Aj napriek medzikvart\u00e1lnemu poklesu z\u00e1ujem o nov\u00e9 b\u00fdvanie v hlavnom meste zost\u00e1va stabiln\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Na konci 1. kvart\u00e1lu bolo v Bratislave 3732 dostupn\u00fdch jednotiek vr\u00e1tane rezervovan\u00fdch bytov, pri\u010dom po predch\u00e1dzaj\u00facom raste sa trh do\u010dasne dostal do vyrovnanej\u0161ej f\u00e1zy. Dvojizbov\u00e9 byty 2+kk sa u\u017e be\u017ene pred\u00e1vaj\u00fa nad \u00farov\u0148ou 5500 eur za m2. Postupne mizn\u00fa najlacnej\u0161ie mal\u00e9 byty, 1-izbov\u00e9 pod 4000 eur za m2 aj dvojizbov\u00e9 s celkovou cenou pod 200.000 eur s\u00fa \u010doraz vz\u00e1cnej\u0161ie.<\/p>\n<p>Najvy\u0161\u0161ie ceny si tradi\u010dne dr\u017e\u00ed Star\u00e9 Mesto, kde priemern\u00e1 cena dostupn\u00fdch bytov dosiahla pribli\u017ene 7800 eur za m2. R\u00fdchlej\u0161\u00ed rast cien bol aj v Ru\u017einove, Podunajsk\u00fdch Biskupiciach a Novom Meste. Priemern\u00e1 v\u00fdmera predan\u00fdch bytov sa v 1. kvart\u00e1li zv\u00fd\u0161ila z pribli\u017ene 57,5 m2 na vy\u0161e 62 m2. Dostupn\u00e9 byty mali v priemere 66 m2. Rozdiel medzi predan\u00fdmi a dostupn\u00fdmi jednotkami potvrdzuje, \u017ee trh najlep\u0161ie absorbuje men\u0161ie a cenovo dostupnej\u0161ie byty.<\/p>\n<p>BuiltMind o\u010dak\u00e1va, \u017ee bratislavsk\u00fd trh sa v najbli\u017e\u0161\u00edch dvoch rokoch ust\u00e1li na \u00farovni 600 a\u017e 700 predajov za kvart\u00e1l.
