Kandid\u00e1t na prim\u00e1tora Martin Winkler dnes ofici\u00e1lne odprezentoval svoju strat\u00e9giu, ktor\u00e1 po\u010d\u00edta s invest\u00edciami do k\u013e\u00fa\u010dovej infra\u0161trukt\u00fary. Pod\u013ea jeho slov mesto aktu\u00e1lne nar\u00e1\u017ea na limity svojich kapac\u00edt a rie\u0161en\u00edm maj\u00fa by\u0165 projekty s dlhodob\u00fdm presahom, ktor\u00e9 reaguj\u00fa na neust\u00e1ly rast metropoly.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\">Winkler na pr\u00edprave programu spolupracoval s odborn\u00fdmi garantmi \u2013 profesorom Tiborom Schlosserom a doktorom Petrom Schlosserom. T\u00edm odborn\u00edkov na pl\u00e1ne pracoval viac ako rok. Ich cie\u013eom bolo nahradi\u0165 pocity tvrd\u00fdmi d\u00e1tami a presn\u00fdmi dopravn\u00fdmi modelmi.<\/p>\n<p>Koniec ideol\u00f3gie v doprave?<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\">Pod\u013ea Winklera je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9, aby sa doprava v meste neriadila n\u00e1ladami, ale odborn\u00fdmi anal\u00fdzami. \u201eV\u0161etci sa zhodneme na tom, \u017ee Bratislava dnes nar\u00e1\u017ea na limity svojej dopravnej infra\u0161trukt\u00fary a bez ve\u013ek\u00fdch projektov bude situ\u00e1cia v najbli\u017e\u0161\u00edch rokoch e\u0161te hor\u0161ia. Aktu\u00e1lne sa doprava v meste s\u00fastre\u010fuje na \u0161tyri k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 mestsk\u00e9 mosty, ktor\u00fdmi denne prejde pribli\u017ene 300-tis\u00edc vozidiel. Winklerov t\u00edm tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee tento stav je z h\u013eadiska dlhodobej udr\u017eate\u013enosti nevyhovuj\u00faci.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10\">\u201eDopravn\u00fd model Bratislavy jasne ukazuje, \u017ee bez v\u00fdstavby nov\u00e9ho mestsk\u00e9ho mosta bude dopravn\u00e1 situ\u00e1cia v meste dlhodobo neudr\u017eate\u013en\u00e1. Nov\u00fd most mus\u00ed by\u0165 mestsk\u00fd most, ktor\u00fd bude obsahova\u0165 cestn\u00fa dopravu, elektri\u010dku, cyklotrasy aj chodn\u00edky pre pe\u0161\u00edch a pom\u00f4\u017ee lep\u0161ie rozlo\u017ei\u0165 dopravu medzi jednotliv\u00e9 \u010dasti mesta,\u201c vysvetlil Winkler. Medzi strategick\u00e9 z\u00e1mery zaradili najm\u00e4 dva k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 smery:<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13,0,0\">Elektri\u010dkov\u00e1 tra\u0165 na Letisko M. R. \u0160tef\u00e1nika: Reaguje na rast\u00faci po\u010det cestuj\u00facich a absenciu kapacitn\u00e9ho napojenia letiska na zvy\u0161ok mesta, ktor\u00e9 dnes zabezpe\u010duj\u00fa v\u00fdhradne autobusy a tax\u00edky. Tie pod\u013ea Winklera u\u017e nedok\u00e1\u017eu zabezpe\u010di\u0165 dostato\u010dn\u00fa kvalitu spojenia.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13,1,0\">Prepojenie smerom na Bory: Severoz\u00e1padn\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 Bratislavy za\u017e\u00edva mas\u00edvny rozvoj b\u00fdvania aj slu\u017eieb. Elektri\u010dka m\u00e1 by\u0165 odpove\u010fou na narastaj\u00face n\u00e1roky na mobilitu v tejto lokalite, kde sa nach\u00e1dza aj nov\u00e1 nemocnica a vznikaj\u00fa tis\u00edce pracovn\u00fdch miest.<\/p>\n<p>Pl\u00e1novanie na desa\u0165ro\u010dia dopredu<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"15\">Garant programu profesor Tibor Schlosser potvrdil, \u017ee systematick\u00e9 pl\u00e1novanie je pre hlavn\u00e9 mesto jedinou cestou. \u201eDoprava v Bratislave mus\u00ed by\u0165 rie\u0161en\u00e1 syst\u00e9movo a na z\u00e1klade dopravn\u00fdch d\u00e1t a modelov. Mesto sa rozv\u00edja a dopravn\u00e1 infra\u0161trukt\u00fara mus\u00ed tento rozvoj zvl\u00e1dnu\u0165. Ak sa pr\u00edprava ve\u013ek\u00fdch dopravn\u00fdch projektov neza\u010dne v\u010das, probl\u00e9my v doprave bud\u00fa v bud\u00facnosti e\u0161te v\u00fdraznej\u0161ie,\u201c uviedol profesor.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"16\">Martin Winkler uzatv\u00e1ra s t\u00fdm, \u017ee Bratislava potrebuje modern\u00fd dopravn\u00fd syst\u00e9m, ktor\u00fd bude kombinova\u0165 kvalitn\u00fa verejn\u00fa dopravu s funk\u010dnou cestnou sie\u0165ou.
