Minister dopravy Jozef R\u00e1\u017e aktu\u00e1lne prezradil, \u010do sa chyst\u00e1 v lesoch pri Bratislave a v akom \u0161t\u00e1diu je cel\u00fd projekt.<\/p>\n<p>Ministerstvo dopravy sa pod\u013ea slov ministra <a href=\"https:\/\/openiazoch.zoznam.sk\/tag\/jozef-raz\/\" type=\"post_tag\" id=\"10131\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Jozefa R\u00e1\u017ea<\/a> projektu tunela pod Karpatmi priebe\u017ene venuje. Novinkou je aj zazmluvnenie geologick\u00e9ho a hydrogeologick\u00e9ho prieskumu. Ten je extr\u00e9mne d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fd a bol aj podmienkou v r\u00e1mci EIA.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdstupy z tohto prieskumu chce ministerstvo vyu\u017ei\u0165 ako podklady pre projektanta aj zhotovite\u013ea v r\u00e1mci tzv. \u201e\u017elt\u00e9ho FIDICu\u201c, pod\u013ea ktor\u00e9ho by sa mala stavba realizova\u0165. Jednou z prv\u00fdch \u010dinnost\u00ed v r\u00e1mci projektu bud\u00fa vrtn\u00e9 a bansk\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce. Zhotovite\u013e vykon\u00e1 a\u017e 176 vrtov, pri\u010dom niektor\u00e9 bud\u00fa sl\u00fa\u017ei\u0165 na pozorovanie, in\u00e9 na sk\u00fa\u0161ky.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eCie\u013eom je detailne pozna\u0165 geologick\u00e9 a hydrogeologick\u00e9 prostredie. V minulosti sa tieto aspekty podce\u0148ovali, \u010do viedlo k probl\u00e9mom a dodatkom k zmluv\u00e1m. Foto: enviroportal.sk<\/p>\n<p>Podmienky EIA z\u00e1rove\u0148 vy\u017eaduj\u00fa dlhodob\u00fd monitoring hydrogeologick\u00fdch pomerov a\u017e po dobu 12 rokov. \u201eVybuduje sa vodomern\u00e1 stanica, prietokomery a meteorologick\u00e1 stanica na sledovanie zr\u00e1\u017eok, teploty a ich vplyvu na podzemn\u00e9 vody,\u201c pribli\u017euje rozsah potrebn\u00fdch krokov minister dopravy.<\/p>\n<p>Na razenie tunela by sa mala vyu\u017ei\u0165 technol\u00f3gia TBM, ktor\u00e1 sa pod\u013ea slov ministra dopravy vyv\u00edja. K\u00fdm v minulosti boli pri vyu\u017eit\u00ed tejto met\u00f3dy mal\u00e9 priesaky vody, dnes s\u00fa tunely prakticky nepriepustn\u00e9. Pod\u013ea R\u00e1\u017ea je teda ot\u00e1zne, \u010di s\u00fa v\u0161etky podmienky st\u00e1le aktu\u00e1lne, no rezort ich mus\u00ed dodr\u017ea\u0165.<\/p>\n<p>\tPotrebuje Bratislava tunel pod Karpatmi?<\/p>\n<p class=\"name\">\u00c1no, dopravn\u00e1 situ\u00e1cia to vy\u017eaduje<\/p>\n<p class=\"value\">236<\/p>\n<p class=\"name\">Sk\u00f4r \u00e1no, ale nie je to priorita<\/p>\n<p class=\"value\">33<\/p>\n<p class=\"name\">Sk\u00f4r nie, s\u00fa d\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ie projekty<\/p>\n<p class=\"value\">47<\/p>\n<p class=\"name\">Nie, tunel probl\u00e9my nevyrie\u0161i<\/p>\n<p class=\"value\">29<\/p>\n<p class=\"total-votes\">Hlasovalo: 352<\/p>\n<p>Minister dopravy z\u00e1rove\u0148 uv\u00e1dza, \u017ee v minulosti sa pova\u017eovala met\u00f3da s vyu\u017eit\u00edm tunelovacieho raziaceho stroja za efekt\u00edvnu najm\u00e4 pri tuneloch dlh\u0161\u00edch ako 5 kilometrov. Dnes u\u017e d\u00e1va zmysel aj pri d\u013a\u017eke nad 2 kilometre. \u201eTunel Karpaty bude jeden z najdlh\u0161\u00edch v Eur\u00f3pe a najdlh\u0161\u00ed na Slovensku, tak\u017ee t\u00e1to met\u00f3da je vhodn\u00e1 z h\u013eadiska \u010dasu aj n\u00e1kladov,\u201c dod\u00e1va R\u00e1\u017e.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fdm klasick\u00e1 met\u00f3da razenia vyu\u017eit\u00e1 napr\u00edklad pri <a href=\"https:\/\/openiazoch.zoznam.sk\/tag\/tunel-visnove\/\" type=\"post_tag\" id=\"931\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">tuneli Vi\u0161\u0148ov\u00e9<\/a> umo\u017e\u0148uje postup pribli\u017ene 7 metrov denne, TBM dok\u00e1\u017ee vyrazi\u0165 a\u017e 40 metrov denne a z\u00e1rove\u0148 vytv\u00e1ra hotov\u00e9 ostenie tunela.<\/p>\n<p>Minister dopravy dod\u00e1va, \u017ee cel\u00fd projekt <a href=\"https:\/\/openiazoch.zoznam.sk\/tag\/tunel-karpaty\/\" type=\"post_tag\" id=\"14321\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">tunela Karpaty<\/a> je st\u00e1le vo f\u00e1ze pr\u00edpravy. <a href=\"https:\/\/openiazoch.zoznam.sk\/tag\/narodna-dialnicna-spolocnost-nds\/\" type=\"post_tag\" id=\"385\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">N\u00e1rodn\u00e1 dia\u013eni\u010dn\u00e1 spolo\u010dnos\u0165<\/a> pripravuje podklady pre projekt, ktor\u00fd spolu s geologick\u00fdm prieskumom umo\u017en\u00ed vyhl\u00e1si\u0165 verejn\u00e9 obstar\u00e1vanie na zhotovite\u013ea.<\/p>\n<p>O potrebe tunela dnes u\u017e pod\u013ea Jozefa R\u00e1\u017ea nie s\u00fa pochybnosti.
