Vypl\u00fdva to zo spr\u00e1vy o plnen\u00ed Ak\u010dn\u00e9ho pl\u00e1nu rozvoja cyklistickej a pe\u0161ej dopravy za rok 2025. Spr\u00e1vu zobralo vo \u0161tvrtok bratislavsk\u00e9 mestsk\u00e9 zastupite\u013estvo (MsZ) na vedomie. <\/p>\n<p>Oddelen\u00e9 cyklotrasy v obojsmernej prev\u00e1dzke vznikli pod\u013ea magistr\u00e1tu v d\u013a\u017eke 5455 metrov a oddelen\u00e9 cyklotrasy v jednosmernej prev\u00e1dzke vznikli v d\u013a\u017eke 1723 metrov. Zmie\u0161an\u00e9 cesti\u010dky pre chodcov a cyklistov vznikli v d\u013a\u017eke 3552 metrov. V r\u00e1mci hlavn\u00e9ho dopravn\u00e9ho priestoru vznikli ochrann\u00e9 pruhy pre cyklistov v d\u013a\u017eke 2361 metrov. Vytvori\u0165 sa podarilo aj dve bicyklov\u00e9 cesty, a to v celkovej d\u013a\u017eke 1553 metrov.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eDokopy vzniklo 14.644 metrov novej cyklistickej infra\u0161trukt\u00fary, \u010do je najviac od roku 2022,\u201c kon\u0161tatuje predlo\u017een\u00fd materi\u00e1l.<\/p>\n<p>Najviac metrov vzniklo v mestskej \u010dasti Petr\u017ealka, v r\u00e1mci projektu elektri\u010dky, a to 5641 metrov. V Novom Meste vzniklo 3146 metrov a v Karlovej Vsi 2138 metrov. Tesne pod kilometer cyklotr\u00e1s vznikol vo Vrakuni &#8211; 969 metrov a v Starom Meste &#8211; 922 metrov. V Lama\u010di vzniklo 832 metrov, v Podunajsk\u00fdch Biskupiciach 433 metrov, v Ru\u017einove 393 metrov a v Ra\u010di 190 metrov.<\/p>\n<p>Dan Koll\u00e1r z Cyklokoal\u00edcie v s\u00favislosti s dokumentom op\u00e4tovne podotkol, \u017ee sa pl\u00e1ny nedar\u00ed plni\u0165 ani na tretinu a tak\u00fdto stav b\u00fdval aj ostatn\u00e9 roky. Nemysl\u00ed si, \u017ee by n\u00e1ro\u010dnos\u0165 procesu mala by\u0165 neust\u00e1le d\u00f4vodom neplnenia. \u201eNa\u010do je n\u00e1m tak\u00fd dokument?\u201c sp\u00fdtal sa Koll\u00e1r, ktor\u00fd z\u00e1rove\u0148, pod\u013ea vlastn\u00fdch slov, \u201emus\u00ed korigova\u0165 optimistick\u00fa spr\u00e1vu\u201c, \u017ee vzniklo najviac cyklotr\u00e1s. Od\u00f4vodnil to t\u00fdm, \u017ee v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina s\u00fa cesti\u010dky pre chodcov s povolen\u00edm jazdy cyklistov, kde je ich r\u00fdchlos\u0165 obmedzen\u00e1, tak\u017ee sa to ned\u00e1 pova\u017eova\u0165 za cyklistick\u00fa infra\u0161trukt\u00faru. Odk\u00e1zal, \u017ee situ\u00e1cia je \u201e\u010faleko za s\u013eubmi a pl\u00e1nmi spred volieb.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Niektor\u00ed poslanci pripomenuli n\u00e1ro\u010dnos\u0165 cel\u00e9ho procesu, ktor\u00fd m\u00f4\u017ee trva\u0165 aj nieko\u013eko rokov. N\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 pritom nie len vybudovanie cyklotrasy, ale aj prepojenie u\u017e existuj\u00facich. In\u00ed zasa pouk\u00e1zali na to, \u017ee nie zo v\u0161etk\u00fdch cyklotr\u00e1s sa je mo\u017en\u00e9 te\u0161i\u0165, lebo prines\u00fa viac probl\u00e9mov, ako ich vyrie\u0161ia, nie s\u00fa bezpe\u010dn\u00e9, pr\u00edpadne ide o fragmenty a ved\u00fa \u201eodnikia\u013e nikam\u201c. Apeluj\u00fa na vz\u00e1jomn\u00e9 porozumenie medzi vodi\u010dmi a cyklistami, ale aj cyklistami a pe\u0161\u00edmi. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 kritizovali absenciu s\u013e\u00fabenej particip\u00e1cie s verejnos\u0165ou.<\/p>\n<p>Pod\u013ea magistr\u00e1tu je d\u00f4vodom nielen n\u00e1ro\u010dnos\u0165 procesu, ale aj kapacity a finan\u010dn\u00e9 limity a finan\u010dn\u00e1 kond\u00edcia mesta. Pripom\u00edna, \u017ee ide o ak\u010dn\u00fd, nie strategick\u00fd dokument. Aj prim\u00e1tor Bratislavy Mat\u00fa\u0161 Vallo odmieta \u201epesimistick\u00fd poh\u013ead\u201c Cyklokoal\u00edcie na dan\u00fa t\u00e9mu. \u201eNejdeme tak\u00fdm tempom, ako by niekto chcel, ale ideme postupne. Aj mal\u00fdmi cyklotrasami, ktor\u00e9 sa prepoja do v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00edch a bezpe\u010dn\u00fdch,\u201c skon\u0161tatoval Vallo. <\/p>\n<p>Poslaneck\u00fd zbor z\u00e1rove\u0148 schv\u00e1lil ak\u010dn\u00fd pl\u00e1n rozvoja cyklistickej a pe\u0161ej dopravy na rok 2026.
