Obyvatelia to v\u0161ak na sch\u00f4dzi vlastn\u00edkov bytov a nebytov\u00fdch priestorov koncom marca neodhlasovali.  <\/p>\n<p>Bytov\u00fd podnik Petr\u017ealka je spr\u00e1vcom objektu na M\u00e1nesovom n\u00e1mest\u00ed 7 a 8. Terasa je strechou nieko\u013ek\u00fdch prev\u00e1dzok, okrem in\u00e9ho aj veterin\u00e1rnej kliniky EasyVet. \u201eM\u00e1me ve\u013ek\u00e9 probl\u00e9my so zatekan\u00edm, v\u017edy, ke\u010f s\u00fa v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie da\u017ede, voda stek\u00e1 dovn\u00fatra, pozrite sa na to okno, ve\u010f to u\u017e sa ani ned\u00e1 vy\u010disti\u0165,\u201c ukazuje n\u00e1m jedna zo zamestnank\u00fd\u0148 a kon\u0161tatuje, \u017ee vedro so savou podlo\u017ekou u\u017e ani neodstra\u0148uj\u00fa, stali sa s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou interi\u00e9ru. \u201eAj sme sa to sna\u017eili opravi\u0165, ale je to len odstra\u0148ovanie n\u00e1sledku, nie pr\u00ed\u010diny, preto nefunk\u010dn\u00e9. Nevieme si pom\u00f4c\u0165.\u201c Rekon\u0161trukciu terasy by priv\u00edtali.<\/p>\n<p>Bytov\u00fd podnik Petr\u017ealka to chcel zmeni\u0165 a vyu\u017ei\u0165 na to schv\u00e1len\u00fd dota\u010dn\u00fd program na rekon\u0161trukciu poch\u00f4dznych ter\u00e1s. Vlastn\u00edkom bytov a nebytov\u00fdch priestorov dokonca pon\u00fakol, \u017ee sa o cel\u00fd proces administrat\u00edvy postar\u00e1. Hlavn\u00e9 mesto poskytuje v r\u00e1mci programu dot\u00e1ciu vo v\u00fd\u0161ke 50 % opr\u00e1vnen\u00fdch n\u00e1kladov maxim\u00e1lne do v\u00fd\u0161ky: 15 000 eur na posudky, 20 000 eur na projektov\u00fa dokument\u00e1ciu a 75 000 eur\u202fna stavebn\u00e9 z\u00e1sahy. Dokopy m\u00e1 vyhraden\u00fdch 212 500 eur.<\/p>\n<p>Ing. Rastislav Muransk\u00fd, konate\u013e BPP, n\u00e1s informoval, \u017ee cenov\u00fa ponuku na spracovanie projektovej dokument\u00e1cie im pripravila Slovensk\u00e1 technick\u00e1 univerzita v Bratislave. \u201eZ\u00e1rove\u0148 disponujeme orienta\u010dnou cenou realiz\u00e1cie stavebn\u00fdch pr\u00e1c, ktor\u00e1 vych\u00e1dza z p\u00f4vodn\u00e9ho projektu spracovan\u00e9ho pre Hlavn\u00e9 mesto Bratislava na obdobnom bytovom dome (lokalita Jasovsk\u00e1). V tomto pr\u00edpade ide o statick\u00fd z\u00e1sah, ktor\u00fd si bude vy\u017eadova\u0165 stavebn\u00e9 povolenie. Orienta\u010dn\u00e9 n\u00e1klady na realiz\u00e1ciu jedn\u00e9ho dilata\u010dn\u00e9ho celku sa pohybuj\u00fa pribli\u017ene na \u00farovni cca 480 000 eur,\u201c uviedol. Mestsk\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 m\u00e1 toti\u017e v rozpo\u010dte tie\u017e vyhraden\u00fdch 300-tis\u00edc na rekon\u0161trukciu ter\u00e1s, pravidl\u00e1 dota\u010dnej sch\u00e9my v\u0161ak zatia\u013e nem\u00e1 schv\u00e1len\u00e9. \u201eV\u00edziou Bytov\u00e9ho podniku Petr\u017ealka bolo rozdeli\u0165 celkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady na realiz\u00e1ciu vo forme na tretiny,\u201c hovor\u00ed a vysvet\u013euje, \u017ee projektov\u00fa dokument\u00e1ciu by chceli pre vlastn\u00edkov financova\u0165 z 50 percent z dot\u00e1ci\u00ed mesta a z 50 percent z dot\u00e1ci\u00ed mestskej \u010dasti, teda vlastn\u00edkov bytov by nest\u00e1la ni\u010d. Realiz\u00e1cia by sa v\u0161ak u\u017e delila na tretiny. \u201ePri ide\u00e1lnom stave dohody by mala cena diela by\u0165 210 000 eur.\u201c Ka\u017ed\u00fd zo z\u00fa\u010dastnen\u00fdch &#8211; mesto, mestsk\u00e1 \u010das\u0165, vlastn\u00edci &#8211; by teda zaplatil 70-tis\u00edc eur.<\/p>\n<p>Zaobstara\u0165 si projektov\u00fa dokument\u00e1ciu, a to aj pre nevysporiadan\u00e9 terasy, by nemal by\u0165 pod\u013ea hovorcu mesta Petra Bublu probl\u00e9m. Vyjadril sa toti\u017e, \u017ee \u201edota\u010dn\u00e1 sch\u00e9ma nevy\u017eaduje, aby pred podan\u00edm \u017eiadosti vysporiadali opr\u00e1vnen\u00ed \u017eiadatelia pr\u00e1vny vz\u0165ah k poch\u00f4dznej terase, ktor\u00e1 je pristaven\u00e1 alebo bezprostredne sused\u00ed s ich nehnute\u013enos\u0165ou &#8211; plat\u00ed pre bytov\u00e9 domy aj gar\u00e1\u017ee pod terasami. Vych\u00e1dzame z toho, \u017ee spoluvlastn\u00edctvo terasy vypl\u00fdva z toho, \u017ee je pr\u00edslu\u0161enstvom k bytov\u00e9mu domu a je s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou spoluvlastn\u00edckych podielov, ktor\u00e9 maj\u00fa vlastn\u00edci bytov a nebytov\u00fdch priestorov zap\u00edsan\u00e9 na liste vlastn\u00edctva.\u201c Hor\u0161ie by to v\u0161ak bolo pri z\u00edskavan\u00ed stavebn\u00e9ho povolenia. Vtedy u\u017e mus\u00ed by\u0165 vlastn\u00edk jasn\u00fd, a zrejme aj doh\u013eadate\u013en\u00fd v katastri nehnute\u013enost\u00ed. \u201eAk by pri ide\u00e1lnom stave bol navrhnut\u00fd in\u00fd typ rekon\u0161trukcie tejto terasy napr\u00edklad san\u00e1cia a prestre\u0161enie, nemusel by tento projekt by\u0165 podan\u00fd na stavebn\u00e9 povolenie, ale len na ohl\u00e1\u0161ku.
