Zatia\u013e \u010do pozornos\u0165 sa dlhodobo s\u00fastre\u010fovala najm\u00e4 na celkov\u00e9 \u010d\u00edsla alebo rozdiely medzi gener\u00e1ciami, najnov\u0161ie d\u00e1ta ukazuj\u00fa ove\u013ea konkr\u00e9tnej\u0161\u00ed a znepokojuj\u00faci trend.<\/p>\n<p>Najnov\u0161ia anal\u00fdza, na ktor\u00fa upozornil <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2026\/03\/09\/lifestyle\/gen-z-women-lead-unemployment-rates-and-experts-blame-ai\/#\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">New York Post<\/a>, ukazuje, \u017ee nejde o ot\u00e1zku nedostatku snahy, ale o kombin\u00e1ciu viacer\u00fdch faktorov, ktor\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.startitup.sk\/offline-stretnutie-ma-pre-gen-z-vyznam-dianin-projekt-meni-randenie-slovakov-ich-laskatu-babatiek-je-uz-viac-ako-svadieb\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">zasahuj\u00fa najm\u00e4 gener\u00e1ciu Z.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>D\u00e1ta zo Spojen\u00e9ho kr\u00e1\u013eovstva poukazuj\u00fa na to, \u017ee nezamestnanos\u0165 \u017eien s\u00edce celkovo nar\u00e1stla len mierne (z 3,5 % na 4,2 %), no v skupine mlad\u00fdch \u017eien vo veku 16 a\u017e 24 rokov ide o v\u00fdraznej\u0161\u00ed skok.<\/p>\n<p>\u010co stoj\u00ed za nezamestnanos\u0165ou?<\/p>\n<p>Podiel nezamestnan\u00fdch v tejto kateg\u00f3rii st\u00fapol z 9,5 % na 11,8 %. St\u00e1le viac z nich tak patr\u00ed do skupiny ozna\u010dovanej ako NEET, teda \u013eud\u00ed, ktor\u00ed nepracuj\u00fa, nevzdel\u00e1vaj\u00fa sa ani sa ne\u00fa\u010dastnia odbornej pr\u00edpravy.<\/p>\n<p>Pod\u013ea <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pwc.co.uk\/services\/economics\/insights\/women-in-work-index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">anal\u00fdzy spolo\u010dnosti PwC <\/a>je situ\u00e1cia ove\u013ea komplexnej\u0161ia, ne\u017e by sa mohlo zda\u0165. Za rast\u00facou nezamestnanos\u0165ou stoja najm\u00e4 slab\u0161ie vzdelanie, zdravotn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my a nedostatok digit\u00e1lnych zru\u010dnost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1ve kombin\u00e1cia t\u00fdchto faktorov m\u00f4\u017ee v\u00fdrazne zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 riziko, \u017ee mlad\u00e1 \u017eena zostane mimo trhu pr\u00e1ce \u2013 v niektor\u00fdch pr\u00edpadoch a\u017e \u0161tvorn\u00e1sobne.<\/p>\n<p>K\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fa \u00falohu zohr\u00e1va aj r\u00fdchly n\u00e1stup umelej inteligencie. Mnoh\u00e9 pracovn\u00e9 poz\u00edcie, ktor\u00e9 tradi\u010dne obsadzovali \u017eeny, napr\u00edklad v administrat\u00edve, z\u00e1kazn\u00edckej podpore \u010di slu\u017eb\u00e1ch, prech\u00e1dzaj\u00fa automatiz\u00e1ciou alebo z\u00e1sadnou transform\u00e1ciou. Bez nov\u00fdch technologick\u00fdch zru\u010dnost\u00ed sa tak pr\u00edstup na pracovn\u00fd trh komplikuje.<\/p>\n<p>Mu\u017ei tento probl\u00e9m nemaj\u00fa<\/p>\n<p>Zauj\u00edmav\u00e9 je aj porovnanie s mu\u017emi rovnakej vekovej skupiny. T\u00ed maj\u00fa \u010dasto \u0161ir\u0161ie mo\u017enosti uplatnenia aj bez vy\u0161\u0161ieho vzdelania, najm\u00e4 v sektoroch ako stavebn\u00edctvo, logistika \u010di remesl\u00e1, kde je dopyt po pracovnej sile stabiln\u00fd. Naopak, \u017eeny \u010dastej\u0161ie smeruj\u00fa do odvetv\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 stagnuj\u00fa alebo pon\u00fakaj\u00fa obmedzen\u00fd kari\u00e9rny rast.<\/p>\n<p>Odborn\u00edci preto upozor\u0148uj\u00fa, \u017ee rie\u0161en\u00edm je najm\u00e4 adapt\u00e1cia na meniaci sa trh pr\u00e1ce. K\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 je rozv\u00edja\u0165 digit\u00e1lne zru\u010dnosti, pracova\u0165 s n\u00e1strojmi umelej inteligencie a neb\u00e1\u0165 sa rekvalifik\u00e1cie \u010di technick\u00fdch odborov. Rovnako d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e1 je aj iniciat\u00edva. V\u017edy by si mala ma\u0165 na vedom\u00ed z\u00edskavanie praxe, budovanie portf\u00f3lia alebo zap\u00e1janie sa do projektov.<\/p>\n<p>Nezamestnanos\u0165 v Eur\u00f3pe<\/p>\n<p>Ako sme \u0165a informovali v ned\u00e1vnom <a href=\"https:\/\/www.startitup.sk\/rebricek-nezamestnanosti-2026-slovensko-je-priemer-sever-europy-bojuje-s-vysokym-percentom\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">\u010dl\u00e1nku<\/a>, situ\u00e1cia na trhu pr\u00e1ce v Eur\u00f3pe je v\u00fdrazne nejednotn\u00e1 a rozdiely medzi krajinami s\u00fa dnes v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie, ne\u017e by sa mohlo zda\u0165. Najnov\u0161ie d\u00e1ta ukazuj\u00fa, \u017ee priemern\u00e1 nezamestnanos\u0165 v Eur\u00f3pe dosahuje pribli\u017ene 5,5 %, no jednotliv\u00e9 \u0161t\u00e1ty sa od tohto \u010d\u00edsla v\u00fdrazne odli\u0161uj\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p>Slovensko sa nach\u00e1dza ve\u013emi bl\u00edzko priemeru. S mierou nezamestnanosti okolo 5,6 % patr\u00ed sk\u00f4r do stredu rebr\u00ed\u010dka. Podobne s\u00fa na tom napr\u00edklad Rak\u00fasko \u010di Portugalsko. Naopak, niektor\u00e9 krajiny \u010delia ove\u013ea v\u00e1\u017enej\u0161\u00edm probl\u00e9mom. Medzi najviac zasiahnut\u00e9 patr\u00ed F\u00ednsko (10,2 %) \u010di \u0160panielsko (9,8 %), kde nezamestnanos\u0165 dlhodobo patr\u00ed medzi najvy\u0161\u0161ie v Eur\u00f3pe.<\/p>\n<p>Tieto \u0161t\u00e1ty maj\u00fa najni\u017e\u0161ie hodnoty<\/p>\n<p>Na druhej strane s\u00fa \u0161t\u00e1ty, ktor\u00e9 sa bl\u00ed\u017eia k plnej zamestnanosti. Najni\u017e\u0161ie hodnoty vykazuj\u00fa napr\u00edklad Rusko (2,2 %) alebo Po\u013esko a Bulharsko (zhodne okolo 3,1 %). Rozdiely medzi severom, juhom a stredom Eur\u00f3py tak zost\u00e1vaj\u00fa v\u00fdrazn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1rove\u0148 v\u0161ak plat\u00ed, \u017ee ani Slovensko nem\u00e1 situ\u00e1ciu \u00faplne stabiln\u00fa. V z\u00e1vere roka 2025 za\u010dal po\u010det nezamestnan\u00fdch r\u00e1s\u0165 a pribudli tis\u00edce \u013eud\u00ed bez pr\u00e1ce.
