V\u00fdstavba bude financovan\u00e1 z\u00a0eurofondov, projekt schv\u00e1lila na svojom zasadnut\u00ed Koopera\u010dn\u00e1 rada \u00dazemia mestsk\u00e9ho rozvoja Ko\u0161ice. Spolufinancovanie mesta predstavuje osem percent. Po novom \u201ekruh\u00e1\u010di\u201c, ktor\u00fd by mal kapacitne posta\u010dova\u0165 minim\u00e1lne do roku 2050, by vodi\u010di mohli jazdi\u0165 e\u0161te pred za\u010diatkom nasleduj\u00faceho \u0161kolsk\u00e9ho roka.<\/p>\n<p>    Vybuduj\u00fa sa aj nov\u00e9 chodn\u00edky a bezpe\u010dnej\u0161ie priechody pre chodcov    <\/p>\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Ako na dne\u0161nom br\u00edfingu na mieste bud\u00facej okru\u017enej kri\u017eovatky pripomenul prim\u00e1tor Pola\u010dek, od prvotnej my\u0161lienky na jej v\u00fdstavbu po podpis zmluvy so zhotovite\u013eom u\u017e uplynulo vy\u0161e 20 rokov. Probl\u00e9mom bolo najm\u00e4 majetkovo-pr\u00e1vne vysporiadanie pozemkov, na ktor\u00fdch bude st\u00e1\u0165 ako aj z\u00edskanie s\u00fahlasov od spr\u00e1vcov in\u017einierskych siet\u00ed, obmedzen\u00e1 plocha, neust\u00e1le zmeny z\u00e1konov \u010di technick\u00fdch noriem a bl\u00edzky \u010cerme\u013esk\u00fd potok.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">\u201eBolo to naozaj komplikovan\u00e9, ale podstatn\u00e9 je, \u017ee za\u010d\u00edname s\u00a0v\u00fdstavbou okru\u017enej kri\u017eovatky. Vybudujeme nov\u00e9 chodn\u00edky pre chodcov, vymen\u00edme asfalt a\u00a0obrubn\u00edky. Budeme musie\u0165\u00a0prelo\u017ei\u0165 viacero in\u017einierskych siet\u00ed. Pri ka\u017edom vjazde do okru\u017enej kri\u017eovatky vytvor\u00edme stredov\u00fd ostrov\u010dek s\u00a0priechodom pre chodcov, v\u00a0jeho strede vysad\u00edme kvety. Pribudne aj nov\u00e9 osvetlenie kri\u017eovatky a\u00a0nasvietime priechody pre chodcov. Ver\u00edme, \u017ee sa to podar\u00ed \u010do r\u00fdchlej\u0161ie zvl\u00e1dnu\u0165, aby doprava v\u00a0tejto \u010dasti mesta bola bezpe\u010dnej\u0161ia a\u00a0plynulej\u0161ia. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 sa n\u00e1m podarilo vo verejnom obstar\u00e1van\u00ed u\u0161etri\u0165 peniaze, ktor\u00e9 chceme doplni\u0165 k\u00a0u\u017e schv\u00e1len\u00fdm 2,2 mili\u00f3nom eur na cestu zo \u0160ace do Ve\u013ekej Idy,\u201c\u00a0informoval prim\u00e1tor.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"> \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>    Starosta T\u00e9nai: Po 20 rokoch sme u\u017e takmer v cieli\u00a0    <\/p>\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Pod\u013ea starostu ko\u0161ickej mestskej \u010dasti Franti\u0161ka T\u00e9naia (nez\u00e1visl\u00fd) sa dne\u0161n\u00fdm d\u0148om zavr\u0161uj\u00fa vy\u0161e dve desiatky rokov, po\u010das ktor\u00fdch sa samospr\u00e1va sna\u017eila vytvori\u0165 bezpe\u010dnej\u0161iu kri\u017eovatku. T\u00e1 bude \u00fa\u013eavou aj pre mnoh\u00fdch obyvate\u013eov Severu, preto\u017ee odkedy pred vy\u0161e rokom prestali v\u00a0\u0161pi\u010dke riadi\u0165 kri\u017eovatku dopravn\u00ed policajti, stala sa \u0165a\u017e\u0161ie priechodnou a\u00a0vznikali na nej aj 20-min\u00fatov\u00e9 z\u00e1pchy najm\u00e4 v\u00a0smere od Dru\u017estevnej pri Horn\u00e1de.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">\u201eU\u017e je na\u010dase, \u017ee sa to pohlo a\u00a0Ko\u0161i\u010dania spolu s\u00a0mnoh\u00fdmi vodi\u010dmi z\u00a0okresu Ko\u0161ice-okolie tu nebud\u00fa str\u00e1ca\u0165 \u010das v\u00a0dlh\u00fdch kol\u00f3nach. V\u0161etk\u00fdch n\u00e1s to st\u00e1le mno\u017estvo pr\u00e1ce a\u00a0ne\u013eahk\u00fdch rozhodnut\u00ed, no na\u0161\u0165astie to u\u017e m\u00e1me za sebou. Ak by som to prirovnal k\u00a0behu na dlh\u00fa tra\u0165, u\u017e sme takmer v cieli. Po\u010das pracovn\u00fdch dn\u00ed tu ka\u017ed\u00fd de\u0148 prech\u00e1dza 250 autobusov MHD. Ver\u00edm, \u017ee u\u017e po\u010das letn\u00fdch pr\u00e1zdnin tu otvor\u00edme nov\u00fa funk\u010dn\u00fa kri\u017eovatku a\u00a0potom za\u010dneme robi\u0165 aj \u010fal\u0161ie d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 veci pre zlep\u0161enie \u017eivota obyvate\u013eov na Kostolianskej ceste,\u201c\u00a0skon\u0161tatoval. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Starosta mestskej \u010dasti Kave\u010dany Martin Bal\u010dik (nez\u00e1visl\u00fd) doplnil, \u017ee v\u00fdstavba okru\u017enej kri\u017eovatky je lep\u0161ie rie\u0161enie, ne\u017e do\u010dasn\u00e9 semafory, o\u00a0ktor\u00fdch sa kedysi takisto uva\u017eovalo. Po\u010fakoval vedeniu mesta, \u017ee jej v\u00fdstavbu \u201euchopilo za spr\u00e1vny koniec\u201c a\u00a0doplnil, \u017ee nov\u00e1 podoba kri\u017eovatky pom\u00f4\u017ee v\u0161etk\u00fdch motoristom, ktor\u00ed tadia\u013e prich\u00e1dzaj\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">V\u00fdstavba okru\u017enej kri\u017eovatky bude nasleduj\u00facich \u0161es\u0165 mesiacov v\u00a0zmysle zmluvy prebieha\u0165 za plnej prem\u00e1vky.
