V\u00a0prepo\u010dte na po\u010det obyvate\u013eov Slovenska (5\u00a0413\u00a0191 k\u00a030. septembru 2025, zdroj: \u0160tatistick\u00fd \u00farad SR) poslal ka\u017ed\u00fd z\u00a0n\u00e1s minul\u00fd rok 15 z\u00e1sielok. Priemerne tak jeden Slov\u00e1k dostal list pribli\u017ene ka\u017ed\u00fdch 25 dn\u00ed. Od roku 2010 po\u0161ta eviduje \u00fabytok listov o\u00a0takmer 72 percent, \u010do potvrdzuje dlhodob\u00fd a\u00a0nezvratn\u00fd v\u00fdvoj s\u00favisiaci najm\u00e4 s\u00a0digitaliz\u00e1ciou komunik\u00e1cie, elektronick\u00fdmi fakt\u00farami \u010di online slu\u017ebami verejnej spr\u00e1vy.<\/p>\n<p>Klesaj\u00faci trend eviduje Slovensk\u00e1 po\u0161ta aj pri po\u0161tov\u00fdch poukazoch. V d\u00f4sledku digitaliz\u00e1cie bankov\u00e9ho segmentu sa ich objem od roku 2010 zn\u00ed\u017eil o vy\u0161e 85 percent, pri\u010dom v roku 2025 predstavoval medziro\u010dn\u00fd \u00fabytok v\u00a0po\u010dte mili\u00f3n kusov.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>            N\u00e1rast bal\u00edkov a\u00a0vyu\u017eite\u013enos\u0165 slu\u017eieb \u0161t\u00e1tu    <\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0roku 2025 po\u0161ta zaznamenala mierny rast v\u00a0bal\u00edkovom segmente. Ka\u017ed\u00fd obyvate\u013e Slovenska vlani dostal v priemerne tri bal\u00edky, pri\u010dom a\u017e 82 percent z nich bolo doru\u010den\u00fdch kuri\u00e9rom Slovenskej po\u0161ty. Najviac ich bolo prepraven\u00fdch, tradi\u010dne, v\u00a0predviano\u010dnom obdob\u00ed \u2013 v\u00a0okt\u00f3bri, novembri a\u00a0decembri. Siln\u00fdm mesiacom bol aj janu\u00e1r, kedy z\u00e1kazn\u00edci nakupovali tovar v\u00a0poviano\u010dn\u00fdch v\u00fdpredajoch, resp. vracali tovar, ktor\u00fd im z\u00a0r\u00f4znych d\u00f4vodov nevyhovoval. \u010coraz viac v\u0161ak rastie ob\u013euba Bal\u00edkoBOXov. Ich sie\u0165 sa minul\u00fd rok rozr\u00e1stla o\u00a0375 partnersk\u00fdch AlzaBoxov. Vyu\u017e\u00edvanie samoobslu\u017en\u00fdch zariaden\u00ed Slovenskej po\u0161ty aj v\u010faka tomu medziro\u010dne vzr\u00e1stlo pribli\u017ene o 150 percent.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>S\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou portf\u00f3lia slu\u017eieb Slovenskej po\u0161ty s\u00fa aj elektronick\u00e9 slu\u017eby \u0161t\u00e1tu, ktor\u00e9 u\u017e dnes poskytuje ka\u017ed\u00e1 kamenn\u00e1 pobo\u010dka \u2013 napr\u00edklad v\u00fdpis z listu vlastn\u00edctva, v\u00fdpis z registra trestov, \u010di v\u00fdpis z Obchodn\u00e9ho registra SR. Tieto slu\u017eby vyu\u017eil v priemere ka\u017ed\u00fd 7. klient. Aspo\u0148 raz si eKolok na \u00fahradu spr\u00e1vnych a s\u00fadnych poplatkov na po\u0161te k\u00fapil jeden zo 14 z\u00e1kazn\u00edkov.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Po\u0161ta je \u010dasto jedin\u00fdm miestom, kde si obyvatelia m\u00f4\u017eu k\u00fapi\u0165 aj in\u00fd sortiment, ktor\u00fd \u017eiadna in\u00e1 predaj\u0148a v\u00a0ich obci nepon\u00faka \u2013 kancel\u00e1rske potreby, drog\u00e9riu, hra\u010dky, knihy. Ka\u017ed\u00fd Slov\u00e1k si na po\u0161te v priemere trikr\u00e1t k\u00fapil niektor\u00fd z pon\u00fakan\u00fdch tovarov, \u010do potvrdzuje, \u017ee po\u0161tov\u00e9 prev\u00e1dzky funguj\u00fa ako praktick\u00e9 a\u00a0u\u017eito\u010dn\u00e9 kontaktn\u00e9 miesto pre zabezpe\u010denie viacer\u00fdch potrieb.<\/p>\n<p>    Ak\u00e1 bola n\u00e1v\u0161tevnos\u0165 p\u00f4\u0161t?    <\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0roku 2025 nav\u0161t\u00edvilo pobo\u010dky Slovenskej po\u0161ty 53\u00a0mil. z\u00e1kazn\u00edkov, \u010do predstavovalo v\u00a0priemere 146-tis\u00edc n\u00e1v\u0161tev denne a\u00a0medziro\u010dn\u00fd pokles o\u00a02 mil. klientov. Dokopy im bolo poskytnut\u00fdch 182,5 mili\u00f3na slu\u017eieb. Klient tak vybavil pri jednej n\u00e1v\u0161teve po\u0161ty v priemere tri slu\u017eby. Najru\u0161nej\u0161ie bolo na po\u0161t\u00e1ch tradi\u010dne v\u00a0predpolud\u0148aj\u0161\u00edch hodin\u00e1ch a\u00a0popoludn\u00ed. Najviac z\u00e1kazn\u00edkov prich\u00e1dzalo medzi 9. a\u00a010. hodinou (6,7 mili\u00f3na z\u00e1kazn\u00edkov) a\u00a0medzi 14. a\u00a015. hodinou (6,6 mili\u00f3na z\u00e1kazn\u00edkov), kedy si \u013eudia vybavuj\u00fa slu\u017eby na ceste zo \u0161k\u00f4l \u010di z\u00a0pr\u00e1ce.<br \/>Rok 2025 potvrdil, \u017ee po\u0161tov\u00fd trh sa dynamicky men\u00ed. Po\u0161ta s\u00edce zost\u00e1va prirodzenou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou \u017eivota spolo\u010dnosti, vyu\u017e\u00edvame ju v\u0161etci, no z\u00e1sadne inak ako kedysi. Digitaliz\u00e1cia a\u00a0preferovanie alternat\u00edv pred n\u00e1v\u0161tevou kamennej pobo\u010dky prin\u00e1\u0161aj\u00fa aj potrebu postupnej, no z\u00e1sadnej transform\u00e1cie.
