Tento poplatok je v\u0161ak viazan\u00fd na jednu \u0161pecifick\u00fa situ\u00e1ciu\u00a0\u2013 ke\u010f vozidlo v\u00a0\u010dase vyradenia neexistuje. Skon\u010dilo napr\u00edklad rozobrat\u00e9 na diely, odtiahnut\u00e9 bez dokladov alebo jednoducho \u201ezmizlo\u201c e\u0161te v\u00a0dobeh, ke\u010f pravidl\u00e1 neboli tak\u00e9 pr\u00edsne a nehrozili v\u00e1m vysok\u00e9 pokuty za neplatenie povinn\u00e9ho zmluvn\u00e9ho poistenie a ch\u00fdbaj\u00face emisn\u00e9 a technick\u00e9 kontroly.<\/p>\n<p>Slovensk\u00fd syst\u00e9m je dnes nastaven\u00fd pomerne striktne. Ak chce majite\u013e vyradi\u0165 vozidlo z\u00a0evidencie a nedok\u00e1\u017ee dolo\u017ei\u0165, \u017ee bolo ekologicky zlikvidovan\u00e9 v\u00a0autorizovanom zariaden\u00ed, \u0161t\u00e1t to pova\u017euje za probl\u00e9m. V\u00a0takom pr\u00edpade mus\u00ed vlastn\u00edk zaplati\u0165 500\u00a0eur. Nejde pritom o\u00a0be\u017en\u00fd spr\u00e1vny poplatok, ale o\u00a0pr\u00edspevok do Environment\u00e1lneho fondu a s\u00favis\u00ed s\u00a0ochranou \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia aj kontrolou \u017eivotn\u00e9ho cyklu star\u00fdch vozidiel.<\/p>\n<p>Tak\u017ee pri vyra\u010fovan\u00ed auta z\u00a0evidencie je absol\u00fatne nevyhnutn\u00e9 dolo\u017ei\u0165 potvrdenie o\u00a0jeho ekologickej likvid\u00e1cii, ktor\u00e9 z\u00edskate ak auto odovzd\u00e1te autorizovan\u00e9mu spracovate\u013eovi, ktor\u00fd ho rozoberie a zlikviduje pod\u013ea predpisov. Ak ho m\u00e1te, trval\u00e9 vyradenie auta z\u00a0evidencie je bezplatn\u00e9 a vykonaj\u00fa ho na ktoromko\u013evek dopravnom in\u0161pektor\u00e1te do 30\u00a0dn\u00ed od jeho ekologickej likvid\u00e1cie. Potrebujete na to \u017eiados\u0165, doklady od vozidla (\u010dasti I\u00a0a II), tabu\u013eky s\u00a0eviden\u010dn\u00fdm \u010d\u00edslom (E\u010cV) a vy\u0161\u0161ie spomenut\u00e9 potvrdenie o\u00a0prevzat\u00ed vozidla spracovate\u013eom. V hre s\u00fa \u010dastej\u0161ie STK aj monitoring &#8222;probl\u00e9mov\u00fdch&#8220; firiem \t\t\t\t \t\t\t \t\t\t<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Probl\u00e9m maj\u00fa najm\u00e4 majitelia ve\u013emi star\u00fdch \u00e1ut. V\u00a0evidencii sa e\u0161te doned\u00e1vna nach\u00e1dzali tis\u00edce vozidiel, ktor\u00e9 s\u00edce fyzicky neexistovali, no de iure st\u00e1le \u201e\u017eili\u201c. \u0160t\u00e1t preto zaviedol do\u010dasn\u00e9 rie\u0161enie\u00a0\u2013 takzvan\u00fd gener\u00e1lny pardon. Ten umo\u017enil vlastn\u00edkom vyradi\u0165 tak\u00e9to vozidl\u00e1 za v\u00fdrazne ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed poplatok 50\u00a0eur namiesto \u0161tandardn\u00fdch 500\u00a0eur. Gener\u00e1lny pardon platil od 15.\u00a0j\u00fala 2025\u00a0do 14.\u00a0janu\u00e1ra 2026\u00a0a n\u00e1sledne sa syst\u00e9m vr\u00e1til do p\u00f4vodn\u00e9ho re\u017eimu. Ko\u013eko vodi\u010dov ho vyu\u017eilo, ministerstvo vn\u00fatra doteraz nezverejnilo, objavili sa len \u010diastkov\u00e9 zauj\u00edmavosti. Napr\u00edklad len v\u00a0obci \u017dehra v\u00a0\u010dase jeho platnosti vyradili pribli\u017ene 40\u00a0\u00e1ut.<\/p>\n<p>Do celej problematiky navy\u0161e vstupuje aj \u010dast\u00fd zm\u00e4tok medzi trval\u00fdm a do\u010dasn\u00fdm vyraden\u00edm. K\u00fdm trval\u00e9 vyradenie znamen\u00e1 definit\u00edvny koniec vozidla v\u00a0evidencii, do\u010dasn\u00e9 vyradenie sl\u00fa\u017ei napr\u00edklad pre aut\u00e1, ktor\u00e9 sa ur\u010dit\u00fd \u010das nepou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa alebo bud\u00fa po nehode dlh\u0161\u00ed \u010das nepojazdn\u00e9. V\u00a0tomto pr\u00edpade ide o\u00a0\u00faplne in\u00fd re\u017eim s\u00a0relat\u00edvne n\u00edzkymi poplatkami, ktor\u00e9 sa odv\u00edjaj\u00fa od d\u013a\u017eky obdobia.
