Pri pr\u00edle\u017eitosti Svetov\u00e9ho d\u0148a pe\u010dene sa na tom zhodli gastroenterol\u00f3g a odborn\u00edk na v\u00fd\u017eivu Peter Min\u00e1rik a gastroenterol\u00f3g a hepatol\u00f3g Tom\u00e1\u0161 Koller. Upozornili, \u017ee pod\u013ea aktu\u00e1lnych \u00fadajov trp\u00ed steat\u00f3zou pe\u010dene takmer 47 percent dospelej popul\u00e1cie Slovenska.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e1ta pod\u013ea nich z\u00e1rove\u0148 poukazuj\u00fa na v\u00e1\u017enos\u0165 probl\u00e9mu. V produkt\u00edvnom veku medzi 25. a\u017e 65. rokom \u017eivota s\u00fa ochorenia pe\u010dene tre\u0165ou naj\u010dastej\u0161ou pr\u00ed\u010dinou pred\u010dasn\u00fdch \u00famrt\u00ed. Ro\u010dne na Slovensku na tieto diagn\u00f3zy zomiera viac ako 1000 \u013eud\u00ed. Pod\u013ea aktu\u00e1lnych \u00fadajov trp\u00ed steat\u00f3zou pe\u010dene takmer polovica dospelej popul\u00e1cie Slovenska, pri\u010dom hlavn\u00fdmi rizikov\u00fdmi faktormi s\u00fa obezita, diabetes druh\u00e9ho typu, alkohol a nevhodn\u00e9 stravovanie.<\/p>\n<p>Koller pouk\u00e1zal na to, \u017ee ochorenia pe\u010dene maj\u00fa \u010dasto dlh\u00fd bezpr\u00edznakov\u00fd priebeh. \u201eZ\u00e1kernos\u0165 ochoren\u00ed pe\u010dene spo\u010d\u00edva v ich dlhom, \u010dasto aj nieko\u013ekoro\u010dnom bezpr\u00edznakovom priebehu. Toto \u201aokno pr\u00edle\u017eitosti\u2018 v\u0161ak a\u017e 80 percent pacientov preme\u0161k\u00e1 a diagn\u00f3zu sa dozvedia a\u017e v \u0161t\u00e1diu komplik\u00e1ci\u00ed, ke\u010f sa progn\u00f3za pre\u017eitia skracuje na dva a\u017e \u0161tyri roky. V\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina pacientov so stukovatenou pe\u010de\u0148ou nezomrie na zlyhanie pe\u010dene, ale na choroby srdca a ciev,\u201c vysvetlil.<\/p>\n<p>Min\u00e1rik pribl\u00ed\u017eil, ako by mal vyzera\u0165 vhodn\u00fd jed\u00e1lni\u010dek. \u201eDobr\u00fdm pr\u00edkladom pre model zdravej a pre pe\u010de\u0148 prospe\u0161nej stravy je kombin\u00e1cia stredomorskej stravy (olivov\u00fd olej, morsk\u00e9 ryby, celozrnn\u00e9 obilniny) a siln\u00fdch str\u00e1nok tradi\u010dnej slovenskej kuchyne (strukoviny, kapusta, cvikla, vla\u0161sk\u00e9 orechy),\u201c vymenoval.
