Projekt v \u0161tvrti Nesto v Bratislave s viac ne\u017e 300 n\u00e1jomn\u00fdmi jednotkami vn\u00edma ako pilotn\u00fd krok k zmene vn\u00edmania komer\u010dn\u00e9ho n\u00e1jomn\u00e9ho b\u00fdvania. Ako spolo\u010dnos\u0165 informovala, v Bratislave ide o prv\u00fd projekt tejto ve\u013ekosti a rozsahu slu\u017eieb, v\u00fdlu\u010dne na pren\u00e1jom a\u00a0prev\u00e1dzku prostredn\u00edctvom oper\u00e1tora, \u010d\u00edm vytv\u00e1ra z\u00e1klad pre rozvoj nov\u00e9ho segmentu v SR.<\/p>\n<p>\u201ePri n\u00e1vrhu projektu sme vych\u00e1dzali z toho, ako mlad\u00ed \u013eudia re\u00e1lne funguj\u00fa.
