Okrem s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00e9ho<br \/>\nprim\u00e1tora Mat\u00fa\u0161a Valla kandiduje aj mestsk\u00fd poslanec Martin Winkler,<br \/>\nstarostka Karlovej Vsi Dana \u010cahojov\u00e1 a predseda OZ Vo\u013en\u00e1 z\u00f3na Miroslav<br \/>\nHeredo\u0161.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1ujem o\u00a0funkciu ohl\u00e1sila aj predsedn\u00ed\u010dka Pir\u00e1tskej strany Zuzana<br \/>\n\t\u0160ubov\u00e1 a bloger \u013dubom\u00edr\u00a0Geci.<\/p>\n<p>Doprava aj bezpe\u010dnos\u0165<\/p>\n<p>S\u00fa\u010dasn\u00fd prim\u00e1tor Mat\u00fa\u0161 Vallo pova\u017euje za najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ie oblasti<br \/>\ndopravu, bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 a b\u00fdvanie. \u201eV\u00a0oblasti dopravy sme<br \/>\nzrekon\u0161truovali dve elektri\u010dkov\u00e9 radi\u00e1ly a vybudovali nov\u00fa petr\u017ealsk\u00fa<br \/>\ntra\u0165. U\u017e tento rok sa za\u010dne aj rekon\u0161trukcia Ru\u017einovskej<br \/>\nradi\u00e1ly,&#8220; uviedol.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0bud\u00facom volebnom obdob\u00ed chce v\u00a0pr\u00edpade svojho zvolenia za\u010da\u0165<br \/>\nrealiz\u00e1ciu \u010fal\u0161ej novej trate Ko\u0161ick\u00e1\/Pribinova a do pr\u00edpravnej f\u00e1zy<br \/>\ndosta\u0165 aj projekt pred\u013a\u017eenia elektri\u010dkovej trate z\u00a0D\u00fabravky do Borov.<br \/>\nSpusten\u00e9 bud\u00fa tie\u017e nov\u00e9 trolejbusov\u00e9 trate. \u201eV\u00a0r\u00e1mci<br \/>\nindividu\u00e1lnej dopravy chceme \u010do najsk\u00f4r roz\u0161\u00edri\u0165 cestu od Slne\u010dn\u00edc po<br \/>\nodbo\u010dku na Jarovce a zrealizova\u0165 pred\u013a\u017eenie Saratovskej a\u017e do Borov, na \u010do<br \/>\nu\u017e m\u00e1me stavebn\u00e9 povolenie a potrebujeme k\u00a0tomu e\u0161te zabezpe\u010di\u0165<br \/>\nfinancovanie,&#8220; doplnil\u00a0Vallo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eV\u00a0oblasti bezpe\u010dnosti u\u017e dnes m\u00e1me najviac hliadkuj\u00facich<br \/>\nmestsk\u00fdch policajtov uliciach, ale ich celkov\u00fd po\u010det chceme \u010falej zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165.<br \/>\nRozbehli sme ve\u013emi dobr\u00fa spolupr\u00e1cu so \u0161t\u00e1tnou pol\u00edciou pri rie\u0161en\u00ed<br \/>\nprobl\u00e9mu v\u00a0lokalite 500\u00a0bytov a e\u0161te viac sa zameriame na \u010fal\u0161ie najviac<br \/>\nprobl\u00e9mov\u00e9 oblasti, ktor\u00fdmi s\u00fa dnes napr\u00edklad Trnavsk\u00e9 m\u00fdto, Z\u00e1ti\u0161ie,<br \/>\nKamenn\u00e9 n\u00e1mestie a N\u00e1mestie SNP,&#8220; vymenoval probl\u00e9my<br \/>\nBratislavy v\u00a0oblasti bezpe\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n<p>Za d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fa pova\u017euje tie\u017e t\u00e9mu n\u00e1jomn\u00e9ho b\u00fdvania, ktor\u00e1 bola roky<br \/>\nzanedb\u00e1van\u00e1. \u201ePreto sme sa pustili do viacer\u00fdch opatren\u00ed na<br \/>\npodporu b\u00fdvania. \u010ci u\u017e je to rekon\u0161trukcia zanedban\u00fdch mestsk\u00fdch bytov,<br \/>\nvlastn\u00e1 v\u00fdstavba n\u00e1jomn\u00fdch bytov, ale aj zalo\u017eenie mestskej n\u00e1jomnej<br \/>\nagent\u00fary, ktor\u00e1 pom\u00e1ha \u013eu\u010fom pri h\u013eadan\u00ed dostupn\u00e9ho a stabiln\u00e9ho<br \/>\nb\u00fdvania,&#8220; pribl\u00ed\u017eil prim\u00e1tor s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00e9 rie\u0161enia na podporu<br \/>\nb\u00fdvania.<\/p>\n<p>Vallo tie\u017e pripomenul, \u017ee Bratislava sa ako jedin\u00e9 mesto na Slovensku<br \/>\ndok\u00e1zala transparentne dohodn\u00fa\u0165 s\u00a0developermi, \u017ee za zmenu \u00fazemn\u00e9ho<br \/>\npl\u00e1nu v\u00a0prospech zv\u00fd\u0161enia podielu obytnej funkcie v\u00a0\u00fazem\u00ed, vo forme<br \/>\nkontrib\u00facie preved\u00fa mestu do vlastn\u00edctva 25\u00a0percent bytov, ktor\u00e9 v\u010faka<br \/>\ntomu postavia. \u201eTakto s\u00fa na ceste pre obyvate\u013eov Bratislavy u\u017e<br \/>\nstovky bytov,&#8220; skon\u0161tatoval \u0161\u00e9f bratislavskej samospr\u00e1vy.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0apr\u00edli 2025\u00a0dokon\u010dilo hlavn\u00e9 mesto v\u00fdstavbu prv\u00e9ho domu<br \/>\ns\u00a0n\u00e1jomn\u00fdmi bytmi od roku 2014.\u00a0Ide o\u00a0dom so 103\u00a0n\u00e1jomn\u00fdmi aj<br \/>\nn\u00e1hradn\u00fdmi bytmi na Muchovom n\u00e1mest\u00ed v\u00a0Petr\u017ealke, ktor\u00e9 u\u017e zab\u00fdvali<br \/>\nrodiny. V\u00a0druhej etape tohto projektu pribudne s\u00a0druhou bytovkou \u010fal\u0161\u00edch<br \/>\npribli\u017ene 50\u00a0n\u00e1jomn\u00fdch bytov. \u201eZ\u00e1rove\u0148 pripravujeme<br \/>\nv\u00fdstavbu \u010fal\u0161ieho n\u00e1jomn\u00e9ho bytov\u00e9ho domu na Terchovskej ulici<br \/>\nv\u00a0bratislavskom Ru\u017einove a na \u017ditavskej ulici vo Vrakuni,&#8220;<br \/>\ndoplnil\u00a0Vallo.<\/p>\n<p>Ako dodal, pri v\u0161etk\u00fdch troch t\u00e9mach nejde o\u00a0oblasti, ktor\u00e9 potrebuj\u00fa<br \/>\nzmenu, ale sk\u00f4r pomoc \u0161t\u00e1tu. T\u00e1 m\u00f4\u017ee pod\u013ea Valla zjednodu\u0161i\u0165 v\u00fdstavbu<br \/>\nn\u00e1jomn\u00fdch bytov, prida\u0165 kompetencie mestsk\u00fdm policajtom a dokon\u010di\u0165<br \/>\ndopravn\u00e9 traumy hlavn\u00e9ho mesta, medzi ktor\u00e9 patr\u00ed st\u00e1le nedokon\u010den\u00e9<br \/>\nprepojenie dia\u013enic D1 a D4 pri Triblavine a severn\u00fd obchvat Bratislavy cez<br \/>\nMal\u00e9 Karpaty, \u010do by v\u00fdrazne zn\u00ed\u017eilo tranzit na existuj\u00facich obchvatoch a<br \/>\nzr\u00fdchlilo aj prepojenie vzdialenej\u0161\u00edch mestsk\u00fdch\u00a0\u010dast\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Hospod\u00e1renie a parkovac\u00ed syst\u00e9m<\/p>\n<p>Kandid\u00e1t na prim\u00e1tora Bratislavy Martin Winkler pova\u017euje za najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie<br \/>\ndeficity hlavn\u00e9ho mesta jeho hospod\u00e1renie, zl\u00fa dopravn\u00fa situ\u00e1ciu a<br \/>\nnef\u00e9rov\u00fd parkovac\u00ed syst\u00e9m, ktor\u00fd pod\u013ea neho sl\u00fa\u017ei len ako kasi\u010dka<br \/>\nmagistr\u00e1tu na peniaze Bratislav\u010danov. \u201eBez zdrav\u00fdch financi\u00ed<br \/>\nsa bud\u00fa len \u0165a\u017eko realizova\u0165 projekty na zlep\u0161enie \u017eivota v\u00a0na\u0161om meste.<br \/>\nTu treba za\u010da\u0165 a sp\u00f4sobov ako zlep\u0161i\u0165 finan\u010dn\u00fa situ\u00e1ciu n\u00e1\u0161ho mesta je<br \/>\nve\u013emi ve\u013ea,&#8220; mysl\u00ed si Vallov protikandid\u00e1t.<\/p>\n<p>Winkler chce v\u00a0pr\u00edpade svojho zvolenia za prim\u00e1tora Bratislavy riadi\u0165<br \/>\ndopravu so skuto\u010dn\u00fdmi expertmi, ktor\u00fdch ned\u00e1vno predstavil. Ide o\u00a0Tibora a<br \/>\nPetra Schlossera, ktor\u00ed sa t\u00e9me dopravy ako odborn\u00edci venuj\u00fa dlh\u00e9 roky.<br \/>\n\u201eBudeme sa rozhodova\u0165 na z\u00e1klade d\u00e1t a s\u00a0dlhodob\u00fdm pl\u00e1nom<br \/>\naspo\u0148 na 20\u00a0rokov dopredu,&#8220; vysvetlil kandid\u00e1t na prim\u00e1tora.<br \/>\nV\u00a0pr\u00edpade svojho zvolenia \u010falej s\u013eubuje zmenu parkovacieho syst\u00e9mu PAAS od<br \/>\npodlahy a jeho z\u00e1sadn\u00fa \u00fapravu v\u00a0prospech Bratislav\u010danov.<\/p>\n<p>Zv\u00fd\u0161enie kvality \u017eivota<\/p>\n<p>\u010eal\u0161ia Vallova protikandid\u00e1tka Dana \u010cahojov\u00e1 hovor\u00ed, \u017ee Bratislava<br \/>\nmus\u00ed v\u00fdrazne popracova\u0165 na zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed kvality \u017eivota obyvate\u013eov.<br \/>\n\u201eV\u0161etky okolit\u00e9 hlavn\u00e9 mest\u00e1 n\u00e1s predbehli, najv\u00fdraznej\u0161ie<br \/>\nasi Budape\u0161\u0165. Bratislava sa naopak ka\u017edoro\u010dne v\u00a0rebr\u00ed\u010dkoch prepad\u00e1va,<br \/>\nhoci za rohom m\u00e1me Viede\u0148, mesto s\u00a0najvy\u0161\u0161ou kvalitou \u017eivota na<br \/>\nsvete,&#8220; zd\u00f4raznila kandid\u00e1tka na prim\u00e1torku. So spom\u00ednan\u00fdm<br \/>\npod\u013ea nej s\u00favis\u00ed aj odliv mozgov, \u010do by mohol zvr\u00e1ti\u0165 rozvoj<br \/>\ntechnologicko-akademickej\u00a0z\u00f3ny.<\/p>\n<p>Pod\u013ea \u010cahojovej najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie probl\u00e9my \u013eudia ka\u017edodenne za\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa na<br \/>\ncest\u00e1ch. \u201eStr\u00e1caj\u00fa svoj drahocenn\u00fd \u010das v\u00a0kol\u00f3nach bez<br \/>\noh\u013eadu na to, \u010di s\u00fa v\u00a0MHD alebo v\u00a0aute,\u201e zd\u00f4raznila.<br \/>\n\u010eal\u0161\u00edm stresom je pod\u013ea nej n\u00e1js\u0165 ve\u010der miesto na zaparkovanie v\u00a0mieste<br \/>\nbydliska a strach z\u00a0vysok\u00fdch pok\u00fat. \u201e\u013dudia ve\u013emi zle<br \/>\nvn\u00edmaj\u00fa aj zanedban\u00e9 verejn\u00e9 priestranstv\u00e1, v\u0161adepr\u00edtomn\u00e9 grafity a<br \/>\npr\u00edtomnos\u0165 os\u00f4b s\u00a0asoci\u00e1lnym spr\u00e1van\u00edm, \u010do zni\u017euje pocit<br \/>\nbezpe\u010dia,\u201c mysl\u00ed si Vallova protikandid\u00e1tka.<\/p>\n<p>Za najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed pr\u00eds\u013eub do bud\u00facna teda pova\u017euje \u010cahojov\u00e1 udr\u017eanie<br \/>\ntalentovan\u00fdch mlad\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed v\u00a0Bratislave, rozvoj medzigenera\u010dnej solidarity<br \/>\na skvel\u00fa polohu mesta na brehu rieky, \u00fap\u00e4t\u00ed h\u00f4r ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 uprostred<br \/>\nzelene, ktor\u00e9 sa rozv\u00edja s\u00a0re\u0161pektom k\u00a0tomu p\u00f4vodn\u00e9mu.<\/p>\n<p>Parkovacia politika<\/p>\n<p>Kandid\u00e1t na prim\u00e1tora Miroslav Heredo\u0161 pova\u017euje za najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9m<br \/>\nBratislavy parkovaciu politiku, ktor\u00e1 pod\u013ea neho mnoh\u00fdm ob\u010danom viac<br \/>\nubli\u017euje, ako re\u00e1lne pom\u00e1ha. \u201eTakisto je probl\u00e9m to, \u017ee sa<br \/>\nmestu nepodarilo dosta\u0165 do MHD ob\u010danov v\u00a0z\u00e1sadne vy\u0161\u0161om po\u010dte a namiesto<br \/>\ntoho, aby ich cenovo motivovalo, tak vedie otvoren\u00fa vojnu vo\u010di<br \/>\nmotoristom,&#8220; uv\u00e1dza \u010fal\u0161\u00ed Vallov protikandid\u00e1t.<\/p>\n<p>\u010eal\u0161\u00edm probl\u00e9mom, ktor\u00fd potrebuje rie\u0161enie, je pod\u013ea Heredo\u0161a rozvoj<br \/>\nn\u00e1jomn\u00e9ho b\u00fdvania. \u201eMoj\u00edm cie\u013eom je na\u0161tartova\u0165 mas\u00edvny<br \/>\nrozvoj n\u00e1jomn\u00e9ho b\u00fdvania a tlak na developerov, aby s\u00a0tak\u00fdmto b\u00fdvan\u00edm<br \/>\nmas\u00edvne pomohli; cie\u013e mus\u00ed by\u0165 zastavi\u0165 bezbreh\u00fa komer\u010dn\u00fa v\u00fdstavbu a<br \/>\nzameranie sa na rozvoj n\u00e1jomn\u00e9ho b\u00fdvania, ktor\u00e9 (po vzore Viedne) re\u00e1lne<br \/>\npom\u00f4\u017ee\u00a0\u2013 vzh\u013eadom na ne\u00famern\u00e9 ceny bytov a \u0165a\u017eko naplnite\u013en\u00e9<br \/>\npodmienky b\u00e1nk pri hypot\u00e9kach\u00a0\u2013 mnoh\u00fdm mlad\u00fdm bratislavsk\u00fdm<br \/>\nrodin\u00e1m,&#8220; uviedol.<\/p>\n<p>Heredo\u0161 \u010falej upozornil na mestsk\u00fa firmu Metro Bratislava.<br \/>\n\u201eJe potrebn\u00e9 jej venova\u0165 obrovsk\u00fa mieru pozornosti a docieli\u0165,<br \/>\naby za\u010dala stava\u0165, alebo rekon\u0161truova\u0165 mestsk\u00e9 priestory na mestsk\u00e9 byty<br \/>\nv\u00a0ove\u013ea v\u00e4\u010d\u0161om mer\u00edtku,&#8220;
