Zamestnanci by tak mali po\u010das nich pracova\u0165, no z\u00e1rove\u0148 maj\u00fa ma\u0165 n\u00e1rok na pr\u00edplatok. Hlavu v sm\u00fatku z toho maju zamestn\u00e1vatelia, pre ktor\u00fdch to znamen\u00e1 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 n\u00e1klady. Viacero z nich u\u017e avizovalo, \u017ee svojim zamestnancom nariadi \u010derpanie dovoleniek. Rie\u0161en\u00edm by pre nich v\u0161ak mohla by\u0165 vhodn\u00e1 organiz\u00e1cia pracovn\u00e9ho \u010dasu.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Odborn\u00edk na soci\u00e1lnu politiku Jozef Mih\u00e1l upozornil, \u017ee z poh\u013eadu zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea sa daj\u00fa u\u0161etri\u0165 finan\u010dn\u00e9 prostriedky spojen\u00e9 s pr\u00e1cou &#8211; nepr\u00e1cou zamestnancov d\u0148a 8. m\u00e1ja 2026 vhodnou organiz\u00e1ciou pracovn\u00e9ho \u010dasu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;U zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea Z1 maj\u00fa zamestnanci pracovn\u00fd \u010das rozvrhnut\u00fd na 5 dn\u00ed v t\u00fd\u017edni (Po-Pia), 8 hod\u00edn na zmenu. Ide o typick\u00fd pr\u00edklad rovnomerne rozvrhnut\u00e9ho pracovn\u00e9ho \u010dasu. Ak bud\u00fa zamestnanci v piatok 8. m\u00e1ja 2026 pracova\u0165, za 8 hod\u00edn maj\u00fa n\u00e1rok na mzdu a na pr\u00edplatok za sviatok. Ak pracova\u0165 nebud\u00fa a bud\u00fa ma\u0165 prek\u00e1\u017eky na strane zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea, za 8 hod\u00edn na prek\u00e1\u017eke dostan\u00fa n\u00e1hradu mzdy 100 % priemern\u00e9ho z\u00e1robku,&#8220; uviedol pr\u00edklad.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;U zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea Z2 maj\u00fa zamestnanci pracovn\u00fd \u010das rozvrhnut\u00fd tak, \u017ee v pondelok m\u00e1 zmena 7 hod\u00edn, v utorok, stredu a \u0161tvrtok 9 hod\u00edn, v piatok 6 hod\u00edn. Spolu je to 40 hod\u00edn za t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148. Ide o rovnomerne rozvrhnut\u00fd pracovn\u00fd \u010das&#8220; pokra\u010duje. Ak bud\u00fa zamestnanci v piatok 8. m\u00e1ja 2026 pracova\u0165, za 6 hod\u00edn maj\u00fa n\u00e1rok na mzdu a na pr\u00edplatok za sviatok. Ak pracova\u0165 nebud\u00fa a bud\u00fa ma\u0165 prek\u00e1\u017eky na strane zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea, za 6 hod\u00edn na prek\u00e1\u017eke dostan\u00fa n\u00e1hradu mzdy 100 % priemern\u00e9ho z\u00e1robku.<\/p>\n<p>V tre\u0165om pr\u00edpade u zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea Z3 maj\u00fa zamestnanci pracovn\u00fd \u010das rozvrhnut\u00fd tak, \u017ee v pondelok a\u017e \u0161tvrtok m\u00e1 zmena 9 hod\u00edn, v piatok (len) 4 hodiny. Spolu je to 40 hod\u00edn za t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148. Ide o rovnomerne rozvrhnut\u00fd pracovn\u00fd \u010das. &#8222;Ak bud\u00fa zamestnanci v piatok 8. m\u00e1ja 2026 pracova\u0165, za 4 hodiny maj\u00fa n\u00e1rok na mzdu a na pr\u00edplatok za sviatok. Ak pracova\u0165 nebud\u00fa a bud\u00fa ma\u0165 prek\u00e1\u017eky na strane zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea, za 4 hodiny na prek\u00e1\u017eke dostan\u00fa n\u00e1hradu mzdy 100 % priemern\u00e9ho z\u00e1robku,&#8220; dodal Mih\u00e1l.<\/p>\n<p>U \u010fal\u0161ieho zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea\u00a0maj\u00fa zamestnanci pracovn\u00fd \u010das rozvrhnut\u00fd na 4 dni v t\u00fd\u017edni (Po-\u0160tv), 10 hod\u00edn na zmenu. Ide o nerovnomerne rozvrhnut\u00fd pracovn\u00fd \u010das. Preto\u017ee na piatok 8. m\u00e1ja 2026 zamestnanci nemaj\u00fa napl\u00e1novan\u00fa zmenu, pracova\u0165 nebud\u00fa a nebud\u00fa ma\u0165 n\u00e1rok na n\u00e1hradu mzdy, respekt\u00edve mzdu.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;O rovnomernom rozvrhnut\u00ed pracovn\u00e9ho \u010dasu rozhoduje zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e po prerokovan\u00ed so z\u00e1stupcami zamestnancov (\u010do znamen\u00e1, \u017ee s\u00fahlas zamestnancov sa nevy\u017eaduje). Ak z\u00e1stupcov niet, rozhoduje zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e bez prerokovania,&#8220; doplnil Mih\u00e1l s t\u00fdm, \u017ee nerovnomern\u00e9 rozvrhnutie pracovn\u00e9ho \u010dasu je mo\u017en\u00e9 len po dohode so z\u00e1stupcami zamestnancov alebo po dohode so samotn\u00fdm zamestnancom.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Preto\u017ee plat\u00ed mimoriadna situ\u00e1cia (Ukrajina), pod\u013ea \u00a7 250b ods. 3 ZP po\u010das MS je zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e povinn\u00fd zamestnancovi ozn\u00e1mi\u0165 rozvrhnutie pracovn\u00e9ho \u010dasu najmenej dva dni vopred, ak sa so zamestnancom nedohodne na krat\u0161ej dobe, a s platnos\u0165ou najmenej na t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148.
