V\u00fdsledky z\u00e1rove\u0148 nazna\u010duj\u00fa, \u017ee dokon\u010denie nov\u00fdch tr\u00e1s by v\u00fdrazne zmenilo aj vyu\u017e\u00edvanie existuj\u00facej cestnej siete.<\/p>\n<p>Na to, ako by mohla vyzera\u0165 doprava na Slovensku po dobudovan\u00ed v\u0161etk\u00fdch dia\u013enic, sa pozreli analytici <a href=\"https:\/\/openiazoch.zoznam.sk\/tag\/utvar-hodnoty-za-peniaze-uhp\/\" type=\"post_tag\" id=\"629\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">\u00datvaru hodnoty za peniaze<\/a> (\u00daHP). Ako upozornili <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/uhp.hodnotazapeniaze\/posts\/pfbid0YJHEh1NebKyn3DpSqCdhZwHALFVpTLw147JCs2kqob3o3tR7LZFr9rQX2LZXVbtbl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">na soci\u00e1lnej sieti<\/a>, N\u00e1rodn\u00e1 dia\u013eni\u010dn\u00e1 spolo\u010dnos\u0165 m\u00e1 na svojej str\u00e1nke mapu Slovenska so zadefinovanou strategickou sie\u0165ou dia\u013enic a r\u00fdchlostn\u00fdch ciest. \u201eV\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina \u013eud\u00ed si kladie ot\u00e1zku, kedy bude ten-ktor\u00fd \u00fasek dokon\u010den\u00fd. Kv\u00f4li konzistentnosti scen\u00e1ra pritom po\u010d\u00edtali v\u0161ade s pln\u00fdm profilom so \u0161tyrmi pruhmi.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdsledkom je mapa, z ktorej sa d\u00e1 vy\u010d\u00edta\u0165:<\/p>\n<p>kadia\u013e by i\u0161lo ko\u013eko \u00e1ut,<\/p>\n<p>ktor\u00e9 \u00faseky m\u00f4\u017eu pom\u00f4c\u0165 od\u013eah\u010di\u0165 dopravu na cest\u00e1ch I. triedy,<\/p>\n<p>kde by sa mohla dosiahnu\u0165 maxim\u00e1lna kapacita cesty.<\/p>\n<p>Okrem potenci\u00e1lneho vyu\u017eitia nov\u00fdch \u00fasekov sa na mape d\u00e1 vidie\u0165 aj to, ako m\u00f4\u017eu pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 \u00faseky ovplyvni\u0165 vyu\u017e\u00edvanie s\u00fa\u010dasnej cestnej siete. Dokon\u010denie jedn\u00e9ho \u00faseku toti\u017e ovplyv\u0148uje aj in\u00e9 \u010dasti siete. \u201ePr\u00edkladom je dokon\u010denie R1 v smere Nitra \u2013 Bratislava. Presunula by sa sem \u010das\u0165 dopravy z D1 Trnava \u2013 Bratislava, kde by n\u00e1sledne do\u0161lo k poklesu intenz\u00edt. Pod\u013ea zverejnenej anal\u00fdzy sa napr\u00edklad o\u010dak\u00e1va pokles <a href=\"https:\/\/openiazoch.zoznam.sk\/tag\/osobna-doprava\/\" type=\"post_tag\" id=\"985\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">osobnej dopravy<\/a> o 6 % na cest\u00e1ch a 13 % na \u017eelezniciach. D\u00f4vodom je starnutie popul\u00e1cie, ktor\u00e9 povedie k poklesu po\u010dtu obyvate\u013eov o pribli\u017ene 4 % a z\u00e1rove\u0148 zv\u00fd\u0161eniu podielu \u013eud\u00ed v d\u00f4chodkovom veku, ktor\u00ed cestuj\u00fa menej.
