Dnes sa v\u0161ak ukazuje, \u017ee realita je komplikovanej\u0161ia. Pod\u013ea \u0161t\u00fadie spo\u013eahlivosti vozidiel (VDS) spolo\u010dnosti J. D. Power na rok 2026\u00a0dosiahla miera probl\u00e9mov najvy\u0161\u0161iu \u00farove\u0148 od prepracovania metodiky v\u00a0roku 2022.\u00a0\u0160t\u00fadia analyzovala 184\u00a0probl\u00e9mov\u00fdch oblast\u00ed \u00e1ut v\u00a0deviatich hlavn\u00fdch kateg\u00f3ri\u00e1ch\u00a0\u2013 od klimatiz\u00e1cie cez infotainment a\u017e po pohonn\u00fa jednotku. V\u00fdsledky za rok 2026\u00a0pritom vych\u00e1dzaj\u00fa z\u00a0odpoved\u00ed 33\u00a0268\u00a0majite\u013eov vozidiel modelov\u00e9ho roku 2023\u00a0po troch rokoch vlastn\u00edctva.<\/p>\n<p>Elektronika neposl\u00facha<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00a0nich vypl\u00fdva, \u017ee so svojimi autami s\u00fa st\u00e1le viac nespokojn\u00ed. Priemer predstavuje 204\u00a0probl\u00e9mov na 100\u00a0vozidiel (PP100), \u010do je zhor\u0161enie o\u00a02\u00a0PP100 oproti roku 2025.\u00a0\u010co je hor\u0161ie, ide z\u00e1rove\u0148 o\u00a0pokra\u010dovanie negat\u00edvneho trendu. Spo\u013eahlivos\u0165 vozidiel sa toti\u017e za posledn\u00e9 tri roky systematicky zni\u017euje. Za t\u00fdmto v\u00fdvojom stoja predov\u0161etk\u00fdm nov\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie. Najproblematickej\u0161ou kateg\u00f3riou zost\u00e1va infotainment s\u00a0hodnotou 56,7\u00a0PP100. A\u00a0to v\u00a0\u00e9re, ke\u010f modern\u00e9 aut\u00e1 obsahuj\u00fa viac riadkov softv\u00e9rov\u00e9ho k\u00f3du ne\u017e ran\u00e9 vesm\u00edrne misie. A\u017e 40\u00a0% majite\u013eov uviedlo, \u017ee za posledn\u00fdch 12\u00a0mesiacov dostali aktualiz\u00e1ciu softv\u00e9ru, no len 27\u00a0% z\u00a0nich poc\u00edtilo zlep\u0161enie. A\u00a0\u010doho sa to t\u00fdka? Najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00edm probl\u00e9mom je pripojenie auta so smartf\u00f3nomi cez platformy Android Auto a Apple CarPlay s\u00a0hodnotou 8,9\u00a0PP100. Nasleduj\u00fa vstavan\u00e9 syst\u00e9my Bluetooth (5,5\u00a0PP100), bezdr\u00f4tov\u00e9 nab\u00edjacie podlo\u017eky (5,1\u00a0PP100) a pripojenie aplik\u00e1ci\u00ed v\u00fdrobcov (4,7\u00a0PP100). Spolu tieto oblasti tvoria 24,2\u00a0PP100, teda takmer polovicu v\u0161etk\u00fdch probl\u00e9mov v\u00a0r\u00e1mci infotainmentu. Ich sk\u00f3re st\u00faplo o\u00a08\u00a0PP100 na 217\u00a0PP100, \u010do je najviac od roku 2022.\u00a0Rozdiel medzi pr\u00e9miov\u00fdm a masov\u00fdm segmentom sa tak preh\u013abil na 17\u00a0PP100, pri\u010dom luxusn\u00e9 zna\u010dky zaost\u00e1vaj\u00fa v\u00a0siedmich z\u00a0deviatich kateg\u00f3ri\u00ed, najm\u00e4 vo funkci\u00e1ch, ovl\u00e1dac\u00edch prvkoch a displejoch (rozdiel 5,8\u00a0PP100) a v\u00a0z\u00e1\u017eitku z\u00a0jazdy (rozdiel 3,4\u00a0PP100). Lep\u0161ie v\u00fdsledky dosahuj\u00fa len v\u00a0oblasti pohonn\u00fdch jednotiek a sedadiel.<\/p>\n<p>Elektrifik\u00e1cia spo\u013eahlivosti nepom\u00e1ha<\/p>\n<p>Ani elektrifik\u00e1cia zatia\u013e neprin\u00e1\u0161a o\u010dak\u00e1van\u00e9 zlep\u0161enie. Plug-in hybridy (PHEV) zost\u00e1vaj\u00fa najproblematickej\u0161\u00edm typom pohonu s\u00a0hodnotou 281\u00a0PP100, pri\u010dom medziro\u010dne sa zhor\u0161ili o\u00a039\u00a0PP100. Bat\u00e9riov\u00e9 elektromobily (BEV) zaznamenali n\u00e1rast o\u00a014\u00a0PP100 na 237\u00a0PP100 a hybridy dosiahli 213\u00a0PP100. Naopak, vozidl\u00e1 s\u00a0benz\u00ednov\u00fdm pohonom sa mierne zlep\u0161ili o\u00a02\u00a0PP100 na 198\u00a0PP100, \u010d\u00edm sa stali najspo\u013eahlivej\u0161\u00edm typom pohonu. V\u00a0tomto kontexte p\u00f4sobia v\u00fdsledky jednotliv\u00fdch zna\u010diek ako potvrdenie konzervat\u00edvnej kvality.
