bratislave sa hovor\u00ed u\u017e nieko\u013eko rokov. Jeden z n\u00e1vrhov zah\u0155\u0148al aj z\u00e1mer developera \u010di spojenie rekon\u0161truk\u010dn\u00fdch pr\u00e1c s obnovou Predstani\u010dn\u00e9ho n\u00e1mestia.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eV\u00fdsledkom bude nov\u00fd \u0161at tejto Hlavnej stanice v rozmere, v akom ju pozn\u00e1me. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee nemus\u00edme \u010daka\u0165 \u017eiadne vizu\u00e1lne zmeny in\u00e9 ne\u017e to, \u017ee to bude nov\u00e9, \u010dist\u00e9, pekn\u00e9, funk\u010dn\u00e9 a v s\u00falade s normami a hygienick\u00fdmi po\u017eiadavkami. Pridajme k tomu bezbari\u00e9rov\u00e9 pr\u00edstupy a prepojenie v\u00fdchodu a vchodu,\u201c skon\u0161tatoval R\u00e1\u017e.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eVe\u013emi ma te\u0161\u00ed, \u017ee pristupujeme k za\u010diatku t\u00fdch pr\u00e1c, \u010di u\u017e mal\u00fdch, alebo n\u00e1sledne aj ve\u013ek\u00fdch, na budove s\u00fa\u010dasnej Hlavnej stanice.
